Kabir's P.O.V.

"What do you think? Which colour would suit more on Noor?", She asked looking at the navy blue off shoulder one pieces and a black knee length one pieces. She had both the dresses in her hand and she was showing them to me.

"See, choose anything. I can pay but don't ask me to select", I said annoyed by her lack of decision making. From past thirty minutes, she had rejected around twenty dresses because nothing clicks to her eyes. Wonder what does she do with those four eyes of her? How can one dress click to her four eyes. Stupid girl.

Some dresses were way too reveling according to her whilst other were way too long for Noor's height. Some are way too expensive and some don't click to her four eyes. God, where have I stuck? She's no fun.

She shrugged her shoulder and started looking at some dresses and I just saw her observing dresses over dresses. I ignored her and myself started choosing a dress for Noor because this spooky is just not of any help.

A lady came and asked me, "What can I help you sir?".

"Yeah, show me a nice dress which I could gift to my friend on her birthday", I said and she nodded and asked me to follow her. I nodded and she started showing me some dresses. I proof checked all the dresses and then a red long dress, caught my attention.

"I'll buy this one. Just pack it", I said and the lady nodded and left. I walked towards Spooky to tell her that I've selected a dress for Noor.

I saw her standing near a mannequin. I walked over her observing her moves. She slightly brushed her hands over the white dress and her eyes were praising that dress. I saw a smile on her face. She immediately grabbed the tag attached to the dress and the smile on her face erased and her lips frowned and she pouted.

"Only if you've been a bit cheaper​, I would've bought you. Your bad luck dress that you won't get the chance to be worn by me", she said looking at the mannequin. I shook my head. She's crazy. Who the hell talk to a mannequin? Oh, I know.

And answer is Miss. Spooky!!

"What are you doing here?", I asked and she was startled.

"No.. nothing", she said with a bit stammering and I bite my lips not to laugh at her.

"Do you like this dress?", I asked.

"Huh?", She asked surprised.

"For Noor?", I again said intentionally.

"Oh", she said understanding my views and then added,"Yeah. It would look pretty on her. You can gift it to her".

"Ok. We're buying it then", I said and she nodded with a faint smile.

"Let's go", I said.

She gave a last glance to the dress and after a sigh, she said, "Let's go".

I payed for both the dresses and came out with two shopping bags in my hand.

"Had you already bought one dress for Noor?", She asked looking at two shopping bags in my hand.

"Yes but I like dress which you suggested too, so I bought it too", I said and shd frowned.

'Such a wastage of money', she mumbled but I heard it anyway.

"Let's go and join Nia and Jay", I suggested and she nodded. She called Nia and she told her that they're at Gucci's now.

Aashi's P.O.V.

"I said we're going with the blue one", we heard a sharp loud voice as soon as we entered the shop.

Oh my god!!

I glanced at Kabir and he was looking at me in confusion but then his eyes widened realising who it can be!!

"Shit", he cursed.

"Tell me we're screwed", I said and we both ran towards the source of voice.

"And why should I listen to you? Noor is my friend and I know what's best for her", Jay said glaring at her. I saw Nia standing with a pair of blue heels in her hands and Jay standing over there with his hands folded across her chest.

"Because you lack the most important think aka brain. So, me being an intelligent one had to buy something sensible", Nia said.

"Sir, mam, please don't make a scene over here", a lady asked them to stop.

I ran towards Nia and holds her hand and said​, "Stop fighting". I glared at her.

"Yeah, it's good that you came. Just take your irritating friend away. I can't stand her", Jay said.

"Shutup Jay. Let's go from here", Kabir said.

"I'm not irritating you stupid person. You're irritating. You're dumb and idiot", Nia said and I dragged her out of the shop.

Jay and Kabir came with us out of the shop but Nia just released her hand from my grip and turned to glare at Jay.

"You've wasted my whole day today", She said.

"I was also not enjoying. It was Dhruv because of whom I was bearing you", he replied and I hit my forehead.

"Guys please don't fight. Let's go to any other shop for shopping​", Kabir said and I nodded.

"Hello Mister. We've been thrown out of Five shops already", Nia said looking at Kabir and I was schoked to hear her words.

"Because someone don't know how to lower their tone", Jay replied glaring at Nia.

"God, are you guys five? You're worse than kids", Kabir said pinching his bridge of nose.

Nia ignored Kabir's comments and she moved toward Jay. She said, "Well, what can I say? I'm a shortie right. So to make my voice reach to your deaf ears up their​ in the sky, I need to shout". She raised her hands up in air whilst quoting his tall height and she yelled again gaining attention.

"Listen, if I'm not saying anything doesn't mean you can speak anything you want", Jay said and I gulped sensing his anger.

"Oh, really. What would you do huh?", Nia said walking towards him looking right up into his eyes.

"We should go and eat something. I'm starving", I said trying to change the topic and stop myself from panicking​.

"Yeah, let's go", Kabir said and he dragged Jay along with him whilst I forced Nia to follow me.

"Two cokes and a burger and one small size pizza", I said giving my order to the person standing right in front of me. He nodded and repeated my order and gave me a slip. I gave him the card which I've taken to pay for the food and he slided it in the cashier machine and asked me to wait for my order. I nodded and came back to my seat.

Jay and Nia were avoiding looking at each other and I settled with Nia. Kabir too came and sat in front of me. We all were sitting around a round white table on these cute yellow chairs.

"What did you guys bought?", Nia asked.

"Oh, I almost forgot to show you", I said feeling sorry. I looked at Kabir and he passed me one bag only.

I took it and gave it to Nia. She took out a red dress from the bag. Her eyes was admiring the dress.

"Wow, Aashi. Nice choice", she said.

"This is Kabir's choice. He bought it for Noor", I said and she glanced at Kabir and said, "Nice choice".

"Tell me something new", Kabir said with a chukle and I rolled my eyes.

"Kabir, show her the other dre-", I was about to ask him about the other dress which actually caught my attention to show it to Nia but Nia cuts me in between.

"Our order is ready", she said looking at the number 40 on the small digital frame which was hanging on wall of the food court.

"Let me bring it for you", Kabir said and Jay joined him.

"I hate this boy with all my heart", Nia said as soon as Jay left with Kabir and I chukled.

"Hey beautiful girl. Would you mind if we join you?", I and Nia overlooked to see two boys standing near our seat.

One of them had worn a white shirt and blue denim and had paired it with yellow jacket whilst other had worn a check red and blue shirt with black jeans and sleeves of his shirt were folded to his elbows.

"We've a company over here", I said trying not to sound rude.

"Excuse me?", The boy in red shirt chukled and looking at me, he said, "I was talking about sitting with beautiful girl". He pointed to Nia and his friend laughed and they hifi each other.

"But I really ain't interested in sitting with jerks like you. Get lost", Nia said whilst I was giving them a death glare. Sue me but I ain't good in giving a nice reply back.

I'm Aashi and I'm useless!!

"C'mon, we're just kidding. Your friend is also good looking", the boy in white shirt sat down without even our permission.

"Get lost from here or else our it won't be good for you", I said and the boy in white shirt showed me his palm asking me to shut up.

"What's going on here?", Jay asked. I saw he was bare handed and his arms were folded against his chest.

"We're dealing. No need to interfere", Nia replied and he rolled his eyes. I saw those two stranger boys smirking looking at each other.

"So, what's your name beautiful girl?. I'm Gautam", the boy in white shirt spoke.

"Excuse me?", Before even Nia could reply, Jay said with a chuckle.

We all looked at him and he said, "What did you just say? Beautiful? That too this shortie! Bro, you must visit a good eyes doctor​", Jay said and I rolled my eyes.

"Why don't you go and visit a psychiatrist first?", Nia fired back.

She then looked at Gautam and said, "My name is Nia. Thanks for your compliments". I raised my eyebrows at her sudden change of behaviour.

"So? Do you wanna join us to our table?", He asked.

"How about a NO?", Jay replied this time.

"I ain't asking you? Why are you replying buddy? Stay away", Gautam said.

"Listen as I said before, we've company. Just go from here. We can't co-", I tried to talk to them but Gautam again showed me his palm.

He looked at with a grimace and said, "Why are you even tagging yourself? I'm asking Nia to join me. Not you Miss. Spooky".

"Listen you're-", Nia was about to shout at them but before she could even got up and punch his face, another voice disturbed us.

"Watch out your tongue, you moron", we all turned to look at Kabir who came and placed the tray on the table.

"One more word against anyone and you'll regret", he said with determination in his voice.

"Fine, chill man. We're going", he said and got up with his friend.

He glanced at Nia and asked with a flirtious smile, "Wanna join beautiful?".

I looked at Nia and she smiled sweetly to him and then she showed him her middle finger. I gaped but then I immediately looked away and Jay and Kabir burst out in fits of laughter. The other two boys looked at each other and almost ran away.

"You're a badass lady", Jay said and Nia grimaced at him. He shook his head in response.

"And you're such a spooky. Why didn't you say anything to those jerks?", Kabir said looking at me with disappointment and I felt ashamed of myself.

"Because she's not used to of meeting jerks everyday. She needs a lot to learn Kabir. Don't shout at her", Nia said taking my side and I thanked her mentally.

Nia understands me and I'm glad that she did. She knew that how I've always been protected by my family and have not seen the real world yet. She on other hand, had been away from her house at the age of fifteen because of her education purpose. She knows how to handle such situation.

"Let's eat something", Jay said and Kabir looked at him and said, "But where is our tray?".

Jay looked at the table and Nia dragged our tray towards her and said, "Don't even think about it? We ain't sharing our food". I shook my head.

"I forgot to bring it. Let me get our order", Jay said smiling sheepishly and left the table.

'Moron', Kabir mumbled but I heard it anyway.

"Where is Dhruv?", I asked placing the wrapper of my burger in the tray.

"He left early. He had to go on a date", Jay said with a smirk and I sensed Kabir tensed up hearing it. He shifted uncomfortably in his chair.

"Is he dating?", I asked surprised. Although I was a bit disappointed but then it's Dhruv we're talking about. He's too good to be single.

"Yes. Ami proposed him four days ago and he confessed his feelings too. We're happy for them", Jay said and his face show pure smile. He glanced at Kabir and said, "Right Kabir?".

Kabir gave a faint smile and said, "Yes we're".

He doesn't seems happy, I thought.

Stop exaggerating things, My mind replied.

Yeah, sorry!!

"Let's go now. We should leave", Kabir said placing his coke can in his tray.

"But we've not bought any accessory for Noor", Nia said.

"Let's buy it now then", Kabir replied.

"I ain't buying anything with him", Nia said looking at Kabir and pointed towards Jay.

"Poor you. But I'm going to gift that to Noor so, you've no option left", Jay said and laughed devily.

"God, I hate you", Nia said and got up and left the seat.

"Keep your heart in place lady. You'll never know when it will fall for me", Jay said with a smirk and followed her. I and Kabir followed them.

"I'll rather die", Nia said.

"I'll party on your funeral. Don't forget to invite me", Jay said and I rolled my eyes.

"Shut up guys", Kabir said.

"What will happen to them?", I said shaking my head and Kabir passed me one shopping bag.

"Take this", he said.

"Why?", I asked.

"It's that dress which you liked for Noor", he said.

"I know but it's your gift. Why are you giving it to me?", I asked with a frown.

"Actually, I bought it for you", he said shrugging his shoulder and walked past me. I froze at my spot and my mind started processing his words and then realisation hits me.

Oh god, I'm such a tube light!

"Hey", I yelled and ran towards him.

We need to talk!!
