After listening about Manik from wardboy.... Abhi & cabir r searching him in whole hospital like Maniac.... but didn't find him anywhere.... @ last they stop @ the corridor....

Ab(panting):pata nahi kaha chala Gaya.... poora hospital dhundh Dala....

Something strike in cabir's mind

Cab:poora hospital nahi dhundha Abhi.... Canteen baki h abhi toh....

Ab(glares him): are u mad woh canteen kyu jayega...

Cab(smiles):Manik h woh... kuch bhi kar sakta h

Abhi agree with the fact

Ab: chalo dekhte h

Cabir nodded & both leave toward canteen

After awhile both reached at canteen & the scene infront of them make them amazed+shocked

They watch that Manik is sitting there & enjoying his hot chocolate & sandwiches cabir smile watching that... whereas Abhi get angry he walks toward him angrily & stand beside him...

Ab(angrily):what the hell are u doing here mr Manik

Manik startled with his voice & stands up

Man(stammered):wo... Mujhe bhook lagi thi toh isiliye yha agaya

Ab(glares him):r u mad.... tumhe tumhare ward me hi khana milega don't u know aur kiski permission se aaye tum yaha

Man(scared):w... wo I dis...charged myself

Abhi shocked listening this & his anger increased more

Ab(shouting):who the hell give u permission to do this ha

Manik get scared & hurt coz noone in his life ever scold him like this... cabir noticed it & feels bad for him....

Ab(angrily): samjhte kya ho khud Ko haa hospital khareed Liya h tumne ha limit me raho samjhe patient ho usi ki tarah raho...& Yeah ab discharge ho hi gaya h toh ja sakte ho after two days u have checkup again tab ajana...

Saying this Abhi left angrily from there leaving hurt & helpless cabir there....

Cabir was about to say something.... but before that Manik left from there..... cabir sighs sadly....

@ abhi's cabin

Cabir enters angrily and watch Abhi is checking some files

Cab(angrily):what the hell with u Abhi how could you do this

Abhi watch him with confusion

Cab: ab ese Anjaan banne ki jarurat nahi h tu acchi tarah se Janta h what I'm talking about

Ab:listen cabir he is patient over here he should behave like that only kuch bhi galat nahi kaha Mene

Cab(glares him):ha ha kyu nahi... award winning kaam Kiya h tune..... Abhi kuch der pehle toh bohot badi badi baatein kar Raha tha.... I can't see him like that n all.... what was that ha... Ab kaha Gaya woh sab ha...I thought you attached with him....

Ab(frustrated):esa kuch bhi nahi hai that was just sake of humanity ok I was sympathized only

Cabir get annoyed with this behaviour of him.... & besides this there was one more person who listened their talk.... who was none other than Manik only.... he felt soo bad & hurt listening their talk.... the word which he hate too much is sympathy.... he don't want anyone sympathy ever & after listening this he gets too sad....& Leave from there without informing them....

Here @ abhi's cabin

Cab(annoyed):I told you already Abhi.... that he don't like anyone treat @ him with sympathy... Still u... Tu pregnant h kya be saale jo tere mood swing ho rahe h kabhi attachment ho jata h kabhi use hurt kar deta h r u fool

Abhi rolls his eyes @ that time a wardboy come there & inform them that Manik left

Ab(to cabir):dekha how much irresponsible he was... apni medicines bhi nahi lekar Gaya woh bhi hum yaad dilaye...

Cab(sadly):shayad tu bhul Gaya kuch der pehle tune hi kaha tha baccha h woh...Kher chod... de mujhe m de ata hu medicine nahi lega toh bimar ho jayega tujhe tension Lene ki jarurat nahi hai....

Saying this cabir left angrily from there.... Abhi sighs and somewhere feels little guilty too...

Outside cabir is about to start car @ that time Abhi also reached there & knock on car's window cabir watch him

Ab:saale meri hi car se jaraha h mujhe chod kar

Cab(rolling his eyes):toh Mene nahi kaha tha tujhe subha k tu mujhe pick kar...

Abhi doesn't say anything & sit beside him

Cab:ab kya karega tu waha jakar haa... humanity ki jarurat nahi h sirf medicine hi deni h...

Ab:shut-up & drive

After sometime both reach Malhotra mansion.... both get out of car & watch the mansion.... it was really a beautiful mansion ofcourse it's the mansion of a billionaire...

Cab(to Abhi):ye toh sach me hospital khareed sakta h yrr

Abhi chuckle listening his words & move inside & ring doorbell an elderly man (servent) open the door

Ser:ji Aap kon

Cab:woh actually hame Manik se milna tha we are doctors

Ab(murmured in cabir's ear):kese din agaye h doctors patient k ghar jakar unhe medicine dete h

Cabir glares him

Ser:aaiye andar

Both move inside & about to sit @ that time they listen melodious voice

(Kyun main jaagun aur woh sapne bol raha hai Kyun mera rab yun aankhien khole so raha hai Kyun main jaagun)

Both look @ each other & than to servant & our curious cabir awake

Cab:yaha Manik k sath koi aur bhi rehta h

Ser:no sir ye Manik baba hi h....pata nahi kya hua hai unhe jab se aaye h udaas se h...

Cabir glares Abhi coz he know Manik was upset coz of him & Abhi turn his face otherside

Ser:sorry sir m unhe Abhi nahi bula sakta... Aap chahe toh unke room me jakar mil sakte h...

Both nodded & start moving toward manik's room

Here Manik in his room sitting in floor & singing with lots of emotions in his mind

(Mujhe yunhi karke khwabon se juda Jaane kahan chup ke baitha hai khuda Jaanu na main kab hua khud se gumshuda Kaise jiyun ruh bhi mujhse hai juda)

He was remembering his all the happy moments with his parents

(Kyun meri rahein mujhse puche ghar kahan hai Kyun mujhse aake dastak puche dar kahan hai Rahein aisi jinki manjil hi nahin Dhundho mujhe ab main rehta hun wahin )

Cabir & Abhi with servant reached to his room but stands on door coz they don't wanna disturb him so they decide to stand there only

(Dil hai kahin aur dhadkan hai kahin Sansein hai magar kyun zinda main nahin Rait bani haathon se yun beh gayi Takdir meri beekhri har jagah)

Manik remember how his parents always make him smile whenever he was sad

(Kaise likhun phir se nayi dastan
Gham ki siyahi dikhti hai kahan Aahein jo chuni hain meri thi raza Rehta hoon kyun phir khud se hi khafa Aisi bhi hui thi mujhse kya khata Tune jo mujhe di jinay ki saza)

He sings this line watching his parents pic... While abhicab understand his pain behind the lyrics

(Kyun main jaagun aur woh sapne bol raha hai Kyun mera rab yun aankhien khole so raha hai Kyun main jaagun)

He finished but still his eyes r closed tears r flowing from them.... after awhile he stands up but....He start feeling dizzy as didn't have his medicines today & have a stressful day... he was stumbling while walking everything is getting blurred infront of him.... abhicab watch him like this they move towards him.... but before they do anything he falls uncounsious on floor both get shocked watching him like this.... they immediately rushed toward him cabir put his head in his lap...

Cab(worriedly):Manik what happen open your eyes manik

But Manik doesn't respond.. Cabir with the help of Abhi put him on bed & Abhi checks him

Ab(to servant):isne kuch khaya abhi

Ser:ji nahi jab se aaye h room me hi h kuch nahi khaya

Both nodded then Abhi again resume his work

Cab(tensed):what happen Abhi

Ab:he didn't have anything from morning & moreover he didn't have his medicines also

Saying this Abhi went out to take his bag from car

Ser:doctor... baba thik toh ho jayenge na

Cab:ha he'll be fine Aap chinta mat kijiye

After awhile Abhi come back then give him injection

Ab(to cabir):kuch der me he will gain conscious

Cabir nodded & both decided to stay there until he gains conscious

Both r sitting @ couch in his room only whereas Kaka was sitting beside manik.... @ that time cabir notice the photograph on floor where Manik was sitting he pick it up & curious cabir again wakes up... He ask from the kaka...

Cab:ye kiski pic h kaka

Abhi also look toward them

Kaka:ye humare sir aur unki wife h Manav sir aur neyonika maam.... Manik baba k parents...

Cab:accha unki death k Baad se Manik yaha akela rehta h

Kaka:nahi nahi unki death k Baad Manik baba Apne uncle yani manav sir k bestfriend k sath rehte the... Abhi ek mahine pehle unhe apni bimaari k baare me pata chala toh... Manik baba ne kaha ki woh Apne ghar par hi apni bachi huyi life jeena chahte h...

Both cabir & Abhi are shocked to listen this.... coz in London more experienced doctors r there still he decided to come back...

After approx 1hour Manik start gaining conscious he slowly slowly open his eyes & about to sit Abhi rushed toward him to help him he made him sit properly Manik watched them & get confused

Man:Aap log yaha

Ab:yeah woh actually u forgot to take ur medicine so we r here to give you but when we came here u fall  uncounsious so

Man(sighs):hmm ok... thanks for ur help....

An awkward silence occupied in the room cabir decide to broke the silence

Cab:so Manik how's u feeling

Man(faintly smiles): fine doctor... I think u both r getting late so...

Ab:it's ok tum kuch kha lo aur medicine le lo hum chale jayenge

Man: it's ok Dr I can take care of myself and moreover I don't want anyone's sympathy

Cabir & Abhi get shocked they understand that Manik listened their talk they feel guilty

Cab:ok Manik u take care hum chalte h

Manik nodded and both left instructing Kaka about his food & medicines

Manik also take food & medicine & sleep coz he was tired
