Guys I wanna tell u one thing  that this ff is inspired from my two fav movies so if u find any similarity  from ur ff its just a coincidence ok dialogues r also inspired from the films so plzz don't  create any negativity ok

It's getting 9pm navni were sitting  & watching  TV in living room @ that time doorbell ring.... Nandini went to open the door & watch abhi & cabir are there.... Nandini immediately hugs abhi....

Nan:bhai kitne dino baad aye ho... yaad nahi aati aapko meri na

Abhi smiles & broke the hug

Ab:esi baat nahi h nandu.... bas u know na hospital se time hi nahi milta..

Cab(irritated):ab kya yahi khade ho kar baat karne ka Irada hai andar nahi aane degi

Nan(making faces):seedhe bolo na u r jealous huhh (to abhi) come inside bhai

They enters inside...  navya also greet abhi... then abhicab settled on sofa & navni went to bring water and snacks for them....

Cab(to abhi):wese tha kaha tu poore din... dikha nahi poore din hospital me...

Ab:aree woh orphanage  gaya tha yrr...  dr. Shubhankar ki jagah for monthly checkup... But orphanage ki anniversary thi toh kuch hua hi nahi..  Uske baad kuch kam se gaya tha

Cab:Ooo

@ that time navni came there with snacks & get settled

Nav:kon se orphanage gaye the abhi

Ab: woh bandra wala "hope"

Cab:jab checkups nahi huye toh kya kar raha tha itni der waha

Ab:Aree waha k baccho ne request kiya toh ruk gaya unke sath they're celebrating na

Then abhi remember about manik & a smile spread in his lips.... cabir watch him like this & his teasing mode started....

Cab(teasingly):Ohoo orphanage me koi beautiful  girl se mulakat ho gai kya jispe aapka dil agaya h

Trio look @ him confusingly

Ab(confused):kya bakwaas kar raha h dimaag kharab h kya tera orphanage me girls milingi Mujhe

Cab:toh Fir aapke hotho pe muskurahat kiski wajah se h

Navni chuckles @ his statement whereas abhi understand  what he is talking about

Ab:accha woh koi girl nahi ek boy mila tha

Nan(cuts in b/w):hawww bhai aapko ladko me interest h

Cab:dekha mene kaha tha na koi reason toh h uske shaadi na karne k peeche see

Ab(irritated):shutup both of u dono bhai behen pagal h... poori bat toh suno...

Cabni pouts whereas navya chuckles..... then abhi told them about manik incident to them.... listening that trio start laughing loudly... & abhi glares them...

Cab(controlling his lsugh):wese uski galti nahi thi Mujhe bhi ye doubt hota h kabhi that you can't speak

& again start laughing navni too abhi dangerously glares him

Ab(angrily):shutup ek no. Ka immature boy tha huhh

Nav:o hello he was not immature @ all ha talkative tha but immature nahi

Ab:& how could u know

Nav:tumhari baaton se agar wo immature hota toh apni itni choti galti k liye maafi nahi mangta samjhe & ha cute aur talkative jarur tha

Ab(in mind):jesa bhi tha but kuch toh baat thi usme sabke chehre par smile le ata h 

Nan:u know abhi bhai ese hi ek namuna Mujhe bhi mila tha

Nav:ab tumhe Kon mil gaya

Nandini also tell them about  manik's incident

Nav(smiling):kya yrr nandu itna sweet tha woh galti tumhari thi Fir bhi sorry bola usne

Cab(dramatically):ha but ise acche logo ki kadra kaha... Jese meri nahi h...

Abhnav chuckles @ his statement

Nan(rolling her eyes):bas bhai khud ki kitni tareef karoge

Ab:he was having balloons & chocolates right

Nan:yes

Ab:is he wearing black blazer & white T-shirt

Nan:ha but aapko kese pata

Ab:coz he is the same boy whom I'm taking about

Nav:Woww what a coincidence

Cab:yeah right wese abhi dr. Shashank want me to inform u that  tomorrow a patient coming  to meet u

Abhi nodded

Nav:accha bohot baatein ho gai chalo dinner karte h

All nodded & left for dinner

Next day @ sanjeevni

Abhi is sitting in his cabin & waiting for the patient which cabir told him....  but he is waiting from  two hours still there was no sine of him.... he was getting hell angry.... Then he stands up  & marched towards  cabir's cabin angrily & enters without knocking & watch cabir was not there.... only one person was sitting there who turn listening voice abhi & that person both gets shocked watching each other.... 

Ab(shocked):tummm...
Person:aap...

The person  is revealed as manik

Man(smiling):hy aap yaha kya kar rahe h

Ab(casually):I'm doctor here

Man:really Fir toh aapki jada patients girls hi hongi pakka

Ab(glares):what do u mean to say

Man(smiles):I mean u r good looking na that's y I guess

Abhi smiles listening this but immediately control so that  manik didn't notice

Man(forwarding his hand):wese I'm manik malhotra & u

Ab:abhimanyu thakkar

Man(smiles):nice name wese aap itna kam kyu bolte ho aapki wife toh bechari aapse pareshan ho jati hogi

Abhi get shocked  listening wife (😂😂 poor abhi)

Ab:o hello I don't have wife

Man(confused):kyu divorce ho gaya kya

Ab(angrily):o just shutup I'm not married 

Man(questioning again):y what's your age

Abhi look @ him full on anger

Man:what happen u also don't tell ur age like girls m toh bata deta hu I'm 22 years

Ab(in mind):ye pakka kisi patient k sath h jaldi se bula leta hu warna mera dimaag kha jayega ye

Ab:listen I don't have free time like u to waste  so just call the patient fast

Man:itna gussa health k liye accha nahi h doc

Ab(angrily ):just shutup u r calling the patient or I leave

Man: which patient how could i know about ur patients

Ab:don't tell me u r here only for time pass

Man(rolling his eyes):time pass k liye hospital kon ata h doc can u tell me what is ur patient name

Ab:MM something who have braintumor

Man(casually):accha woh.... Woh toh m hi hu
(Dishani_ST u right dear sorry 😥 but yahi storyline h)

Abhi gets hell shocked how could someone be so cool after knowing he have this much dangerous disease..... he thought that he is lying or he want that it was a lie....

Ab(shocked):r u mad kuch bhi bole ja rahe ho

Man(chuckles): I know I know u r thinking how I'm taking so casually after knowing about my disease.... but doc mere rone dhone se toh m thik nahi ho jaunga.... aur wese bhi I have 6 month it's sufficient to live "zindagi lambi nahi badi honi chahiye"....

Abhi was hell shocked after knowing about manik's disease.... he still don't want to beleive that he is going to die.... he was lost in his thought.... Manik watch him like that....

Man(lightening the mood): hehe I know lines r too filmy sorry for that...

@ that time cabir enters & watch abhnik there.... he went near them....

Cab:so abhi u already met manik he is the one jiske baare me m tumhe bata raha & from now u r going to handle his case

But abhi is in his own thought

Man(cutely): sorry doc cabir aapne Mujhe inhe jada irritate karne ko mana kiya tha... but kya karu adat se mazbur hu na...

Cabir smile @ his words & patt his cheeks lovingly.... manik smiles after that

Cab(to manik):manik u go with the wardboy he'll show u ur ward ok abhi is coming

Manik nodded & left

After sometimes

Abhi went to the ward where manik was admitted & do his all tests.... after approx 1 hour he was done.... he was about to leave  but he turns & sadly gaze toward manik.... who was sleeping peacefully due to medicines effect unknown to the fact that how his one sentence create havoc in abhi's mind..... abhi unknowingly creased his hairs then left...

Cabir was noticing abhi's strange behavior from the time he met manik..... he decide to talk with him...  so he went to abhi's cabin he knocked & then went inside after getting permission.... he enters & watch abhi is lost in his thought he went near him & sit in front of him..... 

Cab(tensed):kya hua h tujhe kab se notice kar raha hu jab se manik se mila h pata nahi kaha khoya hua h

Ab(softly):mujhse nahi hoga cabir

Cab(confused):kya nahi hoga

Ab(sighs):manik's treatment cabir...  today in my carrier first time my hand was shivering during the treatment.... I don't know y but mujhe use esa dekh kar bohot hurt ho raha h I really don't know y.... I only met him twice still....

Cab(Confused):twice

Ab:yeah he is the same orphanage  boy whom I met yesterday & now I don't  know y I'm having this time of feeling yr I can't understand anything...

Cabir come near him & hold his shoulders to make him relax

Cab:relax abhi I understand manik se ek baar milkar mujhe usse itna attachment ho gaya woh h hi esa..... usi tarah tujhe bhi ho gaya.... but tu esa nahi kar sakta yrr ye uski life ka sawal h u have to treat him shayad woh bach jaye...

Ab(angrily):how cabir tune uski reports dekhi h.... he only have 10% chances to live aur uspar bhi agar wo bach gaya toh 5% uske coma me jane k & 3%  mentally unstable hone k chances h only 2% chances h uske poori tarah theek hone k..... aur tu keh raha h relax.... & where the hell is his family how irresponsible they r.... their  family member is having such a critical condition & they r nowhere.... 

Cab(bends his head):he has No one

Again a shocking news for abhi

Cab:he lost his family 5 years back in a plane crash

Abhi is not able to say anything.... he was getting back to back shock... he never think the boy who make everyone smile.... who talk too much... is in this much pain & didn't have any complaints.... how can he be so cool in this situation.... cabir watch abhi like this  he can understand his situation coz he also feel the same when he met him....

Cab:abhi u ok

Ab(sadly):cabir how could his fate be so cruel to him yrr.... baccha h woh & his heart is so much full of life yrr kese kar leta h woh.... Uske chehre me maut ka dar hi nahi h... U know  sabse jada uski smile mujhe effect kar rahi h yrr.. Uski smile dekhkar toh m kamjor pad jaunga.....

Cab:I know abhi he is first patient like this in ur carrier... that's y u r effecting this much but u r Dr abhimanyu thakkar the best cancer specialist in mumbai.... u can't be weak like this yrr....tu best h tu kar sakta h isiliye Doctor shashank ne case tujhe diya he have believe in u...

Ab(with some hope):i'll try my best cabir

Cab(smiles):that's like my friend accha sun tu usse sympathy type feeling bilkul mat dena samjhe he don't like that atall just behave normal with him like u behave with u ok

Abhi nods at that time a wardboy hurriedly enters inside abhicab ask him the matter

Wardboy(panting):sir woh room no. 21 ka patient jise aapne abhi treat kiya woh apne room me nahi h & poore floor me dekh liya kahi nahi h

Ab(worried):whatt...(murmurs)  Shitt ye manik kaha gaya...
