I had just got back to Mondstadt after a long and difficult trip to Snezhnaya. I just wanted to go to my room, change into some comfortable clothes and read a book. I heard a knock at the door of the headquarters and answered. It was Li Xing an envoy from the Ministry of Civil Affairs in Liyue. "Oh hey Li Xing why are you here?" I asked. "The Adventurer's Guild Liyue Branch and the Ministry of Civil Affairs request your presence in Liyue to expose a rumor going around," Li Xing said. "Spill the tea," I said lazily. Li Xing told me about a strange song heard by an adventurer on Mount Aocang. Apparently there were rumors going around about it being some sort of monster or ancient sorceress or even Guizhong's ghost calling out to Morax and Cloud Retainer. "Okay i'll take the case. But i'm going to be paid for overtime because I just got back from Snezhnaya and not the best place to be if you ask me," I said. "Great. I shall escort you to Liyue," Li Xing said. "No thank you. I have a carriage already," I said. "Alright. See you in Liyue," Li Xing said. I closed the door and sighed.

I went into Jean's office and told her "I'm heading to Liyue for a case,". "Alright. Wait no. Klee's been on the verge of a tantrum not being able to see you. Schedule a playdate with Diona that'll distract her for about 2 hours," I said. I gathered my things and went down to my diplomat's carriage. "Where to?" The driver asked. "Liyue," I said. "Yessir," The driver said. The carriage started moving in the direction of Liyue. I was more tired than I had ever been in 300 years.
