~Months Later~

"What baby names have you and Dr. Shepherd thought of?" April asks me as she sits next to me. It has been months since finding out and I'm about eight months pregnant.

"We decided to name him either Edmund, Ned for short" I don't know why but I like the name Edmund better then Edward "or Rowan"

"They're both beautiful names" she says, we see Meredith come in. She's been more cheerie lately, she and Elliot decided to try for a baby during their honeymoon this summer in Spain. Though I have a feeling that Meredith is already pregnant since she's been more sick during a specific time, she's been craving and I hear the extra heart.

"Fuck" I start to cry

"What's wrong?" Jackson asks me

"I need to pee again" I've become more emotional near the end of this "can someone help me up?" Jackson comes over to help me up "thanks" going over to the bathroom, I pass by this guy who gives an off feeling. He has greying hair with a mustache, brown eyes, normal skin and...I don't know. There is something off about him.

Once I'm in the bathroom it takes me about ten minutes to do my business before leaving, I go down to the chief's office since John is there with Derek and we have an appointment today. John has been more protective of me near the end of this pregnancy, well the whole pregnancy but as I'm going near the end he's making sure he's by my side.

Just as I am at his door I see Reed looking confused "Reed?" She looks my way

"Finally!" She exclaims "someone who can see me! Wait? How can you see me?"

"What do you mean?" I ask

"She's dead" Aunt Azriel comes over "congratulations on the baby Luna"

"You can see me?" Reed asks "how?"

"Reed?" I ask "how did you die?"

"There's a shooter!" She exclaims, my eyes widen and I go to Derek and John who look my way.

"Hey" John smiles "are you"

"There's a shooter in the hospital" I quickly say as April comes in covered in blood freaking out "April? Why" she goes on a rant about pigs bleeding or something before I snap her out of it "April!"

"Reeds dead" she cries "someone shot her"

"Let's get you into some clean scrubs" John says "Derek lock down the place, Luna stay here" April is handed some scrubs and she goes to clean up as I sit down, Derek calls the police before calling the Head of Security here.

The baby kicks hard as I'm sitting down, oh please let this Braxton hicks. Grandpa please oh please let this be Braxton hicks. April and John soon come back, April is by my side as Derek tells us "The hospital is on lockdown, no one goes in or out"

"Can we move this to the bathroom?" I ask, they look at me "kind of got someone tap dancing on my bladder here"

"No" Derek hands me a vase "pee in this-I'll be back"

"I thought" April cries "you said no...no moving?"

"This is my hospital" he says "I'm the chief" leaving the room, John stays with us going to my side placing his hand on my belly.

I hear another shot "Everyone knows" John and April look my way "there is panic"

"Oh god" April gasps covering her mouth crying.

"My Aunt Azriel is here" looking at John "she's going all around"

"Right" he nods his head "I don't think I'll ever get use to this, what you and your family are. Will the baby be like you?"

"I don't know" shrugging my shoulders "only time will tell"

"When did you...go through that phase?" He asks me

"I was two" I say as I watch as that guy who I saw "Oh my god!"

"What?" John asks

"The shooter" I say "he's before Derek" John gets up and is about to go "What are you doing?"

"He's my brother" John tells me

"John" breathing out crying as John goes to them, I gasp watching my husband be shot. Anger courses through me and I scream leaving the room, April is behind me when the guy sees us.

I create a whip made of lightning, is eyes widen before gasping in shock when my wings come out "You" my voice is eerily calm when I show my devil face, he attempts to shoot means I whip the gun out of his hand "shot...my...husband"

"I'm sorry" he falls to the floor crawling backwards "I'm sorry" I hit him hard causing him to go down the stairs and is unconscious on the floor.

I go to my husband who has a pulse, the bullet was through and through "Your an angel" looking up to see April before me staring at me shocked "and actual"

"Oh my god" looking over to see Cristina and Meredith here "your...you just"

"Cristina! Mere!" I snap "we need to help them" soon we have gurneys and are taking John and Derek to the OR's. Because Derek was shot in the chest, he is being operated first while I'm in the scrub in room stitching up my husband.

"April" Meredith orders "stay with my sister, make sure she doesn't get shot"

"O...ok...okay" she agrees, April is next to me looking at me warily as I take care of my husband "your an angel"

"Nephilim" correcting "my father is an archangel"

"Morningstar" she whispered, her face pales "your father...he's...he's the devil?"

"Yes"

"And your"

"The heir of Hell" looking at her as she stares at me "anything else?"

"Oh my, oh my" she breathes in and out "who...who knows?"

"John" I answer "Meredith and my maternal family and now you and Cristina"

"I met god!" We hear Cristina exclaim

April looks at me shocked "What does she mean she met god?"

"At my wedding" shaking my head "my grandparents God and the Goddess of all Creation"

"Goddess?" She asks "so it wasn't just"

"Oh no" cutting her off "God loves all you humans, my grandma doesn't. He created you in his garage while my grandma in her words 'masturbating by myself since my selfish husband couldn't bother himself to properly fuck me'"

April coughs in a shocked gasp "So your father, he's the actual Devil?"

"Despite what you humans think" she stares at me "my dad is a decent guy. He has been there my entire life, he helped raise Meredith when her father didn't bother to fight for custody of her, he's the most honest person you'll ever meet"

"So the Bible?" He asks "Jesus?"

"He's real, he was a prophet for my dumb ass uncle Michael" stroking John's hair as April takes over stitching him up "and before you ask I'm immortal, stopped aging when I was eighteen years old"

"I can't believe it" April breathes out "how could your grandfather let this happen?"

"You know the whole thing about his plan?" She nods her head "this is apart of it, his grand master plan"

"Are they in heaven? The people who are shot?" She asks

"I don't know" shaking my head "oh god my babies" gasping, I look down to see my water broke "April? Have you ever delivered a baby before?"

"A few times" she looks down "oh my"

"I'm in labor"

"We need to" she stutters "we need to get you into a gown" I take off my pants and underwear with her health "I can't believe it, I'm going to deliver an angel's baby"

April looks around frantic before leaving and I hear her Cristina demand "Why are you in here? Your supposed to be with Luna"

"Luna's water broke" April says "I need something, a gown" she soon comes back with a gown that I get into after taking off my clothes "Luna, I need you to lie back and let me examine you" lying down on the floor, spreading my legs April having gloves checks my cervix "your about four centimeters" oh god those Braxton hicks must have been contractions.

April helps me as I go through my contractions, after two hours she checks just as Owen Hunt comes in "What's going on?" He asks

"My water broke" I gasp grabbing my belly as another contraction rolls through "how's everyone in the OR?"

"It's okay" he says looking in by he's lying "I'm going to check in on them and see if I can help"

"April" grabbing her wrist, she looks at me "what is going on? Tell me"

She looks before gasping "The shooter, he's here" he's with Meredith, we hear two shots then and I get up going over and the shooter aims his gun at me before realizing who I am.

"Stay back" he orders, he screams when I focus my fire on the gun to melt it which it does. There is only Jackson in here since the anesthesiologist is dead "Oh god"

"Do you know" I demand looking at him "how many families you ruined today?" Creating my lightning whip "Answer me!" Snapping my whip, the others stopped to stare at me "You nearly took my husband, the love of my life from me" my wings come out and I use them to create a gust that makes the man fly back.

"Luna has" Jackson trails off

"This is for my friends!" I hit him with the lightning making him cry in pain "this is for the havoc you created!" Bother contraction comes and I hit him harder that he starts to bleed "and this is for my husband who you tried to kill!" I hit him over and over again until he is nothing but a bloody mess. His blood hits me as I hit in over and over again.

Standing up fully, the whip disappears and I turn to see everyone staring at me shocked "You killed him" Jackson breathes out "you really killed him?"

"John!" I see John standing up and is pale as he comes over to me, I go to him holding him "please stay with me" crying in his arms.

"I will always be with you" John tells me "your uncle visited me"

I feel April check before she says "Luna, your crowning" John puts his hands under my underarms holding me as I squat to push since this is it. I scream as I push "Your doing great Luna" April encourages me "you need to give me one more big push"

Nodding my head, I grit my teeth before pushing. Screaming loudly as I push my son through my vagina "You got this Luna" John tells me "just one more big push"

"Ah!" Screaming so loudly that the room starts to shake, when the pressure lightens on my lower region I open my eyes hearing the cries of a newborn. I see April holding our son who is screaming loudly.

"My baby" holding my arms out, April wraps our son up in a blue cloth before handing him to me. She clamps the cord and then cuts it after a moment. John holds me as I hold our son who stood crying once he's in my arms "hi, I'm your mommy"

"Only you Luna" Meredith laughs "would Jill someone before your baby is born"

"I know" smiling as I look at them

"What's his name?" She asks

I think about it before saying "Everyone in my arms is Edmund Robert Morningstar-Shepherd"
