"Henrik? Henrik!" Jackaboy shouted as he raced into Schneep's office, the pro hero finding the German doctor restrained to a bed by the handcuffs Robbie once had.
"I came to get you as soon as I saw what happened, I kinda forgot to free him and stuff." Mark admitted sheepishly as Jackaboy silently tore Schneep's restraints off, his blue eyes burning with rage as the broken handcuffs fell to the floor.
The German was barely conscious as he mumbled something through the rag stuffed into his mouth, blood coursing down his face from his empty eye socket.
"Hold on." Jackaboy murmured gently as he pulled the rag out of Schneepe's mouth and tossed it onto the floor, the doctor's face deathly pale.
"J-Jackaboy, I...I can't see-"
"I know Hen, I know." Jackaboy whispered as he helped Schneep sit up, the pro hero hugging his injured brother close as if to protect him from further harm.
"Ha....you haven't called me zhat since ve vere children." Schneep chuckled weakly as tears streaked down from his remaining eye, the German managing a wobbly smile before a sob escaped his throat.
"C'mon, lets get ya cleaned up." Jackaboy replied as he stood up, searching through all of the doctor's cabinets and drawers until he found a black eyepatch along with a clean rag to wipe away the blood that was beginning to stain the white sheets on the bed.
"Do...do you want me to help?" Mark spoke up quietly, afraid of somehow angering the hero further.
"Get my brothers in here. After that, go stay with the other students. I trust you to not tell any of them what happened so I can tell them myself." Jackaboy directed sternly, his expression uncharacteristically serious as his blue eyes bore into Mark's brown ones.
"Y-yes sir." Mark stammered, cursing himself for showing fear in front of one of the greatest heroes as he ran out of the room.
All of the students were still gathered inside the lobby, most silently replaying what happened in their heads while others whispered nervously about what would happen next to each other.
Mark pushed through the crowd until he finally found Chase and Marvin standing in silence, Marvin biting his lip as Chase absent mindlessly fiddled with his gun.
"Guys, Jackaboy wants to see you in Schneep's office." Mark told them grimly, the pair exchanging a look before leaving.
"Mark, are you okay?"
Mark looked around to see Tyler and Ethan waving at him through the crowd, Felix moodily leaning against a wall with his arms folded across his chest while Marzia tried talking to him.
"Dude, that's your family?!" Tyler blurted in disbelief, multiple students turning to look at the trio as Mark shot his friends a warning look.
"You want the entire school to hate me?" Mark hissed sharply, glancing around him as the students staring eventually looked away.
"Sorry, it's just...you're one of the nicest people I know, how are they your family?" Ethan whispered, Mark letting out a long sigh.
"Look, that's not all of my family. I have another older brother who's quirk-less and is a doctor, then I have twin brothers Jim and Jim that are quirk-less free lancer news reporters." Mark added defensively.
"I used to have a sister too, but....never mind." Mark sighed, shaking his head to dispel the dark thoughts eating away at him.
"Students, I need you all to listen to me!"
All eyes turned to Jackaboy as he entered the room with Chase and Marvin, the pair standing stoically as their elder brother spoke.
"A few of our own was taken by the villains and Doctor Schneeplestien has been....injured. He won't be able to heal any of you that got hurt during the fight, so visit Marvin instead of it is an emergency. Otherwise, I'll have to ask you to be strong and wait until we get another doctor here." Jackaboy called out, earning a few startled gasps in response.
"Who was taken? I'll find and rescue them myself!" Felix declared, a ghost of a smile gracing Jackaboy's face as he shook his head.
"Robbie, Matt, Jameson, and Jack was taken. From what Doctor Schneeplestien has told me, they were all uninjured when they were taken by Anti." Jackaboy answered.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go get-'em!" Felix cheered with a fist in the air, Mark feeling rage burn in his veins as he grabbed the collar of Felix's shirt.
"Are you stupid?! We just got our asses handed to us, and we don't even know where the villains are!" Mark blurted, the Swede lowering his fist as it began to glow blue.
"Let go of me super zero." Felix growled, Mark tightening his grip as Jackaboy moved to intervene.
"Felix-"
"JUST SHUT THE HELL UP!" Felix snarled fiercely, swinging his fist at Jackaboy before the pro had time to react.
Jackaboy raises his hands in time to block his face, Felix's fist hitting hard enough to send the hero flying across the room to hit the wall.
An eerie silence filled the room as Ninja Brian silently offered Jackaboy help up, the red clad pro shaking his head as he managed to push himself up off of the ground despite his shaky arms.
"I...I didn't mean..." Felix trailed off as he looked down at his hands, his eyes wide as all eyes turned on him.
"Felix, I understand that you're upset, as I'm sure the rest of us are. Just trust me, I'll make sure to find the missing students before Anti does anything to them." Jackaboy promised Felix, the Swede keeping his gaze fixated on the floor as he slowly lowered his hands.
"I have to go." Felix murmured as he practically sprinted out of the academy, Mark chasing after him before thinking about what he was doing.
"Felix wait!" Mark shouted as he followed Felix deep into the city, the neon lights illuminating their surroundings.
"Fe-"
Mark broke off as a familiar figure emerged from the shadows, the blue and red lights of a Pepsi advertisement shining behind them to look like their aura.
"I'm tired of giving people a choice." Dark growled as he stepped forward, Anti laughing as he glitched into view with his knife pressed against Felix's throat.
"So come with us, or I'll make sure he suffers." Dark commanded as Anti pressed the knife blade harder against Felix's skin, the Swede's eyes wide as a droplet of blood formed on his throat.
No pedestrians noticed the trio standing out in the open, time feeling like it was slowed down even though Mark had done nothing to change it.
Mark took a deep breath as thoughts whirled through his head, the dark haired male doing his best to show a brave face as he looked Dark in the eyes.
"No."
