Here and Now

Still inside the dark room, tied into a chair with his body soar from the torture of two devils, Isogai opens his eyes and stare at the only person with him.

Satsuki is cleaning their mess during the session; she knows that the mad lad who causes too much trouble to the house has been staring at her but she ignore him.

Isogai let his head fell down in despair; he started to look back to everything that happened since Nagisa vanished. He cannot understand why everyone including Nagisa is keeping he lost and there is no game. He cannot understand why, despite winning her game, she rejected him and instead accepts Karma.

"Why?" Satsuki stops for a moment and try to listen "Where did I make a mistake?" she looks at him with full bloodlust seeping out from her; as if any moment she will kill him "How come I'm the one who lost?"

"I'll tell it to you one more time. That isn't a game. Nagisa has illness that Korosensei were trying to cure. She didn't vanish on you guys to play a game."

"No... that's—"

"You almost kill Nagisa, Karma and Kaede, aren't you were friends with them?"

"I—"

"Well... be happy, Korosensei decided to groom you and he'd already prepare everything for it. Congratulations, you're not going die yet."

And with that Satsuki left him.

Karma sighs as he finally decided to talk "So?" Nagisa shift her attention on him "Why you didn't tell us about your illness?" she taken aback, she actually didn't know how she should explain her reasons.

She knows that what she have done to them is unfair but—

"You even left without telling us. Do you even know how freaking worried we are?"

She knew, she always knows, but she cannot just tell them that easily, that she will die soon.

"Sorry." Nagisa again looks at him, but she cannot see his face as he looking down the floor. Nagisa cannot see how Karma's face so red that it matches to his hair.

"Karma-kun?"

"Back then. I should have thought more before I answer. I never think even once what would I do if ever you gone. I always think that you will always be with me. Always. Always. That's why when you gone I'm so scared that I couldn't stay still. That's why don't disappear on me again Nagisa."

Nagisa fell out from her wheelchair but Karma able to catch her. She embraces him as it turns out that she purposely does it.

"I'm also sorry. I just don't know how to say it. That I have illness that the same to your mom like it has no cure."

Understanding her thoughts and worries, he just embrace her back accepting and just let himself feel all of the happiness he has right now.

Nagisa hold the hands that embracing her, and with another hand touch the person's hair.

Karma nodded as both of them look at Isogai who being buried in the sand by Okano and Kayano.

"Indeed. After everything Isogai had done to everyone in the House; that Korosensei still accepted him and polish him." Nagisa nodded.

"I heard that you enjoy yourself with Satsuki-san in torturing Isogai."

"We did. Who is going to think that she's actually twisted."

"But I never imagined that you were actually a sadist."

"It's your fault I turn into one. Since you vanish, I have urged to kill someone!"

Nagisa laugh awkwardly, "So it is my fault now."

Karma nodded "Yep, that's why take responsibility for it."

"Are you telling me to enjoy pain?"

"Yes!"

"I'm scare now."

"Don't worry..." Karma tightens his hug, with his feelings for her "I wouldn't hurt you any less bit."

Nagisa nodded as happiness and love flowing onto her.

"Also, I won't let you to disappear on me again."

Nagisa smiled lovingly, "And I won't disappear on you again."

Nagisa blinks several times before her and Karma looks below of their terrace and found the devil of House, looking up at them.

"You two! I know you both love each other!" Nagisa blush, "but stop those sickening sweetness, the ants were on the way to cover you two soon!"

Nagisa laugh awkwardly, "Ne! What's up?" Karma question not letting go off his beloved girlfriend.

"Exploration!"

"Exploration?"

"Okay everyone listen here!" Korosensei happily call on everyone. "We're going to do the exploration!" everyone cheers except to Kaede, Nagisa, Karma and Isogai, and Satsuki who grinning evilly.

"Really. What is this exploration?" Isogai question, Takebayashi who also didn't join the cheers pushes his glasses and decided to explain.

"When we were going on unfamiliar place, Korosensei tends to make us go and explore to master it."

"Master?"

"Ah! It is for assassination training right?" Takebayashi nodded as response to Nagisa.

"Yes. For those who really training for assassination it is to see what best place that they could fit their assassination attempts, for the rest it is either just for fun or planning to help the others."

"By the way other than Satsuki who else are in-training?"

"Ahhh, me—"

"Eh this is a surprise. I didn't imagine you'll train."

"Ah, it interests me. Moreover, in class I am the last person in grade."

"Wait I thought Gakushuu is also in that class."

"Then what about the other classes?"

"The Assassination Class and Support Class were holding by Korosensei and sometimes by Karasuma-sensei."

"Yea. And it will be nice if we are going to get our own multi-chapter story."

"Eh? What are you talking about Takebayashi?"

"Karma, Nagisa and also Isogai you guys will be in my team!" Satsuki suddenly pop up in their sight.

"Eh what about me?"

"Hmm? Ah Shiota-chan will be in Gakushuu's Team. Don't worry, Itona is in there."

"You are going to compete with Gakushuu?"

"Yep, we both wanted to see who is better. And to tell you the truth, we also wanted to go against with Karma but... he isn't part of neither Assassination Class nor Support Class; so instead I'll just have him to help me."

"A total disadvantage for Gakushuu."

"Not at all, that bastard is good in scheming too."

"Yosh! If everyone's team is full gear! Go and start now!!!"

"We're supposedly with Satsuki and the others... so why did they leave us?" Nagisa questioned as she and Karma exploring the forest by just the two of them.

"This might be her aim right from the start."

Silence conquer them as their footsteps, the birds and rusting of leaves were the only things that resounding.

"Isogai and Kaede."

"Ah, yeah. But seeing it is Korosensei who taking care of Isogai-kun's mental health I think it's normal."

"He is." Nagisa halted to her steps "Hey Karma."

"Yeah?"

"Are you happy?" Karma stops from walking and turn towards her "With me?"

Karma smirk while walking towards her, "Ehhhh what's the sudden question?" but he didn't let Nagisa to answer instead he embraced her lovingly and whisper to her ear his answer "I am. I always love you Nagisa. What about you?"

Nagisa embraced him back "Me too. I love you so much."
