Aloe stumbled over impossibly large dunes. The sand was sweltering, and she was getting blisters all over her talons. She had been following the prints for hours. In the distance, she saw a blurry figure. She lifted off the ground, giving her burned talons a rest. She saw that the large SandWing was carrying a sack. She landed next to the large figure. 

"Excuse me, may I ask what's in the sack?" 

"Did you say something, twig?" The SandWing asked.

"I would like to know what you have in your bag." She said with more confidence. 

"None of your business." 

Aloe saw something inside the sack squirm, and in one swift movement, she snatched the bag away from the larger dragon. She opened the sack and saw her dragonet's face.

"Dusty!" 

He let out a muffled cry.
