Three years later,

Avni closed the book and glances at reyan who slept encircling one of his arm around Avni's stomach carefully. Avni kissed reyan cheek and stretching her arm over reyan kept the book on  bed side table.

She smiles and covering reyan with duvet puts her feet down slipping the slippers on before coming out of the bed.

She turning baby monitor walks out of the room. She walks down the stairs and moves to kitchen. She starts shuffling the cabinets to find some food to eat.

Luckily in the fridge she found chocolate cake. She picks her lips before taking the cake out and taking a huge piece in a plate.

She quickly grabs a spoon and starts relishing the cake. She was in her own world didn't realise when someone steps in kitchen and standing at the door adores with smile playing on the lips.

Avni took another bite before closing her eyes.. a second later the spoon dropped of Avni's hand making the spoon fall on the ground. Avni dropped the spoon on the floor as she felt warm hands wrapping around her waist.

She immediately felt his presence behind her.. she leans to his chest and tilts her head lightly to see him smiling at her.

Avni : when did you come back Neil?

Neil turns Avni around him so she is facing him properly.

Neil : I came back home when you were busy sneaking into kitchen to eat cake..

Avni : I was hungry Neil.. don't tease me.

Neil : I wasn't teasing you baby but clearly I remember  before going to bed you had your dinner then how can you be hungry?

Avni slaps Neil's arms making him chuckle before he wraps his arms around her shoulder and pulling her into a hug.

Neil broke the hug after few minutes later then pecks her forehead.

Neil : I'm sorry baby..

Neil then bending down little and lifting Avni's top kissed her stomach making avni smile.

Neil : papa loves you baby girl..

He gave one more peck before looking at avni.

Neil: how is my baby girl mamma?

Avni : very tired and hungry..

Neil : what would you like to have? Any specific craving you have baby?

Avni thought for a moment before filling Neil's ears to which Neil gasped.

Neil's eyes widen hearing the name of the dishes that avni wants to have in the middle of night. He shook his head.

Neil : baby where will I get those items right now? It's not possible baby. 

Avni : you don't love us Neil.. can't you do that for us.. please... pretty please..

She starts pleading him to which Neil have sigh and nodded his head. Avni sequel in happiness and hugs him before kissing his cheek.

Neil ruffling his hair thought how to get food which his wife was carving due to her pregnancy hormone..

Neil : baby do mind if I get change before I arrange food for you?

Avni : obviously no! Go and change first.

Neil kissing her cheek rushed out of kitchen to his room meanwhile avni keeping hand on her stomach moves out of the kitchen.

Avni comfortably sat in the hall and turns the tv on. She also kept a pillow behind her back to prevent back pain later.. she was flipping the channel till Neil turns up.

Neil sat beside avni wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her in a hug.

Neil : I have ordered the food, it would come soon.

Avni : thank you so much Neil.. We love you..

Neil : I love you both too... wanna watch a novice or?

Avni: can I watch my favourite movie?

Neil : please no! Something else.

Avni ignoring his word puts her favourite movie on to which Neil made face but didn't protest.

Avni enjoyed the movie. They were middle of the movie when Neil's phone rang.

Neil : I will be right back baby.

Neio excusing himself moves at the door and paying the boy took the food. Neil closed the door and walks to avni. He kept the food on table and sat next to avni.

Neio : everything is all yours baby.. grab it!

Avni smiles at Neil as he took the food out of the plastic bag keeping in front of avni..

Neil grabbing the tv remote turns the tv off before getting up.. he carefully picks avni up in his arms. He then moves to his room.

He lays avni down and covers with duvet. He kissed her forehead then her stomach.. he moves to his side and saw reyan throwing his arm gently on Avni's stomach. Neil smiles and pecks his cheek too.

Neil gets under the duvet and wraps his arms around Avni's waist. He also smiled at them before closing his eyes and letting sleep over take him.

Next morning Neil woke early. Neil turns the alarm off and sat on the bed. He pecks reyan cheek before waking him up.

Neil : reyan.. reyan.. wake up my boy..

Reyan opens his eyes then his closed his eyes again.. he then spread his arms out with his closed eyes making Neil smile. Neil then picks reyan up moving to washroom..

Neil starts helping to reyan to get ready for his school.. Neil also got ready.. both of them getting ready walks out of the washroom..

Neil moving to dressing table and picking a hairbrush calls reyan to come to him. Neil combs reyan hair.

Neil : grab your school bag.. I'll be coming downstairs in a minute.

Reyan nodding his head moves to his bag.. reyan walks to avni who was still asleep.. he kissed Avni's cheek then stomach and whispers ' I love you'.. he then giving a smile to Neil ran out of the room.

Reyan yells swetha name while running down the stairs..

Reyan : Dadi... dadu..

Swetha : reyan why are you shouting?

Reyan : my breakfast.. I am hungry..

Swetha : naughty boy.. follow me..

Reyan ran behind swetha to dinning area.. he sat down on the chair and watch as swetha served him some foot in his plate.

Reyan : thank you Dadi...

Swetha ruffles his hair before going back to kitchen.. reyan starts having his food when Prakash walks followed by Bebe..

Bebe : good morning reyan..

Reyan : good morning Badi Dadi... dadu..

Prakash: good morning reyan... going school?

Reyan nodded his head taking a bite..

Neil comes a minute later and looks at reyan who is having his breakfast.

Neil : reyan hurry up! You will be late..

Swetha coming out of kitchen brought reyan lunchbox and water bottle.

Neil : good morning Bebe, mom and dad.

They also wished him back and smiles at reyan who was trying to eat quickly..

Neil wraps reyan school bag around his shoulder.

Neil : say goodbye to them..

Reyan : bye everyone!

Reyan waves his hand go them before following Neil..

Neil makes reyan sit on passenger seat and buckles his seatbelt.. Neil then moves to his seat..

Neil drove to reyan school.

Neil holds reyan hand and walks him to the school gate.

Neil: behave yourself reyan... have your lunch.. okay! Take care my boy. I'll pick you up after school with mamma then we will go out.

Reyan : okay papa! Can I go now with my friends?

Neil nodded his head and kissing his cheek left reyan hand. Reyan ran inside the school with his friends while Neil stayed at the school gate till reyan was out of his sight.

Neil then drove back to khanna mansion.

Swetha : Neil shall I warm food for you?

Neil : no mom! I'll have it with avni later!

Swetha nodded her head.

Neil went back to his room and saw avni sitting on bed holding her head.. he rushed to her.

Neil : baby are you okay?

Avni : just feeling sick Neil.. you dropped reyan to school?

Neil : yes I have! Come I will help you out.

Neil holds her hand and took avni to washroom. He helped her out freshening up.

Neil: wanna take a shower?

Avni : yes! Can you help me out?

Neil nodded his head.

Neil holding Avni's hand brought her back to the room after helping her in shower. Neil made her sit and went to grab her clothes..

Neil : you okay to go down?

Avni : yes! I'll be fine Neil. Don't stress.

Neil : come let me take you down.

They both walked to downstairs.. they saw Bebe and swetha sitting in hall.

Swetha : avni what would you like to have today for lunch?

Avni : anything mom...

Neil excusing himself went to attend call as his phone rang in middle.

Neil comes back after attending the call. He sat next to avni. Swetha brought some fruits and breakfast for them. She passed the fruits to avni...

Neil helped avni to eat them while having his breakfast.

Neil : mom I heard dad is going to an business trip. Is it true?

Swetha : yes he is but he is unsure about that.

Neil : why is that? Why can't he go?

Swetha : he doesn't want to leave you in pressure... you got family to handle too..

Neil : mom don't be silly.. you all are with us.. dad should go on the trip..it will be good for his health too..

Bebe : Neil is right! Sunny should go! Once he gets home we will talk to him..

Neil nodded his head.

Neil: also I have planned reyan birthday party too.. I just need few more arrangements made then it will be sorted..

Avni : he would be turning 7 next month..

All of them looks at avni but Neil wraps his arms around her shoulder pulling in a hug.

Neil : everything will be fine.. reyansh and jasmine will be coming next week so my work will be less too.

Reyansh and jasmine got married last year. They both were happily married and expecting a baby very soon too.

Avni : I didn't knew that.. he didn't even tell me.

Neil : I asked him not to.. as I wanted to keep it surprise but I couldn't.. mom they would be staying here so please make the arrangements for them..

Swetha nodded her head.

Neil watch the time stepping out of the car in front of reyan school... as the school bell rang all the children rushed out of the school..

Neil noticed reyan running towards him..

Neil hugs reyan and kissed his cheek before walking back to car where avni was waiting for them.

Neil made reyan sit on the back seat before walking to his seat.

Reyan : hey mamma.. how is baby doing?

Avni : hey reyan! Baby is doing good. How was school? Did you have fun?

Reyan : yes mamma I had so much fun.. we learnt lot of new things..

Reyan kept telling both of his parents what he did in school today whereas AvNeil were smiling seeing their son happy and joyful telling the way he spent his entire day in school..

Neil stops the car at the cafe.

Neil : I will go and grab something for us to eat.

Reyan and avni nodded their head before going to their conversation whereas Neil went to the cafe. Neil passed the drinks to them.

Reyan : papa where are we going?

Neil : to beach!

Neil turns the radio on. Avni keeping her head on Neil's shoulder slept while reyan played some games on Neil's phone..

Neil drove to beach.. Neil woke avni up once they arrived at the beach...

Neil grabs his phone from reyan shoving into his pocket.. he holds reyan hand before opening Avni's side door.. he forward his hand to her to which avni slips her hand on his before stepping out of the car..

They all walked on the beach holding each other hand in between them was reyan...

They were enjoying the breeze hitting their faces.. Neil allowed reyan to play with water..

Avni :this is bliss Neil.. but why did you brought us here?

Neil : it is! I have a reason to bring you both here.. since I have known how much you are fond with beach so why not taking you to beach. Also I have heard you complaining how much bored feel at home.. I thought take you out for some change.. bringing you to beach is better option than anything..

Avni : that's true Neil! Thank you for bringing me here... I needed to come out of the house..

Neil : mention not baby... come!

They both were walked around the beach recalling their best memories of them.....

They both fell and fate had another but yet they are manage to find their way to each other.. when he broke she was fighting in revenge, whereas he was protecting her.. in two ways both didn't fail let the love fade away that they had for each other.

This was end.
