"AHH!" Lucy screamed, the monster throwing her out of the window, at the very top of a tower.

"Lucy!" Gray yelled, running after her.

"You guys keep the monster busy, I've got Lushee!" Happy yelled, zipping out of the window and down to grab onto Lucy's shirt collar.

"Thanks Happy!" Lucy said gratefully, Happy smiling and flying her back up to the top of the tower to finish off the monster with Natsu and Gray. Happy let her down and they all grinned.

"I'm all fired up!" Natsu yelled, his fists engulfed in flames.

"This guy needs to cool his ass down." Gray snickered, frost emitting from his hands.

"You guys are creepy." Lucy said, grabbing her whip. Happy was floating in the corner laughing at the trio of mages.

"You can't beat me you weak ass fairies!" Yelled the monster, that was three times bigger than them. 

"Ice Make Lance!" Gray yelled, his attack shooting the monster into the air, breaking the ceiling. 

"Take this!" Lucy screamed, thrashing her whip, wrapping around the monster and bringing him back down to the ground.

"Fire Dragons Roar!" Natsu roared just as Lucy retracted her whip and the monster burned to a crisp.

"We did it!" Lucy rejoiced, the four of them smiling. The ground started to rumble and they realized they did the one thing Fairy Tail specialized in, destroying buildings. Happy quickly flew over to Natsu and flew him down safely, Gray grabbed Lucy and jumped down from the building, ice forming under his feet as he slid down the side of the crumbling building to the ground and jumped out of the way before the top of the building fell down, and sat Lucy down.

"Hey, I could've got Lucy!" Natsu yelled headbutting Gray.

"All I did was get her down from the building! Besides, Happy had you Flame Brain so I needed to get Lucy!" Gray yelled back, the two of them forehead to forehead. 

"Happy didn't take that long! I wouldn't want a damn stripper saving me! I'm sure Luce agrees, right Luce!?" Natsu and Gray both looked at Lucy.

"I'd rather be saved by the "stripper" than die cause "flame brain" didn't have time to get me." Lucy said honestly, crossing her arms, Happy now sitting on her head. Natsu's face automatically changed to a frown and Gray grinned.

"Ha!" Gray yelled, pointing a finger at Natsu.

"Three." Happy began.

"Why are you counting down?" Gray asked, then proceeded to laugh at Natsu.

"Two." Happy continued.

"Oi, Happy, what's up? And shut up Popsicle Stick!" Natsu asked, then yelled.

"One." Happy finished, plugging his ears.

"Hu-" Both Natsu and Gray were cut off.

"IF YOU TWO DON'T SHUT UP AND START ACTING LIKE ADULTS I'LL MAKE THE SPIRIT KING GET YOU TO SHUT UP!" Lucy barked at them angrily.

Both Natsu and Gray shuddered in fear.

"H-Happy, why didn't you warn us that was going to happen?" Natsu questioned shakily, Happy then unplugged his ears.

"I counted down, but neither of you shut up." Happy said fairly. Natsu and Gray looked at each other, but withstood the urge to throw insults and argue.

"Now, let's get back to Fairy Tail!" Lucy proclaimed happily, any anger and annoyance she once had, completely diminished. Natsu grinned and Gray smiled while Happy fell asleep on Lucy's head.

This was the average day for them. Erza had been doing jobs by herself lately, so they kind of became a team of their own.

Natsu, Lucy, and Gray started walking back to Fairy Tail, little did they know, it wouldn't be a warm welcome.
