Continuing from previous part......

At evening Manik come back from college...... but  he's not feeling well today nd having bad headache nd little weakness...... he immediately went to his room nd sit on the bed tiredly holding his head......

Man:goddd...... not again this headache is killing me......

He gets up nd decided to change.....after changing he lie down on bed after sometime unknowingly sleep took over him......

At night

At 8pm Abhi come back from hospital he look around to find Manik but he didn't so he decide to go nd change then check him

After sometime he come down and went to kitchen nd find Kaka there

Ab:Kaka where is Manik

Kaka:aree Abhi beta aap agaye...... Manik baba Apne kamre me hai so rahe hai......

Ab(concerned):so Raha h itni jaldi strange...... wait m check kar k ata hu......

Saying this he went to manik's room...... as he enters he watch Manik is sleeping curling himself like a ball...... he gets confused watching him like this......

Ab:ise kya hua ye ese kyu so Raha h

He immediately move toward him nd watch Manik is sleeping holding his head tightly covering his face abhi gets worried he sit beside him

Ab(removing his hands):manik......

He gets shocked watching Manik...... he is looking so vulnerable his eyes were red tears marks clearly visible on his cheeks...... he immediately cupped his face......

Ab(panicked):what happen Manik......

Man(meekly with painful voice):bhai...... it's paining...... so...... much......

Abhi's heart wrenches listening his voice

Ab(lovingly):paining where kid...

He stopped abruptly remembering something

Man(painfully):my..... H..ea..d it's paining..... alot..... please..... kuch..... karo..... na..... I can't..... bear..... it please.....

Abhi gets teary listening his painful plead nd watching his condition he ruffles his hairs lovingly

Ab(affectionately):don't worry ha Abhi thik ho jayega...... m...main abhi Cabir Ko call kar k medicine mangwata hu just hold on ha......

Firstly he took manik's mobile but it was switched off coz of no battery...... then He try stands up but Manik is not leaving him he is holding his hand tightly from one hand and other is clutching abhi's t-shirt coz of pain......

Man(pleading):please...... don't go......

Abhi's heart is shattering manik's this side he ruffles his hairs lovingly

Ab:Manik my mobile is in my room I have to go na...... ur mobile is discharged m bas 2 min me ajaunga......

Man(meekly):please

Abhi closed his eyes in helplessness then shouts to call Kaka...... after awhile Kaka enters he gets shocked watching manik's condition he was about to ask something but......

Ab(hurriedly):Kaka mere room se mera phone le kar ayiye jaldi

Kaka nods hurriedly nd rush to abhi's room in a few minutes he brings his mobile nd handed to Abhi.... Abhi calls Cabir who instantly pickup the call...... before Abhi say something he starts his rants......

Cab:Abhi mere bhai...... u know m abhi tujhe hi call karne wala tha...... woh navu nd Nandu out-of-station gayi h chal Kahi bahar chalte h......

Cabir's whole excitement flew after listening abhi's voice

Ab(teary): Cabir...... Manik......

Listening manik's name a fear of some mishap makes Cabir panicked

Cab(worried):what Manik Abhi

Ab:cabir Manik is in too much pain yar...... m tujhe ek medicine nd injection ka name send kar Raha hu use jaldi lekar aja please......

Cab(hurriedly):ha I'm coming u send I'm in hospital only

Saying this he cut the call then Abhi send medicines name immediately...... then he looks toward Manik nd kissed his forehead who is in so much pain that he can't even understand what is happening around him......

Ab(softly):I'm here only shhh.... Bas abhi thik ho jayega......

Manik hugs him tightly placing his head on Abhi's lap...... Abhi also hold him nd make him comfortable while ruffling his hairs nd wishpering sweet nothings to make him calm......

After 20 minutes Cabir reached there nd gets more concerned watching manik's condition...... at that time Abhi noticed him......

Ab: thank God tu agaya

Cabir handed him the medicine and injection

Ab:but isne kuch khaya bhi nahi h

Kaka:main soup lekar ata hu...... Baba k liye banakar Rakha tha......

Abhi nodded and kaka left

Ab(to Manik):Manik see Cabir is here with medicine...... chalo utho kuch kha lo fir medicine Lena h na......

Manik nodded in no

Ab(patiently):but u want na ki pain khatm ho jaye toh uske liye medicine Lena hoga na

Cab:ha Manik thoda sa soup pi lo warna medicine asar nahi karegi

At that time Kaka bring soup

Ab:utho Manik

Cabir nd Abhi made him sit...... Manik placed his head on Abhi's shoulder...... he still didn't leave his hand...... 

Cab:main khilata hu

Then Cabir feed him soup after having half

Man(whispers):ab nahi jiju

Cabir nodded then made him have his medicine and inject him...... after approx 10 min he finally sleep both sigh in relief that finally he won't have pain......

Ab(staring Manik): finally ab ise pain nahi hoga

Cab(worried):but he have fever too

Ab:ha that's because of pain he'll be fine when pain reduce

Cabir nodded

Cab(to abhi):chal ab chal k tu bhi kuch kha le I know tune kuch nahi khaya hoga

Ab:nahi yrr man nahi h

Cab(glares him):ese kese man nahi hai tujhe bhi bimar hona h

Ab:please yrr seriously mujhse nahi khaya jayega

Cab:thik h Mene sun liya ab uth

Cabir pulled him but Manik didn't left his hand still...... both look toward him nd smiles sadly...... Cabir Freed his hand softly then pull Abhi outside......

After coming out of the room Cabir immediately hugs Abhi

Cab:he is fine now......

Ab(teary):this pain is normal Cabir...... use esa hoga hi...... but I can't see him like this......

Cab(sighs):I know Abhi...... but we have to be strong na hume uski strength Banna h weakness nahi......

Abhi broke the hug and nodded positively

Cab:chal ab dinner kar le

Both move toward dinning hall Kaka serve food to them they start eating

Ab:btw Nandu aur Navya kaha Gaye h tune phone me bola tha

Cab:ha woh Navya ki kisi school friend ki wedding me

Abhi humms at that time Cabir noticed abhi's wrist which is red finger mark were there and some nail mark too

Cab(worried):Abhi ye hath me kya hua

Abhi looked at his hand then remembers that Manik is holding his hand when he was in pain

Ab:kuch nahi cabir woh Manik ne

Cabir understand

Ca:hmm ok

Then they finished their dinner then went to manik's room again...... as Abhi stopped Cabir from going home......

Cab:tu bed me so ja uske Sath m couch me sota hu

Abhi nodded then both sleeps

Next Morning @ 8am

Cabir nd Abhi r in dinning table doing their breakfast as Manik is still sleeping due to medicine effect

Cab:Manik will be alone yrr agar hum dono chale jayenge

Ab(tensed):but I have very important surgery aur tere patients bhi important h

Cab:hmm but ab kya kare

At that time Kaka come there

Ka:aap log chinta mat kare m baba ka khayal rakhunga

Ab(relieved):ha Kaka aur m dopahar tak wapas ajaunga...... coz uske baad I don't have any pending work......

Cabir nodded then they left for hospital after completing their breakfast

After one hour

Manik wakes up feeling better from before but he is feeling weakness still...... he gets up nd sits resting his back on bed rest...... suddenly a chit catch his attention which is placed on side table he picks up the chit nd read it's abhi's note......

"I'm sorry Manik I have to hospital because I have very important surgery and Cabir also have important work but I'll come back in afternoon and yeah if u read this call me immediately I charged your phone at night"

Manik smiles then call Abhi he immediately pick up

Ab(immediately):hello Manik...... how r u...... u r fine na...... headache Kam hua ya Abhi bhi pain h...... dekho don't lie ok......

Manik smiles at his concern nd feeling blessed having caring brother like Abhi

Ab(impatiently):Manik y r u not saying anything...... kuch toh bolo......

Man:aap kuch bolne denge toh bolunga na

Ab(sighs):sorry ab bolo

Man:I'm fine bhai don't worry headache bhi nahi hai ab bas thodi weakness h

Ab:ok Mene tumhari medicine Kaka Ko de di h breakfast kar Lena thik se aur medicine bhi le Lena...... aur ha rest karna idhar udhar mat ghumna......

Man(pouts):ok boss

Ab(smiles): take care I'll be there after surgery

Man:ok bhai all the best for surgery wese toh u r the best...... but still all the best......

Abhi smiles then both ended the call then Manik went for his morning choirs he went downstairs nd did his breakfast half-heartedly then medicine too

Kaka:baba ab aap rest kar lijiye

Man:m yahi par TV dekhunga

Ka:accha thik h

Then manik went to living room and start watching his favourite cartoon Tom and Jerry...... after sometime he sleeps while watching it......

At Afternoon

@ approx 2pm Abhi come back from hospital nd the first thing he watch after entering inside is Manik sleeping on sofa while holding remote nd cartoon is playing on TV...... he smiles and went to his room without disturbing him......

After sometime he come down Kaka watched him

Ka:beta khana Laga du......

Ab:isne breakfast aur medicine Liya

Kaka nodded then went to set lunch while Abhi went toward Manik to wake him up after awhile Manik woke up and then both moves toward dining table and start eating......

Ab:so Manik how are you feeling now

Man(smiles):I'm fine now bhai

Then both gets silent Abhi felt it weird as Manik rarely sit silent...... yeah he's not well but Manik is Manik no...... Abhi looks toward him and find he is lost somewhere......

Ab:Manik

Manik comes in trance

Man(attentive):ha bhai

Ab:what happen where are you lost

Man(nodded):no where

Ab(glares him): don't lie batao kya soch Rahe ho

Man(sadly looking down):bhai I'm sorry Mene kal aapko bohot Jada pareshan Kiya...... I seriously don't want to but......

Abhi sighs as he was expecting this

Ab:aur agar m tumhari jagah hota toh tum mujhe wese hi rehne dete Dard me

Manik didn't answer

Ab(raising his eyebrows):bolo

Manik nodded negatively

Ab:toh fir mere bare me esa kyu socha ki mera bhai pain me h aur I leave him alone...... don't think too much Manik this doesn't suits you......

Manik pouts Abhi hits his cheeks playfully

Ab:ab Khana kha lo aur Jada dimag mat chalao Jese ho wese raho

Manik smiles at that's time Cabir's voice come from behind

Cab:kya Baatien ho Rahi h bhaiyon me

He come and sit beside Manik

Cab(to manik):aur saale saab ab kese ho

Man:I'm good aap bataiye

Cab:m toh as always jhakkass...... btw kya Bana h khane me Kaka badi bhuk lagi h......

Abhinik chuckles

Ab:bhukkad......

Cab(rolled his eyes):o please ha Jese tujhe toh bhuk lagti hi nahi h......

Ab(glares him):tere Jese dinbhar nahi lagti

Cab:ha toh tujhe kya problem....

Ab:kabhi kabhi khane k sath banaya bhi kar

Cab:o please ha mujhe cooking ati h

Ab(sarcastically):yeah yeah Maggie banana is included in cooking right

Cab:ofcourse it include

Both are fighting like kids...... whereas Manik is enjoying it he is chuckling silently watching them fight......

Ab:chup kar yrr Jada bakwas mat kar

Cab(furiously):m bakwas kar Raha hu ki tu kar Raha h

Ab:tu kar Raha hai Jese Humesha karta h

At that time Cabir nd Abhi noticed Manik who is watching them nd try not to laugh...... both felt relieved watching him smiling otherwise his yesterday's condition shooks both of them......

Cab(to Manik ):tumhe badi hasi arahi h

Man(chuckles):toh aap log ese baccho jese lad Rahe ho toh hasi toh ayegi hi

Ab:ha ha kyu nahi hum joker jo h

Man(pouts):aree ab ek dusre Ko chod kar mujhse ladne Lage party change kyu kar di

Cab:sab waqt waqt ki baat

Man:accha toh is samay aapka khane ka waqt h toh aap wahi kariye

Ab:he is right

Cab(rolled his eyes):bhai k liye dost ko bhul Gaya (mimicking Abhi) he is right

Abhinik laughed listening him

After sometime

Trio were sitting in living room talking randomly

Man:I'm getting bored let's play something

Ab(snapped):r u mad...... halat dekho apni kitne weak ho aur tumhe khelna h matlab hadd h......

Man(slapped his forehead):kya bhai aap bhi tension ki dukan ho poori

Cabir chuckles while Abhi glares them

Man:m cricket khelne thodi bol Raha...... m Bethe Bethe hi kuch khelne Ko bol raha......

Cab(chuckles):kya Manik tum bhi kise samjha rahe ho ye toh h hi tube light

Manik laugh-out-loud

Ab(glared him): tujhse Kam hi hu Jo bhi hu nd yeah Mr Malhotra aap Abhi bhi thik nahi hai toh chup chap se rest karo

Man(pouts):dinbhar se toh so hi Raha hu

Cab:oyee abhi Jada bacche ko Dara mat chalo Manik batao what u wanna play

Man:woh toh I don't know

Ab:dono pagal mere pass hi ane the

Manik pouts while Cabir royally ignore him

Cab:u r great singer Manik...... chalo kuch ga kar sunao Hume fir tumhare abhi bhai bhi gayenge......

Man(excited): really

Ab(shocked): whatt who told u m gaunga mujhe nahi ata gana......

Cab:chal jhute I know tu Manik jitna accha nahi gata but ga toh leta h na

Man(with puppy face):bhai please na please please

Abhi gets melts he can't deny him...... he don't know y and how but Manik created very special place in his heart......

Ab:ok but tum aaj nahi gaoge thik h

Cab:but y

Ab:Cabir u r a doctor still u r asking stupid questions...... he is very weak gaate tym use breathing problem ho Sakti h......

Cabir mentally slapped himself for being so idiot

Cab: sorry

Man(smiles):aree jiju leave it bhai aap Gao come-on

Abhi firstly getting hesitated then he start singing

Both nodded then all moves toward their respective rooms
