Forgotten Soul~

I was following Danger into the woods. He seemed to know where he was going.

 "Almost there." He spoke without turning back.

"Psst!" Roadkill whispered into one of my ears. "You barely know this guy and you're following him? Do you trust him?" Roadkill seemed concerned.

"He rescued me and besides I have no other choice really. He can protect us."

Danger suddenly froze and parted some bushes. "We are here."

We were at the top of a hill and at the bottom layed a mansion glowing all in its dark glory.

"Shoot me and call me Willy. Is this all  yours?" Roadkill scurried down my shoulder to be in front of Danger.

"Yup and I found it. Come on." Danger started to lead again.

"Its beautiful..." I breathed in.

We arrive and stood right in front of the doorway. "Come in. Make yourself at home." Danger let me pass first. I entered and stared at the place in amazement.

"We need to talk." Danger layed a hand on my shoulder.

"All right what is it?" Roadkill answered for me.

"Alone.. With her.. in private." Danger seemed a little bit uncomfortable.

"Ohhhh... I see. I see when am not wanted." Roadkill's eyes darkened. He scurried away to a room where I suppose is the kitchen.

"Follow me." Danger started to lead me upstairs.

 "Up there?" I gulped. I followed slowly behind him. He lead me to a large hallway towards a room with a white door.

 "Come in don't be shy I don't bite." He smiled and waved me in. I entered the room, not sure if I should follow a man to a room alone but I don't know but somehow I trusted him.

A big window was in the room and he stood by staring outside at the night. The room was dark and the only thing lighting the room was the moon's light.

 "Sit down don't worry I won't do anything to you."

 I sat on a small pillow by the window and Danger got one too and sat in front of me.

"There's something I need to confess." He stared down on the floor.

 "Okay...?" I felt awkward to be alone in a room with him. Though he was very attracting I still didn't know this guy much.

"I don't want to scare you but..." He hesitated and started to scratch his head. "I'm sorry Forgotten Soul... I can't do it." He stood up and crossed his arms on his chest.

"I'm confused." I looked around the room.

"Nothing Mabie some other day. Well this is going to be your new room and there is a drawer full of clothes that was all ready in here. I Am.. I am going to see if I find food right now." Danger walked off leaving me in the room.

"Okay this was awkward." I felt at weird at his sudden behavior. I stood up and opened a drawer.

Might as well make myself at home.

Roadkill~

I sat on the counter and ate some old cookie crumbs that I found.

"I couldn't.." A voice entered the room. It was Danger and he came in and leaned against the wall with his arms crossed. "I can't.." He whispered. He sounded upset of something.

 "Ahem?" I cleared my voice. Danger startled and flinched.

"I didn't see you there." 

"Of course you didn't." I rolled my eyes. I jumped down from the counter and stood below him.

 "Where is she.." I growled. Danger seemed surprised by the question.

"She is in her room?" He replied questionably.

"She better be. I better go and check to make sure." I gave him a glare and ran out of the kitchen. I didn't trust this man at all even if I did, my job was to watch him and protect Forgotten Soul without her suspecting anything. I ran upstairs and found her coming out of a room. She wore a long red dress which it trailed all the way to the ground. Her brown hair cascaded down and she had long black eyelashes.

"What are you doing here?" She asked me.

 "Oh nothing just decided to check on you to make sure you were okay. Anyways Come on downstairs I think Danger is making food or more likely finding."

I hurried downstairs with Forgotten Soul hot on my trail. We arrived at the kitchen and found Danger setting up a long black table. In the center a candle lit up and a vase of roses in the center.

"Welcome. Sorry the only thing I could find was a can of beans. Good news they are still edible. Bad news well that's all there is and I made soup hope you enjoy." Danger set a bowl on the table. He grabbed a chair and pulled it back so Forgotten Soul could sit. I scurried towards her and got on the table to be near her.

"Thanks Danger." She took a sip from the bowl. Danger set me a small cup with food on it. I quickly devoured and drank the soup.

"Forgotten Soul I..." Danger grabbed a chair and sat across from us at the table.

"Oh would you just say it already!" I was losing my patience with him.

" Roadkill!" Forgotten Soul glared at me with her sharp green eyes.

" sorry." I put my paws in the air. "Its just i'm in a bad mood I'll leave you two alone then." I jumped down from the table and scurried away. From the corner of my eye I could see Danger sigh in relief and relax a bit.

 Might as well go since am not wanted anyway.

I headed upstairs and scurried into the room which I saw Forgotten Soul come out of. I was curious what was in that room since it was the only room with a white door. Just when I was about to enter something stepped on my tail. I turned around to see that above me two red eyes glowed.

"Hello Roadkill...don't think that I forgot about you.." It grinned.

" Agustin.." I gulped.

Forgotten Soul~

I stared at my dress as Danger moved his chair next to me.

" You look beautiful in that dress." he spoke.

"Thanks." I replied shortly. I felt awkward with him close to me and well alone in the same room.

"I'm sorry." he must have seen me tense a bit. He stood up and handed me a red rose.

 "what's this?" I held the rose lightly in my hands.

"Just a gift." he stared into my eyes and I let out a small sigh.

 His gray eyes were breath taking beautiful.

"I need you to trust me." he spoke without taking his eyes off of me.

"Trust you why?" This man was very mysterious. He held one of my hands and decided to sit.

"You trusted me back there in prison to escape and now I need you to trust me. Trust me I wont hurt you." His eyes sadden.

 "I don't know where you are going with." I had my head somewhere else. I couldn't stop staring at him.

" Nothing all I want you to know is that I'm here for you." He stood up and left the kitchen. I finished eating and went upstairs. As I got closer to my room I could hear voices coming from inside. I got closer and I could hear two voices.

"odd..."

Roadkill~

"Agustin..." I gulped. The man grabbed my tail and held me up in the air closing the door behind him.

 "Roadkill..." he spoke my name with such venom. His red eyes suddenly turned to bright hazel eyes.

"Where do you think you're going?"  

 "Agustin please I don't know why you are here. you told me I had a month to do this!" I started to panic. My heart started to pound and blood started to rush to my head.

"I know I did but I came for something else." Agustin dropped me to the floor.

 I landed on my back and quickly tossed and turn to get up. Agustin walked around the room searching for something. He opened drawers and checked everywhere.

"Where is it?!" he growled.

"I .. I ..I don't.. know what you are talking about.." I got up and scurried under a table.

Agustin paced around the room and finally took a deep breath. He put his hands on his hips and sighed. "Whatever you do Roadkill, you know the plan and if you fail me... you know the rest. I need you to keep a good eye on her." I knew who Agustin referred to when he said 'she'.

"Yes master." I nodded. "Don't let anyone lay one finger on her. Remember she is mine. Only mine. She can be here all she wants for now... my revenge is only just beginning."

Agustin took a step towards me but just then the door opened.

 "Roadkill?" Forgotten Soul's head popped out.

"Forgotten Soul!" I gasped. I looked at my surroundings but Agustin was gone.

Forgotten Soul~

"Who were you talking to?" I asked looking around the room.

"Oh nobody I tend to talk to myself often." Roadkill got out from below the table.

 "I swear I heard another voice. A deeper one."

"Oh great now you're hearing things." Roadkill rolled his eyes at me.

 "What are you hiding? I don't like your attitude." I glared at him. He just rolled his eyes at me and left my room.

Once he was gone I sat on my bed and felt my long silky dress. The material on the dress was fine and delicate like anything that I've ever worn. 

"You look beautiful my love...." A deep voice whispered.

 "Whose there?!" I stood up quickly and checked everywhere. That voice sounded very familiar.

 "Trust me... You all ready know and I'm the last person you want to see."

Nobody was in the room but I knew it was him. The one who played with my head and ruined my life. And I knew he wasn't done.
