Neil leans back to his chair and roams his eyes around his cabin but stopped as his gaze on fell outside of his cabin... he stares her.. a smile creeped on his face as he watched her laughing with him.

Neil shook his head and picking his phone and wearing his blazer walks out of his cabin.. he walks to Juhi cabin where she was having meeting..

He knocks before walking straight into the cabin... he waits at the door and a second later Juhi pa comes out and told Neil that Juhi was still in meeting and it wad inappropriate to disturb the meeting to which Neil just giving a nod walks back to his cabin.

As he was walking back to cabin he stopped as he heard another laughter that just send jilters to his body... he stood there far from them and observed them... he didn't like seeing them together but was another bitter truth of his life... he glancing at them once walks back to his cabin..

Neil sat back on his chair and thought to do something. He kept his phone on silent and taking a file starts going through the file.

Few minutes later there was knock on his cabin. He allowed the person and saw him..

Neil : yes! How can I help you?

Reyansh: mr khanna we don't know each other but let me warm you.. you will regret choosing her over my Avni...

Neil just stares reyansh and gets up moving to him.

Neil : why would I regret? And who are you that I'll discuss my personal life with you? Just remember you are just client who is working in my office for a month.. we don't have to cross each other path.. did you get that? I would really appreciate you to focus on your work rather than finding what is going in Neil khanna's life?

Neil tapping reyansh shoulder moves back to his chair and sat down..

Neil : you may leave now!

He spoke looking at reyansh who was still there..

Reyansh: you lost a gem Neil khanna... how could you do that?

Neil ignoring his words but back to the file that he was working earlier before reyansh walks to his cabin.. reyansh sighs and stops ranting as he saw Neil wasn't bothering what he was saying...

Reyansh giving Neil a sympathy look walks out cabin and went to Avni who was engage typing something.. he sat next to her wrapping his one arm around her shoulder...

Avni got alert as she felt his arm around her shoulder.. she glances at him and passed him smile....

Avni: where did you go?

Reyansh: just went to sort something out.. what are you doing?

Avni : making tomorrow's presentation... help me out! I'm not getting this..

Reyansh gladly helps Avni out... as reyansh was helping her out avni got a chance to see Juhi sneaking into Neil's cabin... a senes of hurt flashed in her... she shook her head and looks at reyansh who finished trying the last paragraph of the slide..

Avni : that's was very quick...

Reyansh: yes it was! I'm great.. I know..

Avni chuckles and turns her head around to see Neil walking out of his cabin followed by Juhi... she watched how both of them went out of the office....

She diverted her gaze and saw reyansh... she knew he caught her watching them.

Reyansh: princess don't hold the past... it's lunchtime... wanna grab some food?

Avni : yeah sure.. let's go..

They also walks out of the office..

They both went to the restaurant which was near to the office.. They both sat down and ordered their food..

Soon as they food arrived they starts relishing the food.. reyansh was eating his salad and looking around but stopped when he noticed someone...

Reyansh: princess is that Juhi?

He said pointing at Juhi who was sitting two tables away from them...

Avni turns her gaze and follows where reyansh was pointing at..

Avni : she is but what she is doing here? And who is she sitting with?

Reyansh: who knows? But isn't she getting married to Neil? Why would she come on lunch with someone else when she is getting married to Neil in few weeks?

Avnu just shrugged her shoulder but deep inside she felt something fishy...

Avni: why do you care rey? It doesn't matter who she meets or who she is getting married to?

Reyansh: true..

They continued eating their food but in between Avni kept glancing at Juhi table.. she didn't find Juhi intention right.. she saw how they both were having serious conversation.. she also noticed a smirk playing on Juhi face when she was shaking her and with a guy who she was sitting with..

Avni turns her head before Juhi could see then.... Avni once again looks at their table and  saw the guy sitting alone which means Juhi left the restaurant..

They both walked back to office and found out that Neil announced juhi as the new boss of khanna Industrial to whole office which made everyone gossip around the office..

Reyansh and avni looking at each other went to their desk and sat down..

Reyansh : how can he give his entire empire to her? I get they will be marrying each other but come on who does that? Is he dumb or something? Avni I don't get one thing how can you love someone dumbest like him..

Avni glares him making reyansh shut his mouth...

Reyansh: don't glare me avni... he is so dumb.. can't he see.. he is not only ruining his business but also his employees life... how can he trust her so blindly? Wait up.. this is his office right... does his father know about this? Does his family are involved in this matter?

This got avni thinking .. since she is left India she never heard about his family... where could he his family? how is his family? So many questions roamed around her head but had no answer..

Avni : you're right rey.... But rey this is not our problem.. rey we are in India because of the project.... We need to focus on our project rather than his personal or professional life problems....

Reyansh: I know baby... but he is so confusing... Don't you thinking something is wrong?

Avni : nothing is wrong rey? You are overthinking... don't feel pity for him... he deserves worse than this...

Her word didn't match her heart.

Middle of night Neil's phone rang... he sleepily picks the call up.. after very long time he was feeling sleepy and wanted to sleep forever but how can he sleep when he isn't at peace...

Neil : hel.... Lo....

Caller : happy birthday Neil....

Neil jerkingly opens his eyes and looks at caller id..

Neil : how do you know it's my birthday jasmine?

Yes the person who called him was none than jasmine the girl who took him to the hospital the other day..

Jasmine : why you thought I would forget your birthday?

Neil blinks his eyes tried to shove his tears back.. full of emotions developed just mere stranger wishing him happy birthday middle of night..

Neil: th... ank... y..ou.....

His voice chocked as he spoke... he didn't wanted to cry over the phone or let other people know his pain that he was going through deep inside his heart... he immediately ended the call and switched his phone off knowing who would call him to wish him after jasmine... he kept his phone back on side table and looks outside of his room... he saw the dark... he climbing down his bed walks to his balcony...
