So I made an announcment on my profile a while ago about this but I figured it'd be better if I put it into a book. (let's just pretend it didn't take me nearly a month to realize this) So here's the announcment I made:
"Hey ya'll, so I've been doing this for a while and just kind of thought, eh why not make it a lil more public. So whenever someone I know online (or somewhat know online) or someone I know in real life is sick I'm always there offering recepies for natural remedies. I have many books on natural remedies so really I'm just writing out what the books says in a more condensed (what you need to actually know) way and if I had used that particular remedy how it affected me peronally. I also know some basic things on how to take care of small injuries such as a sprained ankle. I'm not going to be able to help much with the injuries (I am really good with dealing with sprains, I've had a lot so I know what to do to ensure it heals properly) but I'm willing to help in any way I can. I also know a lot of things to help relax muscles and to deal with strained muscles and stuff cuz I'm an athlete. So if you have a cold, a stomach ache, something in general that seems like something that can use natural remedies to fix, or a small injury such as a sprain message me and I'll be happy to help in any way I can. Though if you tell me a symptom of something that you think is a cold and I recegnize as symptom of something potentionally dangerous I will not hesitate to tell you to go to a doctor. But yeah, so if you want any natrual remedies I'm happy to help and give you any and all recepies that my books can provide. :)"

I will also put a few things that may help you in general. Like simple things that can help to improve mental health that I use and know to work. But again I am not a proffessional and only know basic stuff with a few things that life has taught me and my teachers and coaches have taught me.If you ever need to rant to anyone feel free to rant to me. Ya'll know how to get in contact with users of Wattpad so I don't think I need to go over the private and public ways of communication other than what I have already written above.
