~Months Later~

"Wow" looking over at one of the new Mercy West transfer residents "your really beautiful" she has medium length brown hair with fair skin and blue eyes. She is wearing orange like the other transfers because the new scrubs for them didn't come in yet.

Smiling "Thank you, you must be one of the new transfers. I'm Luna"

"April. April Kepner" smiling to me "this is my friend Reed" she motions to the resident with fair skin, brown eyes and pixie cut brown hair.

"Luna" holding my hand out

She shakes my hand "Reed Adamson"

"Hey!" Izzie calls out, her hair is short and growing back from the chemo. See Izzie was diagnosed months ago with skin cancer, stage three that there was a five percent chance of surviving. The day she was saved was the day we lost George O'Malley since he saved someone the day he was about to leave for the army "You can't put your things in there"

"They told us" Reed says "to grab a cubby"

"Yeah but" Izzie complains "there's a reason we keep it empty" it was George's locker "can you just take it out?"

"Don't mind her" I cut Izzie off, they look at us "Dr. Barbie here is just being sentimental—if you want to put your things in here go ahead"

"Thanks" she says giving Izzie a look "I think I will"

"I said take it out!" Izzie exclaims in anger

"Back off Barbie!" Turning to look at her, looking at Reed and April "don't mind her, she's crazy" April giggled at that.

"Iz" Alex comes in then hearing Izzie.

"No!" Izzie gets into Reed's face well tried to since Alex grabs her "Your tiny, I can take you" so I bitch slap her hard, the slap echos that everyone looks at us "Luna!"

"Take a chill pill" crossing my arms "now go, now!" Alex pulls her away as I turn to look at Reed "if you want we can switch lockers so you won't have to be next to crazy"

"Thanks for the offer" she says "but I think I can handle crazy—thanks for standing up for me, I thought you might hate me"

"Why should I hate you?" Leaning against the cubby wall "you didn't do anything to me did you?"

"Hi" we see two guys come over, both in orange. One with normal skin, dark eyes and some dark hair and the other with brown skin, blue eyes and short black hair with facial hair "I'm Charles—Charles Percy, this is Jackson Avery" I shake their hands "Thanks for standing up for our friend and can I just say your very beautiful"

"Thank you"

"Do you" Reed asks me "always call her Barbie? Is that her name?"

Shaking my head "Her name is Isobel Stevens"

"Why do you call her Barbie?" Jackson asks

"I've called her Dr. Barbie since the first day of internship" shrugging my shoulders "Also have you seen her? She's like a Barbie doll" they laugh at that "if you need any help around here just come to me and ask"

"Why are you being so nice?" Charlie asks "everyone else around here seems to hate us"

"Your the competition" I say "and I'd rather be fighting you all at full force than waiting for you to catch up—I love a good challenge" I go to leave but before I do I tell them "also a good way to piss off Stevens is to call her Dr. Barbie or Barbie, either works and Dr. John Shepherd? He's my husband so don't try to hit on him or I'll skin you alive" they stare at me as I smile skipping away.

~Later~

"So" Meredith asks me as I visit her with the twins who are sleeping "what do you think of the Mercy Westers?"

Shrugging my shoulders "I don't mind them unlike others" picking Naya up when she gets fussy for food. Adjusting her in my arms I start to feed her "Izzie got fired"

"What?" Cristina asks, she's in here lying down next to Meredith "what do you mean?" Meredith gave up her loved to her dad Thatcher because she and Lexie are really close now.

"She cost a kidney patient her kidney" I say not looking at them "she was already a high risk coming back so now with her back and what she did was all it took for her to be fired"

"She's gone" we see Alex come in crying holding up a paper "she left—I don't know if she's coming back"

"Go hug him" Meredith orders Cristina "I can't and Luna can't" Cristina goes over to Alex and hugs him. I feed Amara next while Meredith managed to change Naya's diaper in bed.

If your wondering about Naya's and Amara's grandfather, he isn't going to try anything because dad called in many favors which causes Jorge Castillo to back off with his threats and henchmen of anyone he might hire to hurt me once he realized that he isn't as powerful as he thinks he is. The girls are now Naya and Amara Morningstar-Shepherd.

"I'll see you guys tomorrow" I say to my friends and sister before leaving, my heels click against the floor when in the main lobby I see my handsome husband waiting for us.

He wraps his arm around my shoulders kissing me, the twins got fussy so he picks Naya up while I pick up Amara to calm them down before leaving. "How was today?" He asks

"Threatened people" shrugging my shoulders "Izzie got fired"

"Finally!" He exclaims, raising my eyebrow at him "Like you I am not a fan of Stevens, but being a teacher I have to be impartial" once the twins have settled down, we put them into their stroller.

John was going to push the stroller but I pull him into a kiss, wrapping his arm around me he kisses me back. We kiss for some time before I hear someone ask "Wow, those two can kiss" sounds like one of the new residents, Percy I think "I mean look at the way their kissing, is that even hospital appropriate?"

"Their in love" April says "I think it's sweet"

"But they do have to breathe right?" Percy asks

"I heard" Reed tells them "that before she married Dr. Shepherd, she slept with over half of this hospital...yeah"

"I heard her aunt is an ninja" Jackson says "and that her father believes he's the actual devil"

"What?" Two people ask

"You know Elysium? The night club?" Reed asks "She owns it, before starting her residency she opened up Elysium"

"Her mother is Ellis Grey" Jackson says

"What?" They exclaim

Pulling away, I smile placing my hand on John's face "I'm going to scare the newbies" I call for Uncle A who comes "Hi Uncle A"

He comes over smiling "Luna" we hug "mind if I hold one of the twins?"

"Go ahead" I say, he picks one of them up as I look up at the four who look down from the balcony.

"So" I see Uncle A put Naya it seems back "why did you call?"

"To catch up but to also scare the newbies" he chuckles as we walk up to behind the four newbies "so what's new?"

"I want your father back in Hell" he says "he has been gone for too long, it was one thing when you were growing up but now? I'm concerned of what this could mean for everyone if he doesn't go back to Hell—could you talk to him?"

"When I have the time" I say as I am behind the four "now if you'll excuse me Uncle A"

"So much like your father" he chuckles leaving

Time goes again and Percy asks "Where did she go?"

"Where did who go?" I ask having the four scream in fright turning around to look at me, their hands on the chests as their hearts race. Reed actually fell to the ground. I laugh at their reaction to what I did.

"How did you do that?" Jackson asks or more like demands motioning to down by my husband and kids who are unaffected while everyone else is wondering what is going on.

"A good assassin never shared her tricks" they stare at me still trying to calm down "also my aunt wasn't a ninja, she was an assassin and just to get the rumors away—yeah, before my husband I slept with over half of the hospital men and women, my mom is Ellis Grey, and ever since I was six I have been cutting up bodies...there's a reason they call me the Mistress of Evil around here" going over to the stairs, I stop to look at them smiling "Good night"

Heading down to John, I hear Percy say "Did anyone else get goosebumps everywhere?"

"Not just you" Jackson agrees then says after a moment "you know, I'm pretty sure I peed my pants a bit anyone else?" Taking John's hand we leave the hospital together.
