Nova's POV

"Kissing who Nova?" Harry asks.

"Riley," I whisper. It hurts. A lot. I thought she was my best friend, and that we would be inseparable, grow up and live near each other and our kids become best friends, and we could die together. But, no. She went behind my back and kissed my boyfriend, who also cheated on me with my best friend.

"I will kill Jake," Harry growls. He starts to get up.

"No, Harry, please." I say, trying to hold him back.

"He fucking hurt my little sis, he will get it."

"No, Harry, please, don't do anything. Please." I look up at him while holding his arm.

"LET ME GO NOVA!" he screams. I wince at his tone of voice, but drop my hands. He storms out of my room.

I get off my bed and run after him.

"Harry, no, please. Please Harry." I shout as I run down the stairs. He grabs his keys, and storms out the door. October and mom, who were sitting on the sofa watching TV, get up and rush to see what had happened. I stand at the door, looking as Harry's car becoming smaller and smaller.

"What happened?" mom asks. And I break down as I sob into her and October's shoulders and tell them both what happened.

Harry's POV

How dare that fucking asshole break my little sister's heart! He will fucking get it. I slam the door to my car shut as I get in. I pull out of our driveway just as Nova runs to the door. I drive all the way to that idiot's house, and get out, slamming the door shut once again.

I ring the doorbell, and the asshole king himself answers the door with a big fucking smile. The smile, however, drops when he sees me. And, just like that, I punch him in the nose.

"If you know what is good for you, you will stay the fuck away from her." I growl. With that, I turn around, and walk back to my car.

I drive home and go inside using my set of keys. When I open the door the first thing I see is Nova crying her eyes out and mom and Oct trying to comfort her.

"Nova calm down." I saw, walking over to her. She looks up at me like she just realized that I was here.

"What did you do to him?" She asks me.

"Nothing." I deadpan.

"What the fuck did you do to him?" She asks, angry.

"I punched him ok," I yell back her. I stomp up the stairs and into my room, slamming the door shut.

"You fucking did what?!?" Her angry voice reaches me through my door. Two seconds later my door flings open.

"Why the fuck would you ever do that Harry!" She yells. I lose it.

"Because the fucking asshole cheated on my sister and hurt her." I scream back at her.

"I told you not to do anything though!!!" She is really starting to piss me off.

"Yea and all u did was fucking cry about it."

"I don't need you to fight my battles for me." She yells in my face. "I'm not a little girl anymore."

"You will always be MY little girl. Now go eat then go to your room." I order.

"You are not my dad. And I won't listen to you." She replies, poking my chest with her index finger.

I completely go wild and slap her. The sound of my hand hitting her cheek is deafening. I look down at my hand and then at her cheek which she cupped. It was red and she was crying.

"Shit Nova I'm so" she runs out of my room and into hers, slamming the door shut again.

What have I done? I ask myself as i look down at my hand, tears pouring out of my eyes.
