Tipsy Talks
At midnight, the lock clicked....
Lisa froze. The door flew open and she made out the silhouette of a man. She immediately recognized him as the one and only Kim Seokjin. His silhouette was as dark as his signature aura, clashing with the silvery surrounding that was it up with moonlight.
Seokjin entered the room casually and plopped on the bed beside her. Her heart was beating so rapidly she just couldn't put her finger on the fact why it hadn't exploded into millions of tiny little pieces right then and there. She trembled as felt the weight shift beside her. He was coming nearer and nearer until he was too close to her liking.
She shut her eyes tightly and rubbed them, a habit she had when she got scared during night due to a nightmare and when she opened her eyes she would be safe and warm. But no matter how hard she tried to get rid of this nightmare, she couldn't. It felt eternal and real.
Seokjin's hand crept up her arm and she felt warmth on her cheeks. Only then did she realize what was going on. Tears. Seokjin removed his hand after a while and was quietly staring at her.
She took a deep breath to calm herself down and when the strong stench of alcohol entered her airway, she immediately began to cough.
So he was drunk. But he wasn't completely drunk. Just really really tipsy.
Seokjin was gazing at her with widened eyes, the kind of gaze a kid would have when he saw candy. The moonlight was illuminating her features, making her glittering orbs more visible, her milky white skin glisten against the silvery lining of the moon, her slightly parted lips more defined and her blonde hair shining like gold against silver.
But it also highlighted the other little details like the soft crease on her forehead showing her stress and fear, the dark circles under her eyes due to lack of sleep and restlessness and her trembling luscious lips.
She looked like an innocent and scared little being, a soft little adorable kitty among wolves, predators. In a world where she didn't fit in just because she didn't know the real world. Somehow her fear pleased him. She reminded him of someone he had lost long ago, whom he wasn't able to protect.
"Sleep," he demanded, causing her to choke on air.
Sleep? In the same bed as her torturer? He was a murderer and a killer. God knew what he would do now that they were here and she was powerless and weak. To make matters worse, the most dangerous man in the universe was laying beside her. Tipsy.
Seokjin laid her down on the bed and tears began to trickle down from the corner of her eyes. She gulped. Her adrenaline began to rise but an idea somehow found its way in her mind. He wasn't in his right mind. She could question him.
"W-w-who are y-you? "words escaped her mind before her brain could even process the severity of her words.
"Kim Seokjin. Serial Killer. Heart Carver,"he answered in an irritated tone, not his usual menacing one.
"Will y-you k-k-kill m-me?" she held her breath as she waited for the answer.
"What's the fun in that? I'll keep you and torture you till the very end," he answered it as though it was the most obvious thing on Earth.
"You mean till I die?" she asked softly.
"I mean till I die. I'll keep you alive till then and torture you. You know why? Because death is your salvation," he answered in a bored tone.
Lisa didn't know what scared her more. The fact that she was gonna die a painful death or the fact that death would not come for quick.
"W-why do you have m-me here?" Lisa questioned.
"You ask too many questions," he whined.
"That's just plain boring. Lets do something else. Do you know something fun?"
Seokjin snuggled against her and could feel her heartbeat. It intrigued him. He leaned slightly on top of her and placed his ear against her, keenly listening to her heartbeat.
Lisa had a feeling that these tipsy talks were going a bit far and that it was going to be a long night. She felt him smirk.
"Your heartbeat," Seokjin laughed like a phsychopath.
"Is so damn funny"
