We are in the roof pushing a gurney as we follow Bailey waiting for whoever is being helicoptered in to arrive. When the helicopter lands, we push the gurney to the helicopter side that opens "What do we got?" Bailey demands

"Katie Bryce" the paramedic tells us "fifteen year old female, new onset seizures, intermittent for the past week" once the teenager is on the gurney we push her into the building "I.V. lost en route, started grand mall seizure as we descended"

The girl continues to seize as we get her into a room "All right" Bailey orders "get her on her side" but I'm already doing it, I liked to spend my times with my dad in hell going into the hellscapes with the surgeons so I learned a lot of stuff from that "Izzie, ten milligrams diazepam I.M. No, no the white lead is on the right. Righty, Whitt" Bailey instructs us "smoke over fire. A large-bore I.V. Don't let the blood hemolyze. Let's go!"

Izzie manages to get the IV in her as Dr. Preston Burke—one of the greatest cardiologists of these humans time—comes in "What do we have? A wet fish on dry land" Dr. Burke has dark skin with short cropped black hair and dark eyes with glasses as he looks over the chart.

"Absolutely" Bailey agrees "Dr. Burke"

"Dr. Bailey" handing the chart to someone else he claps his hands "let's shotgun her"

"That means every test in the book" Bailey explains "C.T., CBC, CHEM-7, Tox Screen. Cristina, you're on labs" she then assigns our roles "George, patient work-ups, Meredith, get Katie for a C.T. She's your responsibility now. Luna, you will be performing rectal exams"

Izzie snorts at that having me glare at her, she flinched back causing Meredith to smirk "Wait!" Issue calls out when she realizes she wasn't given anything to do "what about me?"

"Honey" Bailey looks at her "you get to do rectal exams too"

I shoulder bump Izzie on my way out as I go to my first patient who needs a rectal exam "Hello" seeing my first patient that is a Conner Kirk, he is fifty five with aging skin and dark hair that he dyes from his roots and he has rosy pale skin "I'm Dr. Morningstar"

He lets out a chuckle "That's actually your name? What's your first? Lucifer?"

"It's Luna, my dad's name is Lucifer" I answer "now bend over and show me your ass"

"Your blunt" he says "most doctors would kindly ask, yet here you are" putting on the lube for my finger since you only need to use one "woah!" I don't give any warning as I shove my finger up his ass "no warning?"

~Lunch~

"So, how's Katie Bryce?" I ask Meredith when we get our food.

"Do you?" I ask grabbing some pizza

"Don't take her side" warning me "and are you going to go crazy? I mean you are an owner of a night club"

"I've hired someone to help" waving my hand as we pay for our food.

"You know Meredith and Luna are inbred?" I hear Cristina ask George and Izzie.

"Like it's uncommon around here" George asks Cristina "to be a doctor's parents"

"No, royally inbred" Cristina says "their mother is Ellis Grey"

"Shut up!" Izzie exclaims "the Ellis Grey? Then how come Luna's last name is Morningstar? Sounds like part of a stripper name" she should talk.

"I'm going to sit down" I tell Meredith as she nods her head. I go to sit next to Cristina "I take after my father's last name" they look at me "I know you guys are talking about me and Meredith, our mom. My dad's last name is Morningstar, Meredith's is Grey"

"Your very lucky" Cristina says "to have Ellis Grey as a mother" you wouldn't be speaking it unless you met her, she is a very hard woman to please if your her daughters "I would love to be her. All I need is one good case"

"Katie Bryce" Meredith tells everyone here "is a pain in the ass. If I hadn't taken the Hippocratic Oath" crossing her arms as she bitches "I'd Kevorkian her with my bare hands"

"She can't be that bad" I say

"She is" nodding her head "I'd do rectal exams than be assigned to her"

"Really?" Izzie smiles

"Calm down Dr. Barbie" my new nickname for her "besides you'll need to go to Bailey if you want to change your assignment"

"It's Izzie" she corrects giving me a look "not Dr. Barbie, I'm not a doll"

"Whatever you say" taking a bite of my pizza "Dr. Barbie" Meredith smiles knowing how I've already chosen my first victim while the others here chuckle amused at my nickname for Izzie who is shaking her head glaring at me.

"Good afternoon, interns!" Dr. Burke comes over with his hands in his pockets, he's planning something. Whatever it is, it isn't good "it's posted but I thought I'd share the good news personally" placing his hands on his hips looking around all smug, oh he definitely has something up his sleeve "as you know the honor of performing the first surgery is reserved for the intern that shows the most promise. As I'm running the O.R. Today, I get to make that choice" I see most of these people interested, they better calm down they don't know jack shit about dismembering someone. One of Maze's favorite things to do when she baby sat me as a kid was to teach me how to psychologically and physically torture someone. I know it all "George O'Malley"

"Me?" He asks confused

"You'll scrub in" Burke orders "for an appendectomy this afternoon. Congratulations, enjoy it"

We are silent until I say "Don't fuck it up"

"Why are you being a bitch?" Izzie asks me "is it because you weren't chosen"

I laugh at her "Oh Barbie" leaning forward as they look at me "I'm offering George here some advice" looking around "do any of you know how to do an appendectomy without the help of an attendant or a resident?" Their silent "thought so, so George? You might want to freshen your brain up on that procedure so you don't fuck it up and be given an unfortunate nickname that everyone will use on you for the rest of your surgical residency" he gulps in fear.

"Don't listen to her" Izzie shakes her head looking at him "you'll do amazing" giving me a look "Luna is just bitter"

Shaking my head "Whatever you say Dr. Barbie"

~George's Appendectomy~

When Meredith arrives she whispers very lowly in my ear "I slept with the new Head of Neuro" I bark out laughing having the other interns that are here look at us "keep it down"

"I'm sorry" looking at her as I drink some coke "but this is kind of funny...you better hope Bailey doesn't find out" looking at George "he's going to be known as Double O Seven" licensed to kill.

"He's going to make it" Meredith has confidence in him.

"He's looking" I motion down to George "at the body like it's going to eat him"

"Hey" one of the interns says "we have a bet going on. I have twenty that says he's going to faint, he's a fainter"

"No" another intern shakes his head "code brown, right in his pants"

"He's all about the flop sweat" both of them are good looking and is like a good fuck "he's going to sweat himself unsterile"

"Ten bucks" the one with brown skin bets "says he messes up the McBurney"

Sitting next to them Cristina bets "Fifteen says he cries"

"I'll put twenty on a total meltdown"

"Fifty" Meredith says "he pulls this off" we look at her in disbelief silent as she continues "that's one of us down there, the first one of us. Where's your loyalty?"

"Seventy five" Cristina adds to her bet "says he can't even I.D. the appendix"

"I'll take that action" Izzie says

"A one hundred" I bet "he's going to be known as Double O Seven"

"Huh?" Izzie who is next to me asks "what's that?"

"Okay, O'Malley" we hear Burke's loud voice as he comes in ready to he gowned and gloved "let's see what you can do"

"Here it comes" Meredith says

"Scalpel" George orders and he's handed the scalpel, people cheer for him making George more nervous.

"That Burke" Cristina says as she stares at Burke "is trouble" we watch as George starts to cut deeply but not too deep.

"Damn" the one who betted he would faint says "he for the peritoneum open, I'm out"

"I told you" Meredith smugly says "he's going to pull it off"

"I still think he's going to be known as Double O Seven" leaning back as I sip my coke. People cheer for him as he removes the appendix.

When he has to invert the stump into the cecum he freaks out, he breaks the string and he starts to choke "He's choking" Cristina says

"Double O Seven" one of the interns agrees with me "she's right"

Once Burke takes over I hold my hand out and people give me cash as they knew I was right "Double O Seven" they all say.

"What does that mean?" Izzie asks us

"Licensed to kill" Meredith tells her as I get up and leave "as much as I hate to admit it at times, my little sister is right" I did warn them. I did warn them.

~Basement~

I find my sister and the other interns under Bailey's eye here "You're right" George looks at me as I come in, my back leaning against the brick wall while Meredith and Izzie are on a bed while George is on a wheelchair and Cristina is on a bed "I wasn't prepared enough"

"If only" looking at Izzie giving her a look "you didn't listen to Dr. Barbie"

"That isn't my name" she snaps at me

Shrugging my shoulders "Sure...Dr. Barbie"

She stands up "You want a fight" getting in my face "cause listen up you little bitch I'll wipe that smirk off your face" I grab her by her arm and flip her into her back before gripping her arm and move so that I'm ready to snap it off.

She looks up at me in shock "Something you should know, all of you" Meredith says as she watches this "Luna is a black belt in nearly all forms of fighting so..."

"One wrong move" I move her arm and Izzie cries out in pain "and I snap your twig arm Dr. Barbie" moving so I whisper in her ear "don't ever pick a fight with me, do and I can end your career faster than you can ask 'What the fuck?'" Letting go of her arm as I get off of her, George helps her up as they stare at me. Izzie holds her arm while I go to get myself a drink from the vending machine down here "I did warn you George"

"Their calling me Double O Seven" George complains

Cristina gets off the bed she was one she comes near me "Enough! How many times do we need to go through this George?"

"Murphy" George tells us as Izzie sits in the bed next to Meredith "whispered Double O Seven and people started to laugh"

"You" I tell him "just need to do something that people will not forget and you'll soon stop being called Double O Seven"

"You think?" He asks

Cristina scoffs "When Luna here tells you something you get all calm but when I say it or any of them you don't?"

"Luna did warn me..." George mutters "Luna can I ask you something?"

"You already are" Meredith soon runs out when she gets a nine one one from Katie Bryce.

"How is it your so calm? That you own a night club and" he waves to me "you don't even seem tired"

"I manage to find sleep" I tell him, plus as a nephilim I don't really need rest as humans since my angel side doesn't need sleep all the time. We do need to rest every now and then but...yeah "I hired help for my night club, and I make sure to have regular sex. For instance just before coming here I fucked two of the other interns in our group"They stare at me in shock "What? Sex is very helpful"
