She had to go into hiding,

For whatever they did to her.

Shattered and broke her completely,

Destroying the rebellious girl inside.

Each time, she tried to run away,

And each time, she tried to run away,

They came and dragged her back.

To convince that she's wrong and they are right.

When they, at last, left her alone,

Ruining and exposing her secrets to the world,

She realized what mistake she had committed, 

And turned the beautiful world grey and cold.

But deep inside, the fire kept burning,

Fueled w/ anger and bitterness within,

Till she herself  crossed the barrier

Tuning into someone she has never been.

For now, it all seems only like a nightmare,

The time when everybody abandoned her.

Breaking the promises and all,

Changing her forever and ever.
