One month passed after manan clash.... now Manik becomes very important part of Abhi & cavya's life.... he is their family now nd for Manik these three persons become his everything now..... he don't want to loose any of them..... nd here abhi gets too much attached with Manik..... he becomes like his little brother who tease him , irritates him & ofcourse cares for him..... & abhi also scolds him ,bear his tantrums, cares for him like a big brother..... but still this stubborn head denied his feelings.... they still have awkwardness in their relation....

One fine day cavya invited abhinik on dinner..... but Abhi is busy in some surgery that's y only Manik decided to go there.....

He reached cavya's place nd ring the doorbell... Navya open the door nd gets happy watching Manik there.... she immediately hugs him....

Nav:hi.... mani how r u....

Man(smiling):hi.... di I'm good nd u....

Nav(broke the hug):m toh ekdum first class

Man:that's great.... first class brother ki first class sister.... can I come inside....

Nav(hit her forehead):yes ofcourse u can

Both went inside nd settled down.... @ that time Cabir also come down & watch Manik....

Cab(cheerfully):good evening saale saab.... aur ki haal chaal....

Man(chuckles):sab wadiya jiju....tusi daso.....

Cab(dramatically):ha bhai bachelors k maje h..... hum married logo ka kya.....

Nav(glares him):accha mene tumse jabardasti shaadi toh nahi ki thi..... khud hi aye the mere peeche peeche.....

Cab(fake sadness):ha toh..... galtiyaan toh Insaan se hi hoti h na.....

Nav(shocked): toh m galti hu.....

Saying this she start beating him with pillow..... while Manik is laughing madly watching them..... He was enjoying their fight.....

Cab(to Manik):Abey..... has kya raha h..... bacha mujhe.....

Man(pointing himself): kon m..... o hello..... shayad aap bhul rahe ho m unka hi bhai hu..... toh saath bhi unhi ka Dunga.....

Again a pillow hits Cabir

Cab(fake tears): dhokebaaz.....

Man(pouts):aap Sangharsh karo..... m aapke sath hu..... I mean meri sympathy.....

Cabir throw pillow toward him to hit him..... but Manik catch it & chuckles..... now Navya finally sits down getting tired.....

Nav:dono k dono Dramebaaz ho ek no. k.....

Both(bow down their heads): thank u..... thank u.....

Navya(chuckles):m kuch khane ko lati hu..... lagta h bhuk ki wajah se tum dono ka dimag kharab ho gaya h.....

Cab(exited):ha ha jaldi Lao.....

Navya smiles and left for kitchen..... after sometime she come back with snacks..... after watching that manik get happy like a small kid.....

Man: wow samose.....

Cab(sternly):no manik..... it's not good for ur health.....

Man(whining): please jiju..... don't behave like abhi bhai.....

Before Cabir say anything navya cuts him in b/w

Nav:are cabir khane do na..... ek khane se kuch nahi hoga.....

Cab(defeated):ok baba.....

Manik smiles and start eating..... Cabir to joined him.....

Man: wow di it's amazing..... too yummy.....

Nav(chuckles): thanks baby.....

Trio smiles

Nav:accha tum log baitho..... m dinner dekh kar ati hu prepare hua k nahi.....

Both nodded..... @ that time manik phone rings.....

Man:excuse me..... m ye call attend kar k ata hu.....

Cab(smiles):ok..... m bhi apni wife k sath thoda romance karke ata hu.....

Manik chuckles & nodded..... then receives the call after talking sometimes he cut the call nd turn around..... He get collided with someone..... he looks up nd watch it was Nandini..... whose mobile fall down coz of colliding.....

Nan(angrily):what the hell..... ankhen kharab h..... dekhkar nahi chal sakte.....

she immediately picks up the phone and watch it's screen get broke

Nan:o no.....

Man:sorry..... it was done by mistake..... mene dekha nahi.....

Nandini looks up nd watch Manik there

Nan(angrily):what sorry ha..... tumhare sorry se ye thik ho jayega kya.....

Man:Mene kaha na galti se ho gaya..... aur m ise thik karwa dunga agar tum kaho.....

Nan(sarcastically):o yeah tum toh rich ho n..... but mujhe tumhare ehsan ki koi jarurat nahi h..... u r such a bad luck yrr..... jab bhi milte ho kuch galat ho jata h mere saath..... pehle woh dance competition aur ab mera phone..... nd btw what r u doing here.....

Man: woh di.....

Nan:o yeah di..... r u really dumb..... tumhe samajh nahi ata kya ki she is not ur di n all..... sirf bol dene se koi kisi k di,jiju ya bhai nahi ban jate..... they just show little sympathy to you..... coz u r alone..... isiliye thoda apnapan dikhaya..... iska ye matlab nahi h ki tum unke Apne ho gaye..... u r mere stranger nothing else..... they r talking with you nicely coz u r helping abhi bhai..... nd tumhe ye toh samajh aa hi gaya hoga ki abhi bhai don't like u..... actually he don't like people like u..... woh toh tumhe sirf jhel rahe h aur kuch nahi.....

Manik gets very much hurts listening this..... but he didn't say anything to her..... coz he don't wanna create any chaos here..... but it seems that Nandini is not ready to stop..... she is just waiting to vent out all her frustration on Manik.....

Nan:kya hua..... ab kuch nahi bologe..... ese toh tumhara muh band nahi rehta..... tum na mujhe ek min k liye bhi bardasht nahi hote..... pata nahi tumhare parents kese bardasht karte h tumhe..... o yeah yaad aya u r living alone right..... lagta h ur parents also can't able  tolerate u that's y they left u alone..... and u know what u r ment to be alone mr manik Malhotra..... please tum kahin dur chale jao humse..... koi esi jagah jaha se Laut k na aao.....

Before she continues further she felt burning sensation on her cheeks..... yes she gets slapped..... she looks up holding her cheek and watch it was Cabir who slapped him & glaring her dangerously &  Navya too..... Manik also gets shocked.....

Cab(angrily):kya badtameezi h ye nandini ha..... kya tareeka h ye baat karne ka.....

Here Manik gets too much hurt from nandini's word..... his eyes gets teary nd only "u know what u r ment to be alone mr manik Malhotra" words r ringing in his mind.....

Man(slowly):m chalta hu.....

Saying this he left from there..... Navya call him from back but he didn't listen.....

Here Cabir glares Nandini angrily

Cab(shouts):kya m Jan sakta hu ki esa kya crime kar diya usne..... Jo use itna kuch bol diya tumne.....

Nan(startled): woh bhai..... he broke my phone.....

Cabir's anger increase listening this..... he snatch her phone nd throw angrily..... Nandini & Navya gets shocked.....

Cab(shouts):itni choti si baat k liye tumne use itna kuch bol diya Nandini..... how could u..... I know you are jealous with him right..... but y..... coz he becomes this much close to us h na.....

Nandini doesn't says anything just crying silently

Cab:tumhe pata bhi h tumne kya bola h use..... how much ur words hurts him..... kya bigada h usne tumhara ha..... kya kaha tumne ki his parents left him coz he is intolerable..... he don't have parents dammit they died

Navya nd Nandini shocked listening this..... tears start flowing from their eyes.....

Cab(glares):aur ye baat dimag me rakh lo ki hum use sympathy nahi de rahe..... we genuinely care for him.....

Nav(teary & glaring nandini):he is my brother nandini..... aaj toh sun liya mene aaj k Baad m apne bhai k khilaf ek shabd bhi nahi sunungi..... Jese tum aur Cabir mere liye important ho..... Manik bhi mere liye utna hi important h.....keep this in ur mind.....

Saying this cavya left to their room and after awhile Nandini too left.....

Abhi was just arrived from hospital nd sitting in living room..... @ that time manik entered nd directly went to his room..... Abhi watched him and get confused from his behaviour but chuck it..... after sometime abhi done with the dinner..... as he thought that Manik have dinner with cavya so he eats alone..... after that he decide to check him once..... nd leave toward his room but he was not there..... so he went toward his parents room.....

Here Manik is in his parents room sitting on the floor rested his back on bed..... he have his parents pic in his hand & tears r flowing from his eyes..... his back was facing abhi he move toward him..... but stops in middle listening manik's words.....

Man(questions):am I this much irritating..... that u both left me ha..... (choking) y don't u take me away with u..... see I'm all alone here..... I need u both..... mujhe bohot lonely feel ho raha h..... kash aap yaha hote..... I want to hug u please ek bar.....

Listening this Abhi get shocked that what happen to him suddenly..... y he is behaving like this..... y he is this much broken.....

he immediately moves toward him nd put his hand on his shoulder..... Manik turns immediately and about to hug abhi but stops remembering nandini's words..... he turns around and stands up & wipes his tears.....

Man(in low voice):a..aap yaha.....

Abhi didn't said anything..... he went near him hold his hand nd make him turn nd hugs him as tight as he can..... Manik gets startled first..... but then he finds peace in his embrace..... he also hugs him back nd broke down in tears..... abhi is so much confused from his behaviour..... but he don't like to see Manik like this.....

Ab(lovingly):what happen manik.....

Man(sobbing):please don't sympathize with me..... please if u don't like me it's completely alright..... but please mujhpe taras khakar mere saath mat raho please.....

Abhi gets shocked listening this..... he don't get it y Manik is saying this..... what happen to him suddenly..... who told him all this he is very confused.....

he was busy in thinking..... but his trance broken..... when he feels manik's hands slips from his back and head rested in his shoulder..... he gets shocked & realised that he gets unconscious..... he immediately hold him tightly and broke the hug..... he gets shocked watching his nose is bleeding he gets panic.....

Ab(patting his cheeks):Manik....manik open ur eyes..... manik please yrr dammit.....

He immediately put him on bed nd wipes blood..... then check his pulse rate which is very low..... then he check his heart beat which is also not normal..... he closed his eyes in helplessness which gets teary unknowingly.....

Ab(teary):o god his condition is so bad..... I have to take him to the hospital right now.....

He immediately run downstair & tell driver to take out the car & again went to manik's room with one butler then both shift manik to car & Abhi sit with him then they immediately rushed toward the hospital

Inside the car abhi is continuously rubbing manik's hands and tears were flowing from his eyes

Ab(worried):esa kya ho gaya ek din me manik jo tumne apni halat itni bigad li

Abhi is too much scared after watching manik like this..... he don't wanna loose him.....

Ab: tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga m manik..... kuch bhi nahi.....

After sometime they reached hospital..... manik was shifted to emergency room & his treatment started.....

After awhile Abhi immediately went inside to treat him..... they were treating him but his pulse rate is falling tremendously..... Abhi is hell scared..... he watch Manik who was lying lifeless infront him with so many machines attached to him and his face covered with oxygen mask.....

his eyes gets teary again but he composed himself.....

Other dr: dr Abhi his pulse rate is falling rapidly..... we have to do something & he is not  breathing properly, heart beat bhi ekdum slow ho gayi hai..... is stage me ye sab hona bohot dangerous ho sakta h.....

Abhi's heart is shattering listening dr's words

Ab(determined):use kuch nahi hoga Dr..... m use kuch nahi hone dunga.....

After sometime he was done with his treatment nd take a long deep breath..... as his pulse rate is normal..... but he is still not out of danger..... but still he have some improvement.....

Other dr:we have to shift him to ICU

Abhi nodded and went out..... he slumped in chair which is placed there in corridor and keep his head in his palms and start crying.....

Ab(murmuring):u have to be fine manik..... u have to be please for me..... please.....

He was busy in his thaughts..... @ that time abhi's colleague rohit watch him like this he gets confused watching him like this..... but he can't console him as abhi is not friendly with anyone..... so he decide to call Cabir as he only talk with him.....

@ Cabir's place

Here Cabir is sleeping..... @ that that time his phone rings..... he pick up the phone with irritation.....

Cab(still sleepy):hello.....

Rohit: hello Dr Cabir it's Rohit here

Cab:ha bolo

Rohit:woh dr mene ye batane k liye call Kiya h..... that Dr abhi is here.....

Cab:ha toh koi important Kam hoga

Rohit:nahi woh yaha kisi Ko lekar aye h..... nd he is very tensed or I say he is crying.....

Cab(worried):ok I'm coming

He immediately gets up nd left for hospital

@ hospital

Abhi is still sitting nd sniffing..... @ that time a nurse come near him nd tap his shoulder he looks up.....

Ab:yes sister.....

Nurse: woh actually hume patient ki family ko inform karna chahiye..... we need signatures.....

Ab:I'm his family.....

Nurse:ooo ok what's ur relation sir

Ab(sighs): brother..... he is my little brother.....

Nurse nodded and Abhi sign the form nd went toward ICU..... he entered inside & watch manik his hearts pains watching him like this..... in few hours his charm lost from his face he is looking so pale.....

Abhi went near him nd sit beside him caresses his hairs nd kissed his forehead.....

Ab(teary):Kasam kha rakhi h na ki humesha wahi Kam karoge jisse m pareshan ho jau..... (hold his hand carefully) itni shanti se kyu so rahe ho..... ab nahi karoge mujhe irritate..... chalo utho..... accha m bilkul bhi shout nahi karunga pakka promise..... common get up manik.....

Abhi is too much scared as manik is not saying anything..... poor boy being a doctor also he is falling weak first time..... only for manik.....

Ab(emotional): please manik uth jao don't leave me alone..... tumhare alawa koi nahi h yrr mera..... I know m rude but I'll try to change I promise..... sab mujhe chod kar chale jate h..... atleast tum toh mat jao please.....

Saying this he again start crying holding his hand

Screen freezed on abhi's teary & manik's unconscious face
