Hey guys I just finished this new Chapter of Heart Of Fire :D Comment how your liking it so far or disliking it :D 

"Mrs. Jones!" My teacher calls me back from my daydreaming.

"Yes Mrs. Peach?

"Mrs. Jones I already asked you the question, care to answer?" She says in a sarcastic tone.

"Of course Mrs. Peach, can you repeat the question?"

Everyone in the class starts laughing at my comment

"What are all the elements in existence?" She repeats the question making the students laugh again.

"Oh-umm-Fire,Water,Earth,and Air, and in some cases Ice."

"Very good, about time you answered." She says when pointing down telling me to sit.

I sit down and continue to draw my picture.

My name is Paris Jones, my family is an Earth element. Well...my mom, dad, and brother have the Earth element I dont know what I am, my brother Zayn tells me I'm just a little late but I think I will never get it, but who knows.

The bell rings and everyone stands up to go to lunch

"Hey Paris!" My Best friend calls from the other side of the room

"Hey Emmy."

Emmy Deen is my BEST friend and our families have been friends for years.

"So Paris, what do you think of the new kid? Hot or what!" She spills her gossip for the day.

"Emmy you know I'm not into guys."

"Yeah because your worrying to much about your element." She says with a worried face.

"I know, I just, I dont know."

"Promise me you'll try and get your mind off of it and just relax? Do something, join the book club, or art club, maybe even the chess club, find something you like please." She begs me with her puppy dog eyes.

"Ok I promise."

"Good, now where do we sit? Over where the cute boys are? Or by the cute football players?" She says with excitement.

"Do I have a choice?"

"No, No you do not." She says pulling me into the lunch line.

"But, what if one of them tries to talk to me?"

"You say Hi and talk like a normal person, and don't talk about anything related to elements." She pushes me as the line moves.

"I never really talked to a boy before."

"Wonder why?" She walks ahead of me

"Emmy Rain Deen don't you walk away from me." I yell to her using her full name.

Nobody except me knows her full name, I use it when she gets sassy with me.

She stops walking and turns around to come up to me, she looks straight into my eyes and gives me a evil glare.

"Keep your voice down Paris!" She yells to a point nobody else would hear but me.

"Calm down, I'm sorry ok?"

"I forgive you for now, but you owe me something in return." She says with an evil smile.

"Oh dear."

'You will sit where I tell you for the next 2...no 3 weeks." She says turning back around not wanting to hear my response.

"Crap!"

 I grab my lunch and follow Emmy to where she decides I sit.

"Of course you would choose the foot ball players."

"Of course you would say that." She responds back 

I follow her to the table where at least ten boys sit around a table talking about sports and thier next game.

'Oh...how boring." 

"Shut up and sit down, play nice ok?" She shoots back at my comment I thought she never heard

"Fine."

"Hey boys." Emmy catches the attention of all the boys on the whole table.

I hear millions of responces of "Hi Emmy!", "Whats up girl!", "Come and join us Em." 

"Someones popular out the football table."

"Guys can my friend here join us?" She quickly adds in using her charm to convince them

"Sure she can." The tallest boys in the football team answers her 

She pulls me to the other side to sit down , clearly she wants me to meet someone since there was move for another team on the other side.

"Hey Luke!" Emmy screems at a boy he turns around when she screams at him 

"Hey....Emmy..." He says but stops in the middle of what he was saying

"Luke this is my friend Paris!" She says excitedly 

"Hi." 

He just sits there and stares at me which makes me feel uncomfortable, Emmy sits down and pulls me down to sit by Luke.

"So... Luke is it? Do you play football too, I never seen you play but who knows are you new at it, or new at school? Sorry I'm talking to much." 

"No...Its fine, I don't play football and no I'm not new, I see you around all the time...I didn't mean that in a creepy way I don't stalk you." He says nervously.

"Oh. So...Umm...I mean its really cool that your not new?" 

"Nerves?" He questions me.

"What?"

"Well its just that you look uncomfortable so I thought it  was because you never talk to anyone but Emmy." He explains

"Wait how do you know I only talk to Emmy?"

"Wait what? I mean I don't watch you every second of the day if that's what your thinking. Only after classes." He says looking frightened 

I didn't respond when he said that, I didn't know how to respond to that. I turned to my food and started to eat before lunch is over, I keep looking over to him every time he tries to talk to me but he just looks up at me shakes his head and looks back down. After a while of silence I talk to him before I go insane.

"What element are you?"

"My...Element....I umm...I...am..umm..." Before he could finish the bell rings telling us that lunch is over.

Luke gets up fast and runs down the hall being the first person to leave, I watch him as he turns the corner and disappears from my sight. 

"What was that about?" Emmy comes up behind me scaring the shit out of me.

"Holy Crap!" 

"Sorry." She responses to my outburst

We walk to class talking about Luke, Emmy talked about how cute he was and that we would be a great couple, I was thinking about what he was about to say, and blocking out Emmy.

"Emmy, Do you know what element Luke is?"

"No but he's probably a earth element because your perfect for each other!" She screams in excitment telling me shes planning something.

"Maybe he is, I dont know."

When we get to class I look around the room to find Luke, I see him sitting in the back, head down drawing something into his notebook. I walk to the back of the class not taking my eyes off him, as I sit in the seat across from him he looks up at me.

"What are you doing?" He asks me just as the second bell rings.

"What do you mean?" 

Before he could say anything, the teacher comes in meaning its time to be quiet and listen. Throughout the rest of school I sit across from him and he writes in his little notebook, I see him every once in a while looking at me.

At home

"Zayn!" I scream into the house when I open the door.

In seconds Zayn is running down the staires.

"What! Whats wrong! Are you OK what happened!" He yells at me. I like to freak him out, using his protective nature, and urge to protect his little sister against him. 

"You should see your face!" I laugh at him 

"Paris! You know I dont like when you do that!" He yells at me with a red face 

"I do need help, or a question more like it."

"Ok what do you need this time princess of everything." He says with a smile

"Well theres this guy at school, his name is Luke but I dont know anything about him so I was wondering if you could like look him up or something, I just wanted to know his element I mean really." 

"He didnt tell you?" He asks me 

"No he was stalling the answer so the bell would ring."

"I dont like him already, Paris if he dont want to tell you it means he's hiding something." He says with a concerned face.

Sometimes I swear every time he looks at me all he sees is a five year old.

That night when I went to bed, It was the first time I dreamed of Luke, and not the last."
