Continuing from previous part

Manik heard the doorbell....... he immediately rushed toward the door  and got shocked after opening it.......

Here Abhi was standing at the door fully drunk 

He remembered the phone call he got at afternoon which was of cabir

Flashback

Man:hello......

Cab(hesitated): hello manik...... I know u r angry with Abhi but I don't have any other option ghar ka landline bhi koi pick nahi kar Raha hai......

Man(confused):jiju...... what happen can you say clearly......

Cab:woh mujhe Janna tha ki kya Abhi ghar pe hai uska phone nahi lag Raha aur woh hospital bhi nahi Aya

Man(tensed): whatttt...... but woh toh aaj jaldi Nikal Gaye the fir woh Kahan Gaye......

Manik just forgot about his anger and gets very worried for Abhi

Cab:it happens every year Manik...... aaj k din woh hospital nahi ata......

Man(curious):aaj k din kyu esa kya hai aaj

Cab:woh aaj k din hi uski mom ki death huyi thi...... isiliye woh aaj bohot upset rehta hai...... mujhe uski tension ho Rahi thi toh isliye I called......

Man(worried):aapne mujhe ye pehle kyu nahi bataya...... atleast main dhyan rakhta ki woh kaha ja rahe hai y didn't you informed me......

Cab:woh you were angry and......

Manik cuts him in between

Man(Rolled his eyes):my anger is not bigger than his pain jiju...... I'm not heartless......

Cab(sighs):it's not like that manik in dino itna kuch hua ki mujhe khud date yaad nahi thi...... woh toh aaj he didn't came to hospital then I remembered......

Man: it's ok...... main abhi office me hu abhi ghar jakar check karta hu he's there or not I'll inform you ok......

Cab:yeah ok don't rash drive in tension

Manik hums nd then cut the call and rushed toward MM but Abhi was not there also he tried his phone but it's switched off

Flashback ends

Manik come back in sense and watch Abhi is swaying while standing...... he immediately move forward to hold him......

Man(worried):bhai......

Abhi watched Manik he shouts

Ab(in drunk voice):manikkkk...... mera chota bhai......

Manik startled listening him Abhi  remembered something and gets sad

Ab(cutely pouts):but u r toh angry with me

Manik(sighs):bhai...... please come inside......

Ab:but u r angry na...... I'm bad brother......

Saying this he stumbled and about to fall but manik hold him protectively

Man: please come inside bhai...... aapko chot lag jayegi......

Abhi freed himself and shooks his head in no vigorously

Ab(making sad face):noo...... firstly u say u r not gussa......

Manik find his antics very cute...... but deep down he is still hurt and can't forget everything this easily......

Man(sighs):bhai please andar aao

Ab(stubbornly):no...... firstly u say u r not angry warna main nahi aane wala......

He again stumbled and about to collide with door Manik get worried

Manik(sighs in defeat):ok ok...... I'm not angry with you ab toh aajao......

Abhi gets happy and immediately hugs him which makes Manik stumbled

Ab(excited):yehhh...... u r the best brother manik......

Manik smiles sadly and make him sit on sofa...... as he can't handle his weight for long he felt short of breath...... he messaged cabir about Abhi and look toward him who is sitting like thinking something looking cute he smiles......

@ cabir's home

Cabir was sitting in tension holding his phone at that time Navya come there

Nav:kya hua Abhi tak kuch pata nahi chala?

Cab(tensed):nahi yar navu pata nahi ye idiot kaha hai kesa hai

Nav(sit beside him): Don't worry thik hoga woh

Cab: hope so...... is baar woh jada upset hai har saal se Jada......

At that time cabir's mobile ping he watched manik's message and gets more worried

Cab:oh shit......

Nav(curiously):kya hua......

Cab(stands up hurriedly):Hume Manik k ghar jana hoga fast

Nav(getting worried):aree par hua kya Abhi thik hai na...... aur Manik......

Cabir rushed toward his drawer to pick the keys

Cab:Abhi is drunk...... and you know na he is allergic to alcohol...... abhi toh asar nahi hua hoga but we have to rush fast warna manik pareshan ho jayega......

Nav:oh shit...... I hope he'll be fine but Nandu toh so gayi hum use kese batayen......

Cab:use sone do hum chalte hai...... wese bhi hum Nandu k saare sawalon k jawab nahi de payenge Manik bhi hoga waha uski tabiyat ka bhi Bharosa nahi hai......

Nav:hmm main Rohini aunty Ko inform kar deti hu

(Rohini aunty is their maid)

Cabir nods and both rushed outside

Here at MM

Man:bhai...... come I'll drop you in your room......

Ab(shooks his head):noo......

Man(confused):y what happen......

Ab(sadly):y u forgive me...... I'm bad very bad......

Manik looks at him with confusion

Ab(sitting on floor):I'm very very very bad bohot Bura hu main

Man(kneel down infront of him):kya hua......

Ab(teary):u should not forgive me coz I don't deserve ur forgiveness...... y r u being so kind to me u should hate me......

Manik is totally confused listening his words y he is blabbering these nonsense what happen to him suddenly

Man:bhai ye aap kya bole ja rahe ho

Abhi stands up while stumbling

Ab(in drunk voice):I am meant to be hated...... u should also hate me main humesha sabki life me problem create kar deta hu...... I always end up hurting people......

He cough while saying...... Manik is cluelessness why he is saying all these things he thought maybe because he was missing his mother and manik's behaviour make him feel hurt...... he feels guilty now instead of not having any mistake......

Man:bhai...... we should talk tomorrow about this abhi aap so jao u r tired......

Ab(chuckles sadly):you are right Manik I'm tired...... I'm tired of being the reason of everyone's sadness...... sabko dukh hi pohochaya hai mene aaj tak tumhe ,cabir Ko ,Astha Ko ,apni maa Ko , Apne kid ko......

A tear escaped from his eyes...... Manik don't like to see him like this he don't know what to say how to comfort him...... he is standing helpless he don't know how to handle him he never handled any drunk person......

Ab:tabhi toh woh dono chod k Chale gaye mujhe...... mujhse tang aakar hi maa decided to suicide...... she decided to end her life forgetting she have one more son......

Now this was blow for Manik he never ever thought that abhi's mother died from suicide never...... he stumbled in his place because of shock he don't know how to handle this shock tears start flowing from his eyes......

Ab:I don't deserve anyone's love...... I'm meant to be alone I'm worst person of this world...... don't forgive me...... don't forgive me Manik......

Manik composed himself he felt sharp pain in his head but he ignored and wipes his tears nd move toward Abhi and hold him

Man(softly):bhai

Abhi looks at him being drowsy

Man:you are the most amazing person I got in my life please don't say this

Ab(smiles in drunken state):tumhe sabme sirf acchai hi Nazar ati hai manik...... tum bohot acche ho isiliye tum esa bol rahe ho but I......

He was about to say more but hissed in pain which he felt in stomach...... Manik get worried he comes near him......

Man(holding him):bhai what happen......

Then he noticed some rashes near his neck nd his hand...... abhi fall on his knees because of pain manik gets more worried......

Man(panicked):bhai kya hua aapko

he cupped his face which is quite warm he gets teary and panicked as hell

Man(patting his cheeks):b...bhai... Please kuch toh bolo kya hua please u r scaring me

But Abhi just clutching his stomach in pain...... manik is getting hyper watching him like this......

Suddenly Abhi faints and this numbed Manik...... he don't know what to do...... what happened to his bhai suddenly......

Man(patting his cheeks panicked):bhai...... open your eyes bhai...... kya hua aapko please utho na...... (shouts) bhaiiii......

At the same time cavya and Astha
(Cabir informed Astha as she's also worried for him and know everything about this date) entered there...... their heart breaks watching the scene in front of them...... they immediately rushed toward them...... Manik watched them nd move toward them......

Man(panicked):jiju...... dekho na bhai ko kya hua suddenly...... te...tell him to get up na please unhe pain bhi ho raha tha...... do something nd make him fine......

Trio looked at him with tears as he is very much panicked and it'll effect his health cabir cupped his face

Cab(softly):Manik...... Manik look at me...... (he looked at him with tears) he'll be fine kiddo...... kuch nahi hua hai...... he's allergic to alcohol na that's y this happen...... main ek injection dunga woh thik ho jayega ok......

Manik nodded positively like a kid while sniffing

Man:pakka na......

Cab:ha baccha u believe me na......

Manik again nodded cabir sign navya to handle him nd he picked up Abhi with the help of one butler and move toward his room other three followed them

Cabir start abhi's treatment while others are standing impatiently

Manik is sitting on the couch and tapping his legs impatiently and getting panic...... Navya watched him and move near him nd cupped his face......

Nav(lovingly):Mani look at me kiddo......

Manik looks at her teary

Man(sobbing): nothing will happen to him na

Nav(nodded negative):no Mani...... u trust your jiju na......

Manik nodded positively

Nav:he'll make him fine pakka......

Astha come near him

As(smiles):ab jiska itna accha aur caring bhai ho woh toh jaldi thik hoga hi

Manik look at her believing her nd Navya hugs him

Nav:u r my strong brother na......

Manik nodded positively still worried for abhi

After sometime

Abhi is sleeping Manik looks at him sadly...... he remembered his words about his mother and the pain which he noticed in his eyes......

Man(whispers):kitna pain daba kar rakha hai apne andar...... kabhi bhanak bhi nahi hone di......

Others looks at them sadly......

Man(to others):y don't you guys told me before that his mother died from suicide

All(extremely shocked): whatttt......

Manik looks at them with confusion while it was the biggest shock for them...... they didn't knew that abhi's mother died from suicide they never in their wildest dream think about it......

Cab(shocked):hume toh ye pata hi nahi tha...... we always thought she died from some disease or something...... but ye toh kabhi socha bhi nahi tha......

As(teary):usne kabhi bataya hi nahi

Manik looks at them...... he understood that they didn't knew anything Abhi didn't shared with anyone......

Nav:I think agar usne hume kuch nahi bataya hai toh hume bhi esa hi pretend karna chahiye ki we don't know anything

Man(in daze):but I want to know...... y he is in so much pain...... y he have lack of trust issues...... y he is bearing so much pain alone...... (wiping his tears)mujhe sab Janna hai...... sabkuch......

Cabir placed his hand on his shoulder Manik looks at him with tears

Cab(trying to assure him): calm down Manik sab thik ho jayega

Man(wipes his tears):no jiju sab thik nahi hoga...... sab thik karna padega...... aur main unki life ko normal Bana kar rahunga...... unke Dil se khud k liye jo nafrat hai use khatm kar k rahunga......

Trio smiles looking at him

Astha:nd I know you will do it......

Manik nods and left from there without saying anything trio looked at him sadly

Nav(teary):pata nahi in dono k life se dard khatm kyu nahi hote

As(hugs her):hum sab hai na unke sath ye waqt bhi guzar jayega

Cab:yes

Here Manik is sitting on couch of living room his tears which continuously flowing from his eyes...... he's having terrible headache but this pain is not effecting him infront of the pain he was feeling after listening about abhi's mother......

He was busy in his own world at that time Astha come near him nd sit beside him but he didn't noticed...... Astha placed her hand on his shoulder Manik come out of trance and look toward her......

As(wiping his tears):ab bas karo manik kitna rona hai ha...... tum apni health kharab kar loge......

Man(looking down):I'm fine di......

As(softly):kyu hua Manik kya soch Rahe ho......

Man: duniya me kitne log kitni takleefon se guzar rahe hai...... par har kisi ko apni takleef hi Sabse badi lagti hai...... jabki humse Jada koi aur bhi suffer kar Raha hota hai......

Manik takes a deep breath astha rubbed his arm to ease him but didn't said anything and let him speak

Man(teary):ab mujhe hi dekh lo...... mujhe lagta tha Bhagwan ne saari problem meri life me hi likh Rakhi hai but aaj ehsaas ho raha hai bhai toh mujhse bhi Jada pain me the...... pehle unke bhai ki death then his mom that too soo painfully I don't know about tak kese seh Rahe the woh......

Astha gets teary listening him...... now she got to know how this boy made this much special place in everyone's heart...... he have so much pain there is no certainty of his life still he thinks that his life has less pain then others...... how can someone be so strong......

As(teary):kaha se laate ho itni himmat Manik humesha khud Ko chod k dusro k baare me sochte
ho...... how......

Man(nodded negative):no di...... I was selfish tabhi toh main bhai se Bina baat k itne Dino se gussa tha...... just because I need him...... ye toh unki marzi hai na ki woh kaha Rehna chahte hai......

As(placed her hand on his cheek):he also needs you Manik...... u both need eachother...... aur uski marzi bhi tumhare saath rehne ki hai...... he don't want to live without you but u know na how insecure person he is...... use is baat ka dar tha ki Kahi koi use ye na bol de that he is using u because of your money...... he's living in your house just because it have luxurious life......

Manik looks at her understanding her words

As(smiles):use bhi tumse dur Jana bilkul pasand nahi tha

Man:you know him so well he's lucky to have you

As(cupping his face):ye toh mujhe nahi pata...... but he's definitely lucky to have you in his life jo Abhi tumhare saath hai na woh pehle wale Abhi se Jada khush hai...... he changed alot and changed for good I have watched old Abhi with no smile......

Manik feels good listening this

As:now don't think too much nd take care of yourself

Man:I'm fine di sacchi......

As:no u r not...... I know you are in pain kyu khud Ko takleef de rahe ho please kuch kha lo aur medicine le lo......

Man:main kha lunga thodi der se......

At that time Navya come there with food

Nav(sternly):koi thodi der nahi it's already too late tum khaoge nahi toh bimar pad jaoge

As:ha aur bimar pad jaoge toh Apne bhai ka khayal kese rakhogi...... infact woh khud rest nahi karega nd got worried about you...... Do you want this......

Manik nodded negatively

Nav(forwarding a morsel): exactly now eat

Manik eats finally then both take him to his room and make sure he have his medicines...... then they went to abhi's room where Abhi is lying unconscious on bed and cabir is sitting beside him tensed......

Manik move toward the bed nd sit beside Abhi and caresses his hairs

Man(looking at Abhi sadly):jiju...... bhai kab uthenge......

Cab(pats manik's cheek): medicine thode high dose ki hai kal subah tak use hosh ajayega

Man(hopefully):he's fine na......

Cab(assuring):yes ofcourse kiddo...... now you also sleep ok......

Manik nodded positively as he start feeling sleepy after having medicines...... he lay down beside Abhi holding his hand and sleep in few minutes trio smiles watching him......

Cabir covers then properly

Cab(to Astha and Navya):tum dono bhi jakar so jao ab dono Subha hi uthenge

Both nodded and left to other room and cabir lay down on couch and sleeps in sometime

Ok guys I know I'm late again ☹️ actually I was about to post at 1st September but little part was left so I decided to post at 2nd nd you all know what happened that day 😔 we lost our Sidharth 😭 then I won't able to write anything these 2-3 days went horrible ☹️ I just wish he is in better place 🌸 nd shehnaaz will able to cope up with this heartbreaking incident 🙏

Ok back to the story next part will only be posted if I get good response or else i don't post
