"Are you going to tell me what happened?" Donna asked as she was driving her and Ella home. She looked over to see her daughter had a bad red mark on her cheek, likely it becoming a bruise judging from the blackness developing around the area.

"There's nothing to say," Ella said while placing her hand on her cheek and rubbing it.

"Come on, baby. You can tell me," Ella's Mom asked with a worried tone.

Ella paused for a minute before answering her mother. "May was saying mean things to Felic. She's been doing it for so long... so I guess I just snapped... If only I knew how horrible my friends were before..."

Donna nodded her head, listening to Ella. "Aw, baby... you know hitting isn't the answer."

"I know. But she was being shitty!"

"Ella..." Donna warned her about swearing, but she was smiling. "Sorry—"

Ella's Mom looked back at the road, the same smile on her lips. "Felic is a special friend, isn't she?"

A small blush found it's way to Ella's cheeks even if the left side of her face seemed like a bigger blush with her red mark. She was looking at Donna. "She's—" Ella stopped herself and looked away.

"Yeah. Yeah she is..."

Once Ella got home, she texted Felic while she was in her bed and she apologized for the soccer girls being assholes to her.

Ella: Hey Felic, you awake? I just wanted to say I'm sorry for the way the my friends treated you today. You didn't deserve that.

Felic: Aw, Ella, it's not your fault. You don't have to apologize for their behavior.

Ella: I know, but I still feel bad. I wish they could see how amazing you are.

Felic: Your support means the world to me, Ella. And I'm really glad you stood up for me today.

Ella: Of course! I'll always have your back. Those girls have no idea what they're missing out on. I don't think I want to be friends with them anymore.

Felic: Well I think my friends want to adopt you into our friend group.

Ella: Really?? They like me?

Felic: Of course! You're the best person ever!

Ella: You're pretty amazing yourself, Felic.

Felic: Okay, now you're making me blush! Let's just agree that we're both amazing together.

Ella: Deal! And I was thinking... would you want to come over tomorrow? I wanted to take you out in a real date. If you want to?

Felic: Finally asking me out for real... absolutely I would! I wouldn't want it any other way. This sounds slightly more sophisticated than making out in our rooms.

Ella: Me too, Felic. I'll make it a surprise then! ...You're my favorite favorite person ever!

Ella waited a bit for Felic to reply, but she didn't reply after that.

Ella: Felic? Did you fall asleep lol?

Ella smiled to herself from what she was about to type next, feeling her cheeks flushing.

Ella: I'll fall asleep too but I just want to let you know you're the best and I'm gonna kiss you a lot tomorrow. ❤️——————————————————————

Ella was sitting on her step with her dog Jake. "You're so cute!" Ella giggled as Jake was licking her cheek.

Suddenly, Jake ran off because he saw a person walking towards Ella's house.

"Jake!" The person called out while petting him. Ella's eyes sparkled at the person who came over. "Hey, Ella!"

"Felic!" Ella's lips had the biggest smile as Felic sat next to her. But, once Felic was looking at her cheek, her smile disappeared.

"Ella... what happened to your face?" Felic asked, gently cupping where Ella's red and blue mark was. She slowly caressed the it with her palm.

"O-Oh... yeah..." Ella blushed a bit. "I sort of... got into a fight with May..." Ella said, removing Felic's hand from her face.

She scratched the back of her neck. "When I went back to the group... she was saying shitty things about you, so I just lost it... and slapped her..."

Felic looked at her with a frown while intertwining her free hand into hers. "Oh Ella..."

"I kinda regretted it after it happened and I just froze. Because I froze, she got good slaps out of me... haha..." before Ella could say anything else, Felic pulled her into a hug by using her shoulder and neck.

"You dummy... why are you so amazing?" Felic blushed, resting her chin on Ella's shoulder. Ella blushed as well, but she was smiling about it as if she was about to laugh.

"You should of told me," Felic let go to look at Ella, but also giggled. "Ah well— it was embarrassing and I felt bad sinking to her level—" Ella looked away with a redder blush.

Felic made Ella look back at her. "I don't think that, I think May deserved a proper bitch slap!" After Felic said that, that's when Ella started laughing too.

"God, how are we evening dating?" Ella rested her head on her hand.

Felic smirked. "Because my hotness turned a straight girl!"

"Too soon!" Ella covered her face as Felic giggled at her.

"So where are you taking me?" Felic asked while her and Ella were on the bus going somewhere. Ella mentioned she was taking Felic out on a date, so she was curious.

"I told you it's a surprise~" Ella smirked, letting Jake since they brought him along for a walk.

The bus came to a stop and the girls took Jake out for a walk to the mystery place. "Come on we're almost there!" Ella lead Felic by her hand.

Felic was still curious about where they were going until she saw seagulls. "Oh my god! The beach?" Felic wrapped her hands around Ella's neck in a whirl of joy. They didn't bring swimsuits, so she assumed they would just hang out in the sand. Until they ran to the water where Jake ran off to.

As they played in the water, Jake excitedly chased after seagulls while Ella and Felic splashed around, laughing together. After working up an appetite, they enjoyed delicious burgers and fries at a local beachside eatery, savoring each bite and making happy memories.

As they strolled through the little town, they stumbled upon a vintage Photo Booth, and Ella suggested they take some pictures to commemorate their day. Felic and Ella squeezed into the tiny booth, their laughter echoing.

"Didn't we go into the photo booth before?" Ella asked Felic.

"Oh yeah we did... and you made me sit on your lap," Felic grabbed Ella's hand as she watched Ella's face change its color. "Wha— I didn't make you!"

Felic chuckles. "I remember you literally pulling me on your lap... like..." Felic slowly sat up from her side of the small seat, standing in front of Ella while facing her.

Ella's face continued to turn a deeper color as she was faced with Felic's chest almost touching her face and her butt eventually plopping down on her thighs. "This," Felic whispered.

"Ah—" Ella said with a flustered and startled expression, her face not going back to its normal color.

Felic cupped the side of Ella's jawline and leaned towards her face. "...I wanted to kiss you so bad when that happened."

"M-Me too," after Ella spoke, the two girls closed the gap between their lips to kiss.

After a few seconds they pulled apart, but the look on both girls faces implied they wanted more, so they tilted their heads the other way around to deepen the kiss.

It was embarrassing to them when they looked at the pictures to see them mostly making out. Both girls shared a laugh about it as they tried to fix their messy hair caused by caressing each others hair during the act.

As the sun began to set, Ella and Felic found a cozy spot on the soft sand, spreading out a towel to lie down together. They gazed up at the changing colors of the sky, the hues of orange and pink blending in perfect harmony. Ella took out her phone, playing some of their favorite songs, and they both closed their eyes, feeling the music enveloping them like a warm embrace. The lyrics resonated with their hearts, creating a sense of intimacy and understanding between them.

They stayed there for a while, their bodies close but not touching, savoring the simple pleasure of being in each other's presence. Ella's fingers traced patterns on the sand, and Felic hummed along to the melodies, their souls entwined in the rhythm of the music.

Eventually, Felic spoke up about something. "You said you didn't want me to cover for you before... does that mean you want to come out?"

Surprised by the question, Ella looks at Felic, but she gives her a confident expression. "Yeah... Yeah it does!"

"You do? You want to??" Felic's face lit up as she raised up by using her arms.

Ella nodded her head. "I-I know I've been unsure for a while, but... I'm definitely bisexual."

Felic smiled at her, a proud smile. She continued to listen to Ella as Ella grabbed her hand, followed by resting her other hand underneath.

"I don't want us to go around pretending we're friends. Well— I'm not saying I want to make a public announcement, but I want to tell the people who I care about," Ella spoke with a open-mouthed smile on her face.

"I-I also want you to be able to tell people too!" After Ella was time talking, Felic moved a strand of hair behind her ear, with a smile on her face and her eyes were staring into Ella's.

They both felt hearts swarming around them.

Ella giggled as she stood up from their towel. "I like you so much!" She shouted, facing Felic. Felic had a blush on her face and a even bigger blush as Ella continued.

"And... I love liking you!" Ella ran towards the water with her hands up in the hair. "I LIKE FELIC CASSILLZ!"

Felic stood up as Ella paused for a second. "... IN A ROMANTIC WAY NOT JUST A FRIEND WAY!" Ella shouted.

Ella turned around with a smile on her face, Felic had done the same, but what alarmed Ella was the tears that suddenly fell from Felic's eyes. She gently grabbed her shoulders. "Oh, Fel— what—"

"S-Sorry. I'm just really happy. I never thought this would happen..." Felic said while wiping her tears away, but Ella smiled at her again. "Oh, Fel. Me neither!" Ella brought her into a hug.

"Ella... so... does this mean we're girlfriends?" Felic blushed.

Ella let go and looked at Felic. "Wha— yes? Was that not established the last ten times we made out?" Ella asked confused.

"O-Oh, yeah? I don't know we never... talked about it?" Felic was as equally confused.

Both girls paused for a second before they both went into a fit of laughter. "Why are we like this?" Felic asked mostly towards herself.

They both looked at each other, then Ella grabbed Felic by her thighs to pull her up in a bridal style carry.

She ran off with Felic towards the water, holding her. "I'M YOUR GIRLFRIEND! YOU'RE MY GIRLFRIEND!" Ella shouted and Felic made a "Aah—" sound.

"WE'RE GIRLFRIENDS!" Ella splashed around in the water, the water up to her knees.

"Don't you dare drop me!" Felic said playfully, laughing along with who she can now call her girlfriend.

Both girlfriends collapsed on their towel and just looked at each other. Felic used her finger to tranced around Ella's lip, making Ella giggle.

"And w-we're gonna tell people?" Felic asked, she wrapped her arms around Ella's sides. Ella returned the affection by wrapping her arms around Felic's shoulder and using her free hand to wrap Felic's legs around her own.

"Yeah..."

Once Ella came home after a nice time at the beach with her... now she can call her, her girlfriend, she came home with Jake to see her Mom.

"You seem happy. You and Felic have a good day?" Donna asked her daughter. "Yeah! We did," Ella replied while pouring herself a glass of tea."

"We went to the beach and explored the town for a little bit. And we got burgers and fries!" Ella sat down at the table with her Mom, sipping her cup.

"That sounds like a good day," Ella's Mom smiled at her.

"It was! And I think Jake had a good time too," Ella chuckled at her dog jumping on her lap, trying to lick her face. The thought of Jake made her think of Felic, so she stayed silent for a couple of seconds.

"Hey, Mom," Ella looked at Donna with Jake beside her. "Mhm?" She replied.

"You know Felic is... like my best friend, right? Ella blushed slightly.

Donna looked at her daughter before replying with a smile. "If you're going to ask if she can come with us to Ireland this summer, the answer is no, I already booked the tickets and—"

"N-No. No that's not what I was going to say..." Ella closed her eyes with anticipation running through her. She couldn't believe she was going to say what she was about to say.

"S-She's my girlfriend. Felic is my girlfriend."

"I-I still like guys, but... I like girls too— a-and Felic— we're going out," Ella wiped her eyes, feeling tears trailing down her upper cheek. "I wanted you to know."

Donna stood up from where she was sitting and sat next to her daughter to give her a hug. "Oh, baby..."Ella'a tears fell into her sleeve, but she didn't mind. "Thank you for telling me."

Donna rubbed the back of Ella's head as she heard her faint sobs. "Hey, it's ok. Thank you for telling me that." Donna let go of Ella to wipe her tears away.

"Baby, you don't have to say you like guys if you don't—"

"N-No, I definitely like both!"

After Ella calmed down, she continued to talk about her sexuality. "It's... it's called bisexual if you've heard of it..."

Donna smiled at her. "Yes, I've heard of it. I wasn't born in the 18th century," she chuckles. Ella chuckles at her joke as well.

"When did you find out?" Ella's Mom asked.

"Well— me and Felic have been dating for a while now, but I liked her long before that. Months ago I'd say. I wanted to tell you, but we never talked about... gay stuff... so I didn't know how you'd react..."

Ella looked away and back at her Mom again. "A-Are you surprised?"

Donna thought for a moment before speaking. "Hm... I had my suspicions. Especially after seeing how much you care about her, but I was never sure?" Ella looked down again after hearing her mother speak.

Donna eventually cupped her daughter's cheek. "I love you, Ella. I'm sorry if I made you feel like you couldn't tell me."

Ella had a wide smile on her face, curling her fingers around her mom to hug her. "Love you too."

"Oh and Felic still can't come with us to Ireland even though she's your girlfriend." Donna added on.

"Aw, but mooom!" Ella whined in a playful tone. They both broke the hug because of it.

"George got to bring his girlfriend last time." Ella whines again.

"Your brother is 4 years older than you and they were living together during college at the time—"

Ella smirked. "But mooom I thought you loved meee!"

Donna shook her head with a smile. "Eleanor..."
