At manik's room

Manik and Abhi sitting on bed Manik is snuggling to Abhi..... he told everything to him about what Nandini said to him.....

Man:Mene nandini k sath galat kia na bhai

Abhi:nahi Manik..... y r u thinking this tumne kuch galat nahi Kiya hai tumne toh bas Wahi kaha jo tumhari feelings hai isme galat kuch bhi nahi hai.....

Man(looks at him being guilty):but uska toh Dil tut Gaya na bhai just because of me

Abhi:stop thinking these things manik tumne kisi ka dil nahi toda..... y r u blaming yourself kiddo.....

Manik still not convinced and still looking down being guilty

Ab(sighs):look at me Manik.....

Manik looks at him with tears Abhi cups his face gently

Ab:meri baat dhyan se suno..... tumne kuch bhi galat nahi kiya samjhe tum..... tumne jo bhi Kiya bilkul sahi kiya I know Nandu Ko bohot Bura laga hoga bohot dukh hua hoga..... par iska matlab ya nahi hai ki isme tumhari galti hai.....

Man:par.....

Ab(interrupt him):par kya iske alawa tum aur kya karte

Manik looks at him being confused

Ab(firmly):bolo Manik kya karte use haa bol dete even without having feeling for her..... tum use sirf is liye haa bol dete kyuki u don't want her to hurt haa.....

Manik have no answer for abhi's question

Ab:aur agar tum esa karte toh ye galat hota kyuki tum usse jhut bolte aur woh Sabse badi galti hoti..... kisi bhi rishte ki buniyad jhut se nahi Hoti Manik aaj tumne Nandini se sach bola aur agar tum uski khatir haa bolte aur Baad me bhi tumhe usse pyaar nahi hota toh woh us ladki ke saath Dhokha hota..... par aaj uska dil dukha hai Lekin tumne use Dhokha toh nahi diya na isiliye jo kuch bhi tumne kiya hai woh galat nahi hai so stop thinking too much..... 

manik is feeling somewhat relief after listening abhi

Manik(hugs abhi):Thak you bhai..... 

Abhi(ruffles his hairs):chalo ab so jao bohot late ho gaya hai 

manik hums and both lie down

Man:thank you bhai

Ab(looks at him):ab kisliye thank you 

Man:for making my birthday so memorable this was one of the best birthday of mine thank you so much for everything

Ab:you deserve it baccha aur mujhe thank you bolne ki kya baat hai..... you are my little brother tumhare liye itna toh banta hai ab no more senti baatein so jao chup chap.....

Man(snuggles to him):good night

Ab(smiles):good night kiddo

Nandini's side

Nandini is crying hugging Navya who is consoling her Nandini also told everything to cavya 

Nav(caressing her hairs):bas baby aur kitna rogi

Cab:Nandu baccha please shant ho jao main Manik se baat karunga fir ek baar but please Rona band karo

Nandini immediately broke the hug and hold cabir's hand

Nan:no bhai..... aap usse kuch nahi kahoge please..... woh already bohot guilty hai jabki uski koi galti nahi hai

Cab:ha I know uski koi galti nahi hai Mene esa kab kaha ki uski koi galti hai

Nan(wiping her tears):aap usse kuch nahi bologe bhai promise me..... if he don't love me it's his choice hum use jabardasti pyar karne k liye majboor nahi kar sakte hai na.....

Cabir feels proud of his sister handling the things maturely

Cab(cupping her face):Nandu you are a brave girl you can't break down like this..... I know it's heartbreaking but life me ese bohot se mauke ate hai jab hum dil se kuch chahte hai par woh hota nahi hai..... But hum har baar is tarah se tut toh nahi sakte na.....

Nav(holds her hands):ha Nandu Hume bohot Baar disappointment ka samna karna padta hai..... but we have to come out stronger from that I know you love Manik and he don't or maybe he have feelings for you but not realising.....

Nandini looks at her being confused

Nav:ha nandu maybe Manik k Dil mein bhi tumhare liye feelings ho shayad woh us feeling Ko samajh nahi pa raha ho aur wese bhi you know uski life me kitni problems hai

Nan(nodded positively): I know bhabhi I know everything about his health too

Nav:toh uski health humari pehli priority hai aur wese bhi you both are young..... abhi saari umar padi hai in sab cheezon k liye focus on your career now agar manik tumhari kismat me hoga toh woh tumhara hi hoga aaj nahi toh kal..... aur agar nahi hoga toh woh tumhare liye bana hi nahi tha.....

Cab:Navya is right Nandu..... God always have better plans for us.... you just have to trust him....

Nandini is feeling better now..... after listening her bhai and bhabhi's words she smiles and hugs both of them.....

Nan:I trust him bhai and I trust both of you too..... thank you for making me understand.....

Nav(tapped her cheek):ab hum nahi karenge toh kon karega..... you just keep smiling like this don't let anything or anyone to ruin your happiness just be happy.....

Nan:I love you bhabhi.....

Nav(kissed her forehead):I love you too.....

Cab: and what about me.....

Nan(chuckles):kitne jalkukde ho na aap

She hugs cabir

Nan:I love you bhai.....

Cab(smiles): love you too.....

Nav:accha chalo it's getting late now sleep

Navya and cabir: good night Nandu

Nan: good night both of you

Then they leave to their room

Three weeks passed after manik's birthday..... everything is start changing for Manik..... his health condition was deteriorating with each passing day..... Abhi refrained him from going college as he was experiencing blackouts because of the painful treatment he was going through these days..... Nandini and Sid comes daily to meet him.....

One day Nandini and Sid comes to meet Manik they know Abhi must be in hospital now and Manik in his room..... they went to his room after meeting kaka as they entered inside they watch Manik is reading something.....

Nan:hi Mr Malhotra.....

Manik turned and smiles watching them they also smiles looking at him..... lots of things changed from last month in Manik he start looking very weak and pale but one thing that is not changed is his heartwarming smile.....

They come near him and hugs him

Sid:itni Dhyan se kya padh Raha tha

Man:kuch nahi yar bas bore ho Raha toh socha kuch read kar lu mobile chalane k liye toh bhai ne mana kiya hai

Nan(gives him his notes):ye lo tumhara economics ka project poora complete hai ek baar check kar lo

Man:ab main kya check Karu tumne likha hai toh sahi se hi likha hoga

Sid:ha woh toh hai..... soch Raha hu apna project bhi isi se complete karwa lu.....

Nan: accha..... kyu tumhare haath me mehndi lagi hai kya.....

Man(chuckles):ha shaadi hone wali hai na iski toh mehndi toh lagegi hi par saale ne hume invite nahi kiya apni shaadi me 

Sid(rolled his eyes):ho Gayi teri bakwas..... jale pe namak chidak  Raha hai saale yaha ek ladki bhao nahi de Rahi aur tu shaadi ki baat kar Raha hai.....

Man(dramatically):hayee..... kitna dukh hai bechare ki zindagi mein.....

Sid:aur nahi toh kya tu nahi samjh payega ye dukh Manik

Man:ab teri shakal hi esi hai koi kya kare

Sid glares him..... Nandini shooks her head at their drama it's daily routine for her handling these two drama kings..... she pats Sid's shoulder.....

Nan: don't worry Sid main hu na I'll find girl for you (looking at Manik) aur ha mr Malhotra Sid is very handsome you are just jealous of him

Manik feels little offended when Nandini praised Sid..... he don't know why but he don't feel good.....

Man:main aur jealous..... in your dreams..... 

Sid(hugs Nandini): thank you Nandu..... ek tu hi hai jo meri sacchi wali dost hai baki toh dhokebaaz hai huhh.....

Manik rolled his eyes at his words while nandini chuckles

Man(irritated):ha ha badi Dosti ho rahi hai pehle toh tu hi mujhe Nandini se door rehne k liye bolta tha..... ab Wahi dost hai main toh kuch hu hi nahi..... I'm the one because of whom you both are friends.....

Nandini and Sid looks at each other being worried by sudden change of event they can sense Manik is actually irritated and they know it's all because of his mood swings which caused by his illness and medicines..... Abhi already informed them about it Nandini immediately looks at Manik.....

Nan(softly): we are so thankful to you Manik

Manik looks at her confused

Nan:thank you..... just because of you I meet Sid and mujhe genuine friends aur fake friends me difference pata chala.....

Sid:ha Manik agar tu nahi hota toh ye Nandini Murthy humesha nakchadi Rehti..... thank god tune isme dimag Dala mere bhai.....

Saying this he hugged Manik nandini smacked him playfully

Nan:how mean..... kitni jaldi party change kar di

Sid:ha toh ye mera bhai hai

Manik chuckles watching their banter both looks at him sighs in relief atleast he is not angry now

Nan:ha ha thik hai

Sid:ok tum log baitho main kuch khane Ko lekar ata hu

Saying this Sid went down here Manik looks at Nandini who is doing something in mobile he snatched it Nandini looks at him being shocked

Man:yaha mujhe mobile touch karne nahi mil Raha and you are using it infront of me

Nan(trying to take her mobile back):give it to me manik..... main kuch important kar Rahi thi yar.....

Manik stand-up and raised his hand keeping Mobile away from nandini who can't reach that height

Man:ha rehne do important..... ghar jakar karna not now ab ye mere paas rahega.....

Nan(again try to reach):Manik it's really important please give na

Man(determined):no..... main nahi dene wala bas

Nandini gets annoyed as she can't reach out her mobile

Nan(whins):do na yar.....

Man(stubborn):no..... le Sakti ho toh le lo.....

He raised his hand nandini try to reach to the mobile she tried alot but couldn't reach

Nan(glaring):u r very bad Manik huhh.......

Man(chuckles):say something new.......

Nandini glares him nd about to snatch again.....  in this process nandini collide with manik because of this manik falls on bed..... coz of that Nandini also fall upon him....... both gets lost in each other....

Nandini's hairs r coming infront of her eyes Manik slowly removed it and tucked it behind her ears softly

They were lost in each other....... after a while both realized their position they immediately gets up being embarrassed

Nan:main dekh k aati hu Sid kaha hai

Manik nodded positively and nandini rushed outside..... manik is looking at the direction where nandini went..... he don't know why but he is feeling different..... feeling butterfly in stomach when nandini come close to him it is happening every time after nandini's confession..... maybe he was thinking too much or maybe he have something for nandini.....he was damn confused with his feelings

Next evening

Manik comes to abhi's room and watch he is getting ready

Man(going near him):bhai aap kahi ja rahe ho??

Ab(while combing his hairs):ha..... astha k yaha Subha bataya toh tha na aaj usne dinner k liye invite Kiya hai hume

Manik remembered Abhi informed him in morning

Man:aree ha main bhul Gaya tha

Ab(turning toward him):koi baat nahi ab yaad agaya na jao jakar jaldi se ready ho jao..... wese bhi kafi dino se tum kahi bahar gaye nahi ho.....

Manik was not feeling well today from morning..... he was feeling very uneasy and having headache but he don't want to ruin his bhai and bhabhi's dinner after long they got time to spend with eachother.....

Man:aree nahi bhai aap jao mujhe college ka project complete kar k kal Nandu Ko Dena hai toh submit karegi kal last date hai na aap jao

Ab(doubtfully):par main akele kese..... koi baat nahi main Astha se mana kar deta hu kal chalenge fir dono.....

Man:aree nahi bhai aap jao na please bhabhi wait kar Rahi hongi ese accha nahi lagta hai please aap jao I insist

Abhi is still don't feel to go without him and he don't want to leave him alone

Ab:par.....

Man(sighs):par war kuch nahi aap jao

Saying this he gently Start pushing him out of the door Abhi shooks his head at him

Ab(smiles):accha baba ja Raha hu but

He turned toward Manik

Ab:tum dinner time pe kar Lena aur medicine bhi yaad se le lena ok aur ha koi bhi problem ho turant phone karna

Man(assuring Abhi):ha bhai main sab time pe karunga..... koi bhi problem hogi toh phone bhi karunga pakka promise ab aap jao aur enjoy karo aur haa meri chinta mat karna waha bhi.....

Abhi smiles and kissed his forehead

Ab: take care and please call me if you have little bit of problem also manik

Manik smiles and nodded positively then Abhi left from there saying bye to Manik

It's 9:30 at night

Manik is sitting in his bed completing his project silently at that time he feels thirsty he decided to drink water but he watched that jug is empty..... he stands up to bring the water from downstairs..... as he stands up he started feeling dizzy..... he shakes his head to avoid the dizziness but it gets increasing..... he sits on bed to steady himself and finally after few seconds he feel quite stable

But suddenly he felt nauseous he immediately rushed toward washroom and throws up everything he has eaten..... finally after long five minutes he calmed down but he was feeling miserable and totally drained out he looks up to clean his face but gets horrified noticing blood near his lips..... he immediately looks down and realised he actually vomited blood..... this makes him feel dizzy he can feel his legs are giving up he collapsed on floor the fear of death is englufing him..... 

Time passed It's been 15 minutes manik is sitting on toilet floor leaning to wall and cuddling himself tears are streaming on his cheeks he is scared....   scared of death he don't want to die now but why his body is not cooperating with him, why he is getting weak, why energy is draining out from his body why.....

After few minutes of sitting in same position he remembered about Abhi what he told him before leaving "please call me if you have little bit of problem also manik"..... he gathered all his strength and stands up holding walls for support but everything is revolving around him he can't able to see anything properly..... his head was blasting with pain still he comes out from washroom with great difficulty and reached to his bed, picked up his mobile to call..... but before he call everything just blacked out infront of him and he falls unconscious on floor holding mobile in his hand.....
