At the end of the journey the Legend Keepers had to admit that even if they didn't find answers the guessed they had fun theorizing. Emo always helped Xiao with his problems while working through his own. Flora tried to recreate Xiao's song and failed each time. Matrix just forgot about the whole escapade within a week of it happening. Even if they might not remember what happened somewhere in the future. They remember it now-except for Matrix-and that's what matters.
