Third Person's P.O.V :-

5 years later...

"Yoongi! Are you done? Hurry up! We'll be late to pick up Jimin from the airport!" Hoseok called out as he ran towards the closet to grab some towels for Jihoon.

"YOONGI!" He yelled louder as he now stood in front of the bathroom door.

The bathroom door slammed open. Yoongi stood there on the doorway with an unimpressed face, drenched in water from head to toe, a large chunk of bubbles was resting on his wet head while a four and a half year old Jihoon squealed and giggled in his arms.

"We took a bubble bath!" Jihoon spoke out enthusiastically as he reached out his hands for Hoseok to pick him away from Yoongi's very wet arms.

"Oh gosh, looks like you gave Uncle Yoongi a bubble bath experience as well, Jihoon-ah" Hoseok chuckled as he took the preschooler in his own arms and looked back at his boyfriend, who looked like an irritated wet cat.

Yoongi glared at his boyfriend and stormed inside again, probably to take a quick proper bath and wash away all the slippery bubbles and soap water from himself.

Hoseok chuckled at the antiques of his boyfriend and looked down at Jihoon, making faces at him to make him giggle,"Is Jihoon excited to see, Papa?" Hoseok asked as he rocked the child and walked towards Jihoon's bedroom.

"Mm! I'm very excited! I missed Papa very much" Jihoon responded as he extended his arms out and looked up at Hoseok,"Uncle Hobi! Let's go Airplane full speed! I want to see Papa quickly!" He demanded enthusiastically and Hoseok couldn't help but chuckle.

"Alright! Jihoon airlines are ready to launch! Get, set, ready and go!" Hoseok said with childlike energy as he securely held Jihoon horizontally and Jihoon extended his arms, pretending to be an airplane. Hoseok made windy noises from his mouth as he ran through the hallway towards the room where all of Jihoon's clothes were.

"Yayyy hahaha" Jihoon laughed the entire time while flying.

Yoongi stepped into Jihoon's room while trying to put on his watch around his wrist,"Hobi, Jihoon-ah, are you guys ready yet?" Yoongi called as he looked up to see Hoseok still in the middle of brushing Jihoon's hair.

Hoseok glanced back at him while relief flooded in his eyes,"Thank God, you're here, can you help him with his shoes? I'll go get ready quickly" He requested as he gave Jihoon a, loving peck on the forehead, and stood up to walk past a shocked Yoongi,"Thank you, you're a great help, baby" He whispered with a slight smirk as he gave Yoongi's shoulder a firm squeeze.

Yoongi stood there on the doorway, having a staring competition with Jihoon until he finally gave up and walked inside,"Do my own share of the chore, do half the share of your chore, life is exhaustive!" He whined as he knelt down and sat down in front of Jihoon,"Okay, dear, precious, Jihoon, tell me where are your shoes?" Yoongi asked, trying his best to be cheerful but it only looked like he had a frog stuck in his throat.

Jihoon innocently tilted his head to the side,"I don't know, I hit them away earlier with my bat like baseball! Yay! Home run!" He cheered and started to run around Yoongi as if he was touching all four bases of baseball by doing that.

Yoongi slumped down on his spot on the floor and face palmed. Now he needed to dig around and find the shoes before making Jihoon put them on as well. Great. Life couldn't have been easier for Yoongi at that moment.

"You know, I'm starting to think we need to start being a bit firm with Jihoon now" Yoongi yawned as he entered his bedroom where Hoseok stood in front of the mirror, brushing his hair.

"We're not his parents, Yoongi" Hoseok answered nonchalantly,"And besides he's only a kid, let him have fun, if not now then when?" He added as he turned around to face his boyfriend.

Yoongi crossed his hands over his chest, a bit offended,"What do you mean, we're not his parents? We basically brought that brat up with our blood, sweat and tears since his vocabulary only consisted of googoo gagas, we better be getting gifts and cards on Happy Father's Day or he's gonna get some old school ass whopping" He stated in an upset tone and walked forward till he was back hugging his boyfriend.

Yoongi rested his chin on Hoseok's shoulder while he watched Hoseok spray some cologne on his shirt. His curious eyes going over to Yoongi who watched him like a mesmerized cat.

Hoseok chuckled looking at Yoongi's expression,"What are you looking at?" He asked in a merry tone as he turned around a little to leave a soft kiss on Yoongi's cheek.

Yoongi looked away a little at that question,"We're only going to pick up Jimin from the airport and go to some restaurant to have brunch but you're dressing up this fine, you never dress up like this for one of our dates, who's the boyfriend here, Jung Hoseok?" He grumbled under his breath as a soft pout occupied his lips.

Hoseok laughed out loudly at Yoongi calling him by his full government name and threw himself at his boyfriend for support as he got weak in the knees from the logic.

"Ah, really, that statement stays undefeated" Hoseok whispered as he wiped away drops of tears in his eyes corners from laughing and leaned back to see Yoongi smiling at him. Hoseok's cheerful laughter always lit up his mood.

"Alright, Boyfriend, from now on I'll try to put more pizzazz into my clothes whenever we go on date nights, okay?" He answered as he wrapped his arms around Yoongi's neck and took him in a lazy lip lock.

"Mmm, I think I'll prefer you without any clothes, right about now" Yoongi whispered between the kisses as he held Hoseok's waist and brought it closer to himself.

Hoseok smirked,"Sometimes you say you want me in clothes, sometimes you say you want me naked, what do you actually want, Mr. Min?" He asked as he brushed back a few strands of hair from Yoongi's beautiful face and leaning in to kiss him again.

Yoongi grinned and pretended to think,"Hmm such a hard question! I think I want you naked top of a pile of well tailored suits" He answered making both of themselves chuckle. Yoongi looked at Hoseok's happy face and felt his gut flipping over. He really loved this man.

"We haven't had the chance to be alone the entire week because of Jihoon's exams, Hobi" He informed as he reached up to cup Hoseok's face and brought it closer to kiss him better while Hoseok, clinged to him more, pressing his chest against Yoongi.

"What are you trying to say?" Hoseok asked as he hovered over Yoongi's pink lips before diving in for another kiss.

Yoongi's other hand, that was resting on Hoseok's waist trailed down the slope of Hoseok's ass and grabbed his thigh, bringing it up to let it rest around his own waist,"How about we inform Jimin to take a cab and directly go to the restaurant while we take a few minutes for ourselves, baby?" He asked in a low and alluring voice as he leaned down to kiss Hoseok's jaw.

Trembles of laughter bubbled out of Hoseok's mouth as he retreated his thighs from Yoongi's waist and pushed him back playfully, a mischievous grin occupying his lips,"Wah, so heartless, Yoongi! After a 14 hour flight, you want Jimin to catch a cab all by himself?! No, you horn dog! Control your mayonnaise bottle, my love" He exclaimed while laughing and pushed Yoongi back to walk towards the door to exit the bedroom

Yoongi just stood in his spot, softly glaring at the floor as if he was telling the floor how unfair life was.

Hoseok noticed the lack of footsteps behind him and looked back to see Yoongi pouting again. He smiled at the childish behavior and leaned on the doorframe.

"Come on, Yoongi, let's go, we're getting late" He called out and watched how Yoongi looked at him with an upset face and walked towards him.

"Besides, after we drop Jihoon at the preschool and Jimin at his home, we're basically free the entire day" Hoseok said when Yoongi was just about to pass him by.

Yoongi stopped in his steps after he heard that and looked at Hoseok in anticipation. Hoseok smiled harder and leaned in to whisper in Yoongi's ear,"Once we're finally done, why a few minutes? We can take the entire day for ourselves, babe" He uttered softly and leaned back to see the growing blush on Yoongi's pale cheeks.

Hoseok laughed and stepped away to get Jihoon from the living room where he could hear the sounds of the TV running.

Yoongi covered his red face with his hands and exhaled a deep breath. He had really hit the jackpot when he had asked Jung Hoseok to be his boyfriend. He was the whole ideal boyfriend package and Yoongi couldn't be happier.

"Zoom~ zoom~ zoom~~" Jihoon leaned on the car's window and watched the scenery pass them by,"Bye bye tree! Take care!" He yelled out earnestly as he waved his little hand at the big tree that he suddenly saw out of his window.

Hoseok chuckled as he observed the child from the rare view mirror and proceeded to get more comfortable on his seat,"Jihoon looks so happy, he's probably looking forward to coming back from the preschool and meeting his beloved dad" He said and yawned a little,"I think this the longest Jimin's been away right?" He asked as he glanced at Yoongi from the corner of his eyes.

Yoongi nodded,"Yeah, seven months, this is by far, the longest he has ever been away" He admitted and took a turn on the road.

Hoseok nodded and looked ahead, trying to keep quiet and enjoy the ride but a thought was constantly plaguing his mind.

"Say, Yoongi, it's not only me who's noticed all of Jimin's different partners up until now, right?" He asked out in the softest tone as he looked at Yoongi,"He always calls when it's night time there and there's almost always someone walking around in his bedroom in a bathrobe but it's a different person each day...I'm a bit worried about him" He whispered while he looked down at his lap in deep thought.

Yoongi's face hardened as he heard Hoseok's words. He had noticed that little detail as well but he kept it to himself.

"Are you judging him for having one night stands?" Yoongi whispered as he momentarily turned towards Hoseok to look at him before turning his gaze back to the road.

"I'm not judging him..!" Hoseok protested with knitted brows,"But a different person each day? Isn't that a bit too much? I don't think that's safe, I'm just really worried about him, that's all.." He mumbled out sadly as he looked ahead on the road again.

"To be honest.." Yoongi began slowly,"You're right, even I found that little detail troubling but I'm just trusting him to know what he's doing" He whispered and brushed back his hair in frustration.

Hoseok saw Yoongi's constipated expression and reached out to put his hand over Yoongi's thigh to provide comfort,"You're right, he's a clever guy, I'm sure he knows what he's doing, we just have to trust him" He whispered and smiled up at Yoongi cheerfully.

Yoongi glanced at the beautiful face if his boyfriend and sighed as he felt all of his frustrations melting away,"Yeah.." He whispered and continued driving towards the preschool.

Dropping Jihoon at his preschool, both Hoseok and Yoongi waved their goodbyes to him before they got back inside the car and drove towards the airport to pick Jimin up.

"There! There! Jimin-ah!!" Hoseok called out in excitement as he and Yoongi stood outside of the gateway watching all the flight passengers leave one by one with their luggage.

Jimin had walked out smartly while dragging his trolley behind him. Face serious as silver hair blew in the air and bounced with each step he took. A black sunglass rested over his nose bridge while he carried his coat on his forearm.

A smile had instantly bloomed on Jimin's previously serious face as he caught the sight of his friends and enthusiastically waved back at them.

He hurried along towards them while Hoseok and Yoongi waited for him with excited and warm smiles, respectively.

"Hyung!" Jimin said in excitement, his tone having a slight hint of relief mixed into it as he let go of the trolley and instantly engulfed Hoseok in a tight hug before letting go and hugging Yoongi with the same smile.

"Woah, I thought silver suited you well on camera but from closer it looks even better! Jimin, this might be your color!" Hoseok said as he caressed Jimin newly dyed silver hair and ruffled it.

Jimin chuckled and turned to Hoseok,"You think so? Thanks, hyung, someone suggested that I should dye my hair so I did it on impulse but I was uncertain about it all along" He whispered in relief as he looked at Hoseok.

"What rubbish, you look great in every color!" Hoseok reassured while squeezing Jimin's cheeks a little.

"Aww, thanks, hyung" Jimin uttered gratefully.

Yoongi cleared his throat gaining the attention of both of his friends,"Now if the emotional reunion is over, let us finally get going to a restaurant? I'm starving" He said as he grabbed both of his friends' wrists and ushered them towards the car while they giggled at his antiques.

Yoongi put Jimin's trolley in the back of the car before getting inside the driver's seat while Hoseok sat beside him on the passenger seat and Jimin sat in the backseat with his trolley. The car pulled back before driving off, heading towards a restaurant.

"And that'd be it, thank you" Hoseok smiled at the waiter as he concluded ordering for the three of them and watched as the staff walked away.

"You ordered a lot of stuff" Yoongi commented while he leaned back on his seat and sipped on some water.

"We're seeing Jimin after so long! This calls for a party!" Hoseok cheered happily while he looked at both of his friends.

"Well then I surely hope that mister billionaire who has gone on sixteen world tours up until now offers to pay for the meal" Yoongi shrugged in a teasing voice as he glanced at Jimin and smirked.

Jimin flashed him a playful look before hitting his chest,"You're exaggerating, Yoongi hyung!" He complained while laughing,"And I went for work purposes, those weren't vacations" He added as he picked up his own glass and sipped on some water.

"But you can't deny that you've racked up mad bank, can you?" Yoongi continued to tease while smirking,"I think right now you're wealthier than even Jin hyung" He commented.

Jimin blushed slightly,"I might be" He trailed off with red cheeks,"I'm grateful for the opportunity, thanks to you guys I could take this job, thank you for taking care of Jihoon while I'm not around" He said and looked up at Hoseok and Yoongi gratefully.

Hoseok and Yoongi smiled at him and ruffled his hair.

"Jihoon is literally an angel, in fact, thank you for letting him stay with us" Hoseok whispered while he poured more water for Yoongi and Jimin in their glasses.

Yoongi silently nodded in agreement,"He might be a handful but he keeps us entertained, lights up our boring lives a little, though I hate the fact that we can't have loud sex at night because of him" He stated out the good things and bad things in one breath with the most nonchalant expression.

Jimin burst out laughing after being caught off guard with that information while Hoseok's face turned a bright red.

"YOONGI!"

After a filling meal at the restaurant, they had gotten back into the car and drove straight to Jimin's home which had collected dust for the past seven months while Jihoon stayed with Yoongi and Hoseok in their apartment.

"Oh this place needs a thorough fixer upper" Hoseok said as he looked around the house.

"It has been locked for seven months, can't say I'm surprised, I'll just clean my bedroom and Jihoon's bedroom today and then tomorrow I'll probably hire someone to clean" Jimin shrugged nonchalantly as he stepped towards the stairs to get to his bedroom.

"We'll help you clean, you must be terribly jet-lagged from the flight" Yoongi said as he and Hoseok followed him up to his bedroom.

Opening the door they got to work as three of them cleaned three different areas.

"Are you leaving anytime soon again?" Hoseok asked as he grabbed the broom and dusted it slightly.

"Hmm not any time soon, I guess" Jimin murmured as he yanked the bedsheet off of the mattress,"But there's a campaign in Mexico, Bacalar in two months, it's not an important one so I'm planning on skipping it, I want to stay in Seoul for a while I've been away for too long" He said with a smile as he handed the sheet to Yoongi who was standing beside the hamper.

"Alright" Yoongi said as he put the dirty and dusty sheet in the hamper,"Well, then any news on the dating market? three days ago we saw a blonde walking around in your room, we thought he looked really cute with you" He said as he turned to face Jimin who was looking at him now with red cheeks.

Hoseok chuckled and leaned on the broom a little,"Yeah, Jimin, he was really cute, you should think about contacting him again" He suggested with a smile.

Jimin looked down at his lap bashfully and fidgeted a bit,"Hyung..." He trailed off in a timid yet whiny tone,"You guys know it's not that, it was just a one time thing, I don't even know his contact number or his name" He said and chuckled shyly.

Hoseok and Yoongi's eyes collectively widened as they heard that.

"Wait not even his name?!" Hoseok called out in alarm while Yoongi just stood there on his spot, not knowing whether to be amused or stunned.

"Woah, you've turned into a proper Casanova, huh?" Yoongi called out as he laughed slightly.

Jimin blushed a little when he heard that,"Well..I didn't mean for it to happen, it just sort of did" He whispered softly while looking down at his lap while he sat over the bed.

"Well as long as you're using proper safe sex precautions and a condom, I guess I have no other complaints" Hoseok uttered in a slight disappointed tone, he wanted his friend to have someone special, not just sleep around but he guessed if Jimin was happy with things being that way then he had no right to judge.

"Can't wait for Jihoon to grow up so that I can tell him his dad's a hit it and quit it person" Yoongi chuckled in amusement as he threw a new bedsheet at Jimin.

Jimin caught it while laughing a little,"Yah, don't you dare say those weird things to my cute son" He scolded playfully as he got up to spread the sheets on the bed,"What happened in these seven months while I was gone? I hardly ever got the time to call you guys, I've been out of touch with everyone else, how is everyone?" He asked in a slightly curious tone.

"Well, a lot happened" Hoseok said as he started to sweep the floor again,"after five years of relentless pining from Jin hyung's side, Namjoon finally succumbed and decided to date him" He whispered with a smile,"Jungkook completed his degree in psychology and is currently working under Namjoon, and Taehyung finally completed his late graduation and I think he recently got a new job as the secretary in a big company right?" He asked as he looked at Yoongi for confirmation.

Yoongi nodded,"He got it just a few weeks ago and he also moved to a new place recently" Yoongi confirmed and provided some additional information.

Jimin smiled,"I'm happy for everyone" He whispered softly,"I wonder what everyone is doing right now" He spoke to himself softly.

Hoseok and Yoongi smiled at his words.

"I'm sure everyone is doing great" Hoseok said as he walked over to Jimin and ruffled his hair,"Now come on, let's go clean Jihoon's room!" He encouraged and Jimin just smiled.

Taehyung was waiting outside of a cafe as he looked around the street and pressed his lips together cutely. He pulled out his arm from his pocket and looked at the time.

15 minutes late..

Honk!

Taehyung suddenly looked up at the sudden horn to see a car standing in front of him. The car window rolled down and Jungkook peeped out of there with a smirk,"Hey there, beautiful, need a lift?" He asked flirtatiously while flashing a smirk.

Taehyung's eyes instantly lit up. He laughed to himself slightly as he walked towards the car and leaned down on the window a little,"Yes, I was actually waiting for my boyfriend but he stood me up, can I get a ride?" He asked while smiling.

Jungkook let out a quivering breath as he leaned back in his seat and looked at Taehyung with a knowing look in his eyes,"What type of ride are we talking about here?" He asked while his eyes locked with Taehyung.

Taehyung lowered his head and let out an amused snicker before biting his lips and looking up to meet Jungkook's waiting gaze again,"Maybe it'll be easier if I demonstrate it to you instead" He whispered and chuckled, breaking his flirtatious character,"Come on, unlock the car, you'll cause a traffic jam like this!" Taehyung urged while Jungkook pouted slightly but unlocked the door.

Taehyung laughed at the adorable pout and got inside the car before the vehicle drove off.

"Why were you late, Koo?" Taehyung asked as he looked at Jungkook curiously.

"Ever since you got the job of secretary you've become too punctual, Tae" Jungkook softly whined as he looked at his boyfriend,"Consider the possibility that I might have been stuck in the traffic too" He grumbled.

Taehyung smiled as he watched Jungkook's slightly upset face and couldn't help but be amused,"I can't help it" He whispered with a soft smile.

Jungkook nodded,"I know and um it wasn't the traffic that held me up" He whispered as he stopped at a red light and looked at Taehyung who was looking back at him in question now.

Jungkook felt himself blush a little as he had Taehyung's full attention back on him and he gulped,"I'm late because I-I..." He fumbled over his own words as Taehyung tilted his head to the side a little in confusion, having no idea what Jungkook was trying to say.

In that moment Jungkook decided that he couldn't trust his words and he should just let his actions speak instead. He reached back and grabbed something before he dragged it out and held it in front of Taehyung's surprised eyes.

It was a bouquet of red roses.

Taehyung's eyes softened up a bit as a small smile graced his lips,"You brought flowers for me, Koo?" He softly asked as he glanced at Jungkook.

Jungkook's face turned a shade darker as his eyes locked with Taehyung's warm ones,"I-I.." He started to shutter again as he felt breathless, the longer he stared into Taehyung's warm eyes,"Ye-yes!" He squeaked out in the end.

Before he left for college, he used to be bold and aggressive with his affection but somehow now after so many years of being physically apart from each other and only communicating through social media had made the smallest most sincere romantic gesture too intimate for Jungkook.

It was a different thing when he was joking around just like how it was another completely different thing when he was being sincere about his feelings.

Taehyung looked beautiful, more so up close when he sat right beside Jungkook on the passenger gently smelling the roses and smiling softly at his nervousness. Taehyung wasn't even doing anything and Jungkook felt like his heart was beating too fast for his own good.

It was their first date after Jungkook graduated from college, the first time they were meeting in five years. All the vacation Jungkook got previously, he used it up with doing internships under Namjoon, his studies, work, assignments and exams barely left him with any time for Taehyung.

Often by the time he got around to calling Taehyung it was nighttime and even then he'd unfortunately fall asleep in the middle of the conversation. He had apologized to Taehyung multiple times before and the other had always remained understanding and said it was okay with a sweet smile, said Jungkook's studies were more important than having daily conversations.

On one hand it was the unconditional support from Taehyung that had motivated Jungkook to do better at his academics but likewise on the other hand it had made him wary about their growing distance. In the past he often got angry at his packed up schedule that prevented him from going and seeing Taehyung but now he was finally free and could come see his boyfriend for the first time in years.

His boyfriend had established a lot in the passing years, he went from doing part-time jobs to having a full on nine to five secretary's job at a reputed company while he was simultaneously the Fundraising Specialist in an NGO which helped homeless people. Jungkook would be lying if he said he wasn't proud of what Taehyung had managed to become all on his own.

However, even though he was proud, there was a little insecure side of him which couldn't help but think that Taehyung might be over him by now. His classmates in college, filling his ears with phrases like 'long distance relationships don't last' didn't aid the situation at all.

Jungkook loved Taehyung way too much, he couldn't just let the love dry out like that, so he planned the entire day out for their first date in advance to rekindle their spark which had dulled down a bit.

The only problem was that now when he was trying to execute it, even the smallest gesture had him blushing madly and shuttering like crazy. Jungkook looked down at his lap while his cheeks burned, he felt like tearing up at how overwhelmed and nervous he felt.

One of Taehyung's warm hands reached out and tenderly cupped Jungkook's right cheek and caressed it,"Thank you, Koo, I love it" He whispered sincerely while flashing Jungkook a reassuring smile.

Somehow that reassuring look was enough to wash away Jungkook's nervousness temporarily. He stared up at Taehyung's alluring face and returned the soft smile.

The signal turned green and the vehicle drove off.

The car stopped in front of a pet cafe. Taehyung's eyes instantly widened when he saw the signboard of the cafe from the car's window.

"A pet cafe?" Taehyung asked eagerly as he turned back to Jungkook,"I wanted to visit one for so long! Thank you, Koo!" He said happily as he spun towards the direction of the cafe again and tried to see any animals from the giant glass windows of the cafe.

Jungkook chuckled at Taehyung's reaction as he parked the car and turned the engine off,"Why does it look like you are more excited to see some puppies more than your actual boyfriend?" He asked and looked at Taehyung's direction with mirth shining in his eyes, waiting for his boyfriend to turn back to him.

Taehyung shook his head in amusement as he heard Jungkook's words and glanced back at him,"Well, they are cuter than you" He answered in a vague tone as he pretended to ponder hard on the subject.

Jungkook's nose crunched up as his bunny teeth peeped out and his eyes twinkled at Taehyung's answer.

"Oh? So you're saying I'm not cute enough for you to be excited?" He asked as he leaned forward a little and fluttered his eyelashes a little.

Taehyung giggled as he slumped back on his seat and reached out to boop Jungkook's adorable round softly,"You're the cutest, Koo" He whispered as he stared at Jungkook's smiling face. His hand traced down the slope of Jungkook's high cheekbones and lightly caressed the skin under his chin,"Far too cute" He added sweetly.

A small bubble of warmth enveloped them as Jungkook looked back at Taehyung. He felt like his was in a trance as he slowly leaned forward till he was fully hovering over Taehyung's seat.

"Cute enough to deserve a kiss?" Jungkook softly asked while he gulped a little. It would be their first kiss in five years. His stomach was doing flips inside his belly. The longer he stared at Taehyung's lips the louder his heartbeat rang inside his ears.

Taehyung slowly brought Jungkook's face down and himself leaned in a little to gently brush his lips against Jungkook's,"Yes" He whispered with lidded eyes as he closed them and connected his lips with Jungkook's.

In that moment Jungkook felt his body turning into jelly as he forgot about everything else and just clung to his boyfriend's body. His one hand cupped the side of Taehyung's face while the other hand desperately searched for the seat recliner lever.

His hand finally grabbed the lever and pulled it in a rush as the seat started to recline back slowly. Jungkook was now saddling Taehyung's lap as he caged the corporate worker on the seat.

Jungkook tilted his head to the side as tried to kiss Taehyung more passionately. He missed the taste of Taehyung's lips on his so much, he felt like he could cry in that moment.

"I missed you" Jungkook pulled back with a wet sound and panted breathlessly against Taehyung's lips, his eyes were still closed as he did so,"I missed you so much, Tae" He whispered as his voice broke a little.

"Koo?" Taehyung called out gently as he cupped Jungkook's face and looked up at him in concern. His soft voice made Jungkook finally open his eyes only to show Taehyung that they were brimming with tears.

Taehyung frowned,"Koo, I missed you too, baby, don't cry" He whispered as he brushed some strands of hair away from Jungkook's pretty face and tucked them behind his ear,"I missed you a lot, I've been waiting for this day for years now, don't cry, Koo" He said with a gentle smile as he pulled the other in for a comforting hug.

Jungkook laid his head down on Taehyung's chest and wrapped his arms again Taehyung,"I'm sorry for ruining the mood" He whispered.

"You didn't ruin anything" Taehyung said as he leaned down to kiss the top of Jungkook's head and let his hands gently massage Jungkook's scalp.

They remained in that position for a while before they finally looked up at each other and smiled happily.

"You're finally here with me now" Taehyung said happily while caressing Jungkook's cheery red bottom lips.

"I am here" Jungkook answered as he leaned forward to take Taehyung in a lazy liplock. They held each other's hands while they kissed.

"Call me 'baby' again" Jungkook whispered while he kissed the corner of Taehyung's mouth and went down to kiss his jaw,"Say it, Tae" He urged as his hands started to tug down Taehyung's shirt a little to reveal a small portion of Taehyung's collarbone.

Taehyung chuckled at Jungkook's needy behavior,"Baby, stop" He said and cupped Jungkook's face. He pulled Jungkook's towards him and left a loving peck on his lips,"We came here to pet some puppies, didn't we? How about we leave the intimate things for later? The cafe will close like this, sweetie" He whispered with a smile.

Jungkook stared into Taehyung's eyes before pouting,"You're prioritizing those puppies over me" He said childishly but got up anyway to pull the reclined seat back up and pull out the keys from the engine,"Alright, let's go pet some puppies then" He sighed and turned to Taehyung who was looking back at him in amusement.

"Yes, let's go" Taehyung whispered merrily.

The rest of the day went by just as Jungkook had planned it. They had a grand time at the pet cafe as Taehyung got bombarded with hoards of puppies running upto him for petting and Jungkook took videos of that incident happening. After that they went to watch a horror movie where Jungkook was honestly expecting Taehyung to get scared and clinge to him but it was Jungkook who ended up flinching or screaming each time a jumpscare came up while Taehyung remained seamless and occasionally just laughed at him.

After that entire embarrassing ordeal, they finally drove to a park to enjoy their evening together peacefully.

"The sky is beautiful today" Taehyung said as both of them walked on the pebble path hand in hand.

"It's painted in yellows and oranges and yet there's still pinks and purples there" Jungkook observed as he looked up at the sky,"Maybe I'd paint it next" He mused out thoughtfully.

"I'm sure it'll turn out great, Koo" Taehyung encouraged as he caressed the back of Jungkook's hand and looked at him affectionately.

Jungkook smiled shyly as he let go of Taehyung's hand and slowly reached out to hold his waist,"Thank you for supporting me, Tae" He whispered as he rubbed his nose against Taehyung's making the other chuckle.

The park was fairly empty that day as they reached the central courtyard where a huge fountain stood with different colours of light painting the water flow differently.

Taehyung's gasped happily as he hurried towards the fountain and pulled out his phone to record the mini light show.

Jungkook grinned at the behavior and stepped forward to stand behind Taehyung who had his phone out recording the fountain.

"Do you like it?" Jungkook asked with a smile while he dug his gaze into the phonescreen which was recording.

"Yes! It's so beautiful!" Taehyung exclaimed in excitement,"Thank you for such an amazing day, Koo, you put so much work into everything, this was my best date ever" He said as he finally stopped recording and turned back to hug Jungkook.

Jungkook's eyes twinkled with happiness as he hugged Taehyung back and buried his head in the crook of Taehyung's neck,"There's another surprise" He whispered with his eyes closed.

Taehyung blinked and leaned back to look at Jungkook in puzzlement,"Another one?" He asked softly while he tilted his head to the side innocently.

Jungkook looked at Taehyung's face with mirth shining in his eyes and nodded,"But you'll have to close your eyes" He added happily.

Taehyung started to feel warm as he stared into Jungkook's happy face,"Alright" He whispered and closed his eyes slowly.

Jungkook slowly stepped forward till he was standing behind Taehyung and put his hands over Taehyung's eyes to make sure the other doesn't peep at the surprise before it's the right time. Taehyung gasped as he felt Jungkook's finger on his eyes as his hand reached up to grab them.

"Don't worry, just follow my lead, okay?" Jungkook whispered in Taehyung's ear as he waited for the other's affirmation.

"Okay" Taehyung whispered as he felt Jungkook leading him somewhere and he carefully started to head that way.

After a little bit of stumbling over the pebble path, Jungkook stopped and so did Taehyung. Jungkook slowly let go of Taehyung's eyes and moved to stand beside him while he waited for Taehyung's reaction to his surprise.

At first, Taehyung's vision was a bit blurry but as it improved he saw a little garden area which was lit up with fairy lights, there was a table with two chairs in the middle. An ice bucket of champagne rested in the middle of it while a few staff stood to the side.

Taehyung turned to Jungkook and looked at him in awe,"Koo, this is-" He tried to say but he felt his words jumbling up in his throat.

Jungkook smiled and took one step closer to Taehyung while he kept on smiling,"Surprise" He whispered sweetly and looked down to search something in his pockets.

Taehyung already felt so overwhelmed yet happy that he wanted to hug his boyfriend but the other seemed busy rummaging through his pockets. Taehyung frowned wondering what the other was searching for.

Jungkook's fingers finally caressed the rectangular box in his coat's pocket as he pulled it out and held it open to Taehyung.

It was an expensive watch.

Taehyung gasped and looked up at Jungkook,"Koo, you didn't have to-"

"Happy birthday, Tae" Jungkook whispered while smiling softly,"And congratulations on your new job, I know we lost a lot of time and missed out on a lot of things, so I'm gifting you time, in hopes that we'll be able to make up for the time we lost, I love you" He said as he cupped Taehyung's face and caressed it.

Taehyung teared up as he heard those words. In that moment he just wanted to lean in and kiss his boyfriend but the sounds of claps from the catering staff distracted him. Taehyung exhaled a shuddering breath as he smiled,"I love it, thank you so much and I love you too" He whispered as he leaned over to leave a soft kiss on Jungkook's forehead.

They smiled at each other and walked towards the table in the middle. Soon the appetizers arrived as Jungkook popped open the champagne to pour it down in both of their glasses. They clinked their glasses together and smiled happily at each other.

Jungkook sipped on his champagne as he watched Taehyung tearing into the appetizer fondly. The date had gone well.

Currently, Jungkook was walking behind Taehyung through the hallway of the apartment building as he looked at the neatly decorated space in wonder,"This place must cost a fortune" He whispered in awe.

Taehyung chuckled and stopped in front of his apartment door as he pulled out the keycard,"Surprise, I'm rich now" He said playfully and swung the door open as he waited for Jungkook to enter,"Welcome home, Koo" He invited as he leaned on the doorway and smirked a little.

Jungkook felt butterflies erupt in his stomach as he looked at Taehyung,"Home?" He asked stepping forward a little. His gaze, boring into Taehyung's warm eyes.

Taehyung's hand reached out to tuck a strang of hair behind Jungkook's ear,"Move in with me, Koo, I know you're looking for a place, come be with me, I missed you a lot" He uttered gently.

Jungkook's eyes glistened as he rushed forward and engulfed Taehyung in a tight embrace. He buried his head in the crook of Taehyung's neck and nodded vigorously, unable to form any words.

Taehyung wrapped his arms around Jungkook's frame and remained there, just outside the entrance of his apartment, soaking in the peaceful moment.

"This place is like 5 times the size of my dorm room and my dorm room had 5 guys sharing it!" Jungkook exclaimed out in wonder as he looked around the place in awe,"How are you affording this? This must cost a fortune!" He said as he turned back to look at Taehyung who just looked amused at Jungkook's reaction.

"It does but my new company is paying 75% of the rent, so it's bearable" Taehyung answered as he took a seat on the barstool of the open kitchen and poured himself a glass of water.

Jungkook turned back and looked at Taehyung in bewilderment,"How come you became richer before me? I'm supposed to be the doctor between us" He asked as a smile made its way over to his lips.

Taehyung chuckled,"Magic~" He said while wiggling his fingers in the air to indicate a sparkling effect,"But it's mostly because of the NGO connections, one of the sponsors noticed me during an event and really liked my work ethic, he offered me the job" He said merrily, somewhat still unable to believe his own luck.

"Noticed you?" Jungkook raised a playful eyebrow as he walked closer to cage Taehyung against the kitchen island,"How old is this guy?" He asked while he smirked at Taehyung, his eyes shining with mirth.

Taehyung chuckled as he heard Jungkook's words,"Hmm around 68? Just my type, a polite man with a loving family and two adorable little grandsons, I'm leaving you for him actually~" He teased as he showed Jungkook his tongue.

Jungkook let out a fake gasp,"No you're absolutely not!" He said while laughing as he started to tickle Taehyung as a way to punish him for saying that.

Taehyung barked out a loud laugh as he yelped in surprise the moment Jungkook started to tickle him,"Koo! Stop! Hahaha!" He squeaked out as he thrashed around and threw his head back while wiggling his body.

Jungkook giggled as he continued to playfully punish Taehyung and finally stopped when his cheeks started to hurt from grinning from ear to ear,"Serves you right!" Jungkook whispered out in a teasing manner while looking very much out of breath, the task of tickling one's boyfriend was a tiring one after all.

Taehyung had his eyes closed while he panted underneath Jungkook, his upper body rested on the kitchen counter while Jungkook had him caged right there.

Jungkook looked down at his boyfriend under him struggling to breathe and started to chuckle a little. He leaned down and hugged Taehyung in that specific state,"Stop looking like that, you're giving me indecent ideas" He whispered in Taehyung's ears.

Taehyung opened his eyes and looked up at the ceiling as he heard those words,"What kind of ideas are we talking about here?" He asked playfully as his hands started to sneak up on Jungkook's back.

Jungkook shuddered on top of him while he felt the touch,"You know exactly what I'm talking about" He said as he nuzzled his face in the crook of Taehyung's neck and sighed in content.

"Hmm? I don't think I actually do" Taehyung spoke in a teasing voice,"Spell it out for me?" He whispered as he turned his head to the side a little and lightly bit the tip of Jungkook's ear.

Jungkook sprung back immediately while a huge blush covered the expanse of his face,"You-! Where did you learn to do that?!" He shuttered out while looking down at Taehyung accusingly.

Taehyung smirked at Jungkook,"Why?" He asked as he tilted his head to the side a little, pretending to be innocent,"Do you like that?" He asked as one of his hands came up to trace its fingers around Jungkook's sensitive ear which had turned red by now.

Jungkook felt his stomach flipping over as he heard those words,"If I.." He began as he nervously licked his lips,"If I told you what I like, will you do them to me?" He asked while blushing madly.

Taehyung chuckled a little,"Depends on what types of things you want to be done to you~" He voiced out and looked up at Jungkook warmly as one of his hand came up to cup Jungkook's left cheek and his thumb caressed it lovingly.

Jungkook gulped the lump in his throat as his hands trailed down to hook under the thighs of Taehyung and pulled him up a little to mush their abdomens together,"There's a lot of things that I want to be done to me, a lot of things that I want to do to you" He whispered as he looked down at Taehyung in a breathless manner.

Taehyung felt his gut tighten up a little as he wrapped his legs around Jungkook's waist,"Mmm, sounds promising" He uttered as a dazed look overtool his eyes and he pulled Jungkook's head closer to himself, yearning for a kiss.

However the anticipation was short lived as the moment got interrupted with the sound of Jungkook's phone ringing.

"That's Namjoon hyung's ringtone" Jungkook said as he let go of a very disappointed and frowning Taehyung and leaned back to rummage through his pockets to get the phone.

Taehyung, who now once again sat on the barstool frowned deeper at Jungkook's actions,"Do you really have to take that call right now? Couldn't you have called back a little later?" He voice out his displeasure.

Jungkook smiled softly in return,"Namjoon hyung know how important today is for me, but still he called, it must be something important, give me a few minutes" He whispered in a reassuring voice as he picked up the call and walked toward the open balcony to talk business with Namjoon.

Taehyung silently huffed in frustration as he watched the Jungkook's back standing on the balcony and stormed off to freshen up instead.

15 minutes later when Taehyung finally emerged out of the bedroom again, he spotted Jungkook still on the balcony talking. Taehyung felt a small pang of jealousy in his chest as he pouted in distaste and grabbed his laptop from the coffee table.

If Jungkook was busy with work, he could bury himself within his work too.

After another half an hour or so, Jungkook finally hung up the phone and sighed. His throat was sore from constantly talking on the phone and his legs hurt. He did a few neck exercises and walked back inside the living room in an exhausted manner.

He immediately spotted Taehyung standing in the kitchen, stirring a cup of warm tea with a spoon while he had his eyes dug on the laptop.

Taehyung felt Jungkook's silhouette standing in the middle of the living room and glanced up momentarily. He gestured towards the steaming cup of hot tea resting on the kitchen island and went back to his laptop.

Taehyung made some tea for him.

Jungkook's heart felt warm as he walked closer. Just as he approached the barstool, he started hearing words coming out of the laptop.

By the way Taehyung was sometimes clicking a button on the laptop and speaking back to it in a professional voice, it was clear that he was in the middle of a virtual meeting.

Jungkook opted to quietly drink his tea, feeling up the warm fluid around his mouth before finally swallowing it and letting it warm up his sore and dry throat.

Jungkook glanced up at Taehyung while he took small sips of his tea. Taehyung looked extremely hot with his grey sweat shirt's sleeves rolled up to his elbows, paired with some grey sweat pants and a pair of reading glaces resting on the bridge of his nose.

Taehyung had his slightly damp hair slicked back, revealing his forehead with a few strands escaping and hanging down over it. One of his hands held the handle of the cup close to his face while his other hand was shoved inside the pocket of his grey sweatpants.

Taehyung looked insanely hot.

A few minutes later, Taehyung unmuted the mic and said his own piece as a conclusion, summarizing the meeting in a few words and stating the future steps they'd be taking. Soon the meeting ended and Taehyung closed the lid of the laptop.

Jungkook watched Taehyung exhaling out a muted sigh and turning around to wash the empty cup in the sink. Jungkook perked up at the opportunity as he smoothly slid out of his seat to approach his boyfriend.

Taehyung was rinsing his cup when he felt Jungkook's presence behind him and soon enough two arms were sneaking around him while Jungkook rested his chin on Taehyung's shoulder.

"Did anybody tell you that you look very handsome tonight?" Jungkook mushed out as he placed his own dirty cup in the sink.

Taehyung glanced down at the cup in amusement,"No, because the person who was supposed to tell me so had an important business call to attend, I guess I don't matter anymore~" He pretended to ponder and grabbed the cup to wash it.

Jungkook started to feel giddy inside as he reached out to grab Taehyung's hand which was washing the cup under the stream of the sink,"I'm so sorry about that, Tae, but you have all of my attention now, please forgive your Koo?" Jungkook whispered as he caressed Taehyung's knuckles and started leave butterfly kisses on Taehyung's neck.

Taehyung started to chuckle as he wiggled a little,"Stop it~" He said as he leaned away a bit and turned back to playfully glare at Jungkook,"You had your chance, mister, I have a report to prepare now, so you better act civil tonight" He said in a teasing manner and flung a little bit of water at Jungkook's astonished face.

"Woah!" Jungkook gasped as he covered his face and wiped out the water, by the time he glanced back up again Taehyung was already rounding the corner of the kitchen island.

"Tae! Wait up!" Jungkook whined out as he hurried behind Taehyung and engulfed him in an embrace from the back,"I'm sorry I took that call, I shouldn't have, please forgive me and give me a kiss now" He pouted with pleading eyes.

"A kiss? Is that all you want?" Taehyung smiled to himself and asked with vague interest even though he was very much invested in it.

"No...I want more, a lot more" Jungkook whispered with red cheeks as he hid his face deeper in Taehyung's neck,"I want to do inappropriate stuff to you, Tae" He whispered softly.

"Really?" Taehyung asked in amusement,"How unfortunate, because I'm no longer in the mood~ And I need to prepare that report so better luck next time~" Taehyung said playfully as he easily broke Jungkook's hold on him and slipped out of there, leaving Jungkook gaping like a fish.
