"Don't worry Mere" I'm next to my sister holding her hand as she goes through labor "think about being in an OR with the scalpel in your hand and cutting someone open"

"She's right" Elliot agrees with me "think about doing a...think about how your removing a tumor that has surrounded a girl's heart. Remember that time? How you assisted a few years ago in removing a girl's tumor" Meredith is in labor, just as the hospital goes into overdrive since a college nearby had a shooting today. Mass casualties, more people hurt than what happened here.

John is Meredith's OB since none of the people that have come in are pregnant or need his services. Maggie and Amelia are also here helping where they can, they came to visit before to see us. I should be helping but Meredith was clear that I was to remain here with her with Elliot since Cristina currently has her hand in a patient. Elliot's family is even here since his mother is helping since there were children that got hurt, Mia and Christian's new wife Ana were tortured by some crazy guy who is under high security.

"How are things in here?" We see Christian and his wife Ana come in, apparently she had this stalker who wanted her dead when she turned him down and had him fired for sexual assault. She was the fourth assistant he had that he assaulted.

"I" Meredith breathes out "would feel much better if I was out there helping-how you did this Luna with no pain killers is a mystery"

"Congratulations again on the new baby" Ana offers me, I look down rubbing my belly. I'm almost six months pregnant, things have been easy going lately with surgery. Nothing really special.

"Congratulations on yours" I say "hi Christian"

"Luna" he greets "congratulations on the baby"

"Fuck" Meredith groans "Luna! Check"

"Okay" I grab some gloves before going to Meredith to check how many centimeters she's dilated "your about eight centimeters, your doing great Mere"

"Do you know what gender your baby is?" Elliot asks me

"Another boy" I answer "we've decided to name him Rowan. Rowan Samuel Morningstar-Shepherd"

"Good for you" Meredith complains "don't forget! I'm here in agony!"

"Have you thought of names for your daughter?" Yes, they are having a little girl.

"Ellis" Elliot tells us "Ellis Ava Grey" after mom.

Ana starts to giggle and we look at her "I'm sorry but I realized that before marrying Elliot, your name was already Grey. So if you hyphenated it would be Grey-Grey" I laugh at that as Elliot chuckles while Christian has a smile on his face.

"I'd laugh" Meredith tells her "if I wasn't in pain"

"She's beautiful" I tell them "I wish I could stay but I've got to find my new intern"

"You mean victim?" Elliot asks taking Ellis from me "Meredith told me about what you did to your first three interns" oh yes, the three are great residents now but only because they had me for a teacher. I was like Bailey but much harder on my interns. That sounds wrong-then again I have a dirty mind.

Shrugging my shoulders "Off to torture my victims" going down to the lobby, I see the others joining them "where are our victims?"

"Victims?" April asks

"Your going to see the Mistress of Evil in action" Alex tells April and Jackson.

We see Webber come with a bunch of interns "Oh, First year med students. Too dumb to find the toilet" looking at me "your going to eat them alive"

"Good morning" Webber greets us "behind me stand the interns and residents of tomorrow, today you will show them what it's like to be a surgeon. When you go into surgery, they go into surgery. When they have a question, you will answer" blah blah blah, I know this "Kira Donnelly your with Dr. Grey's sister Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd since Dr. Grey is on maternity leave" starting today "Cornell Hart your with Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd" I raise my hand and the two unfortunate souls come before me. I see a woman with normal skin, brown eyes and medium length brown straight hair come before me along with a man with blonde hair, blue eyes and lighter skin than normal but more color than fair skin.

"Hello" they offer their hands to shake.

I shake them to only be polite "I'll be clear right here right now fetus one and two" they have a confused look. Oh god this day just keeps getting better and better "you both are fetuses in my mind. So you girlie will be known as fetus one and you boy as fetus two, since your only going to be tortured by me for one day I will not bother to learn your names. Actually" saying loud enough looking around at the Ned students "All med students with a resident I will see as a fetus, if I call upon you fetuses it will be by your mother's-which is your residents-for instance when I say Avery's fetus I mean Dr. Avery's student" looking back at my two Ned students "my job today is not to like you or you to like me but for me to teach you, so speak up and ask questions since I can't teach you anything unless I know if you know and right now you two are only fetuses who were just found out by their mother and are fighting to survive in her hostile womb since life for you two will only get harder" I look around "All fetuses it goes for the same with you, if you want to ask me a question you can but only related to medicine since I'm not bothering with your life stories nor an I a shrink. Your in a hospital, go to the psych ward if you want to find a shrink and call your mommies and cry to them. I am a teacher, your teacher for today" looking at my students "fetuses follow me"

"Wow" Jackson whistles "and I thought Bailey was harsh on us"

"Luna is a much more evil person" Lexi tells them "when she's teaching, you just saw the outer layer of the cake. The four interns she had, one of them quit because she wasn't cut out for it and Luna found out while the other three-well one had mental breakdowns while another kept calling her mom and the last barely made it. Though they are the top three of our class this year so..."

"Fetuses today you two will have plenty to learn so ask questions" having my hands in my pockets as I don't look at them "we are with Dr. Shepherd my brother in law, he is a famous very talented neurosurgeon. Fetus two: what is a neurosurgeon? Also to be clear I will ask you both questions to see if you know anything"

"A neurosurgeon" Hart says "is a medical doctor who diagnoses and treats conditions that affect your nervous system, including your brain, spinal cord and nerves"

"Ten points to Gryffindor" commenting "if you both are lucky today you will be inside of an OR to watch, I expect many questions from you both" when we get to the CT room, we see Derek, Callie and Owen inside with the technician. Jackson is also here with his med student "Hi Jackson, Avery's fetus"

Jackson laughs looking at me "I now see why your known as the Mistress of Evil"

Looking inside I see someone is having a head CT "Fetuses follow me" we go into the room "Hi Derek"

He looks at me then to the students "You poor souls" shaking his head looking at the CT.

"Fetus one" Derek snorts at the name while Owen asks "Fetus one?"

"The girl is fetus one and the boy is fetus two" I say "now fetus one: tell me what you see" she's silent "have you seen a head CT scan before?"

"Yes" she answers

"Then tell me what you see" crossing my arms "once you are residents you will need to know, not take so long in answering what you see from any type of scan depending on what speciality you choose. The same thing goes for you Avery's fetus!" Calling out into the hallways "you need to know what is on the CT and then you will take a moment to determine how to diagnose"

"I see lesions" Fetus one says

"What type of lesions?" I ask

It takes a moment "Tandem"

"So your not incompetent" looking at her then to the other one "fetus two: what else do you see?" He looks and after a moment "hurry the fuck up, I'm losing my patience"

"There's" he quickly says "it looks to be a small break at the L-4 and L-5"

"It is not a break" rubbing my belly "even my baby who isn't born yet is getting irritated with you both, now answer"

"Uh" he started to stutter "a fracture? Is it a fracture?"

"Correct" clapping my hands "what takes a normal resident, fellow or attending not even two minutes to figure out it took you both five minutes. That means you waited an extra three minutes of all our lives-but you both still missed something. Which one of you imbeciles can figure it out?"

"She could be nicer" Owen whispers to Derek

"You should have seen her with her interns before" Derek tells to him "their now the top of the class, she might be hard but it's effective"

Looking at the two are they look at the scan "come on!" Snapping my fingers that they flinch "the training wheels are off right now, right now you are the doctors so diagnose!" Snapping my fingers even more.

"That one's about to cry" Callie chuckles "I love seeing Luna teach, it's so much fun to watch"

Groaning "Avery's fetus get your ass in here and try to figure out what my imbecile fetuses aren't finding" waving him in, he comes in and looks at the scan "you have one minute, figure it out. Now! You two back of the wall, see what this fetus can figure out what you two didn't"

"She's so mean" fetus one starts to cry

Rolling my eyes "Avery's fetus, tell me what you see besides lesions and a fracture. Now!"

"Uh" he stutters "I see it looks like his neck is, it's not in place so his back isn't? It's broken?"

"What is the technical term not" mimicking in a child's voice "his neck is not in place and back is broken" my voice back to normal "we know it isn't in place, what is the technical term for it?"

"Uh" he stutters

"It means" Jackson ends his misery "he has a unilateral jumped facet at C-5 and C-6"

"Finally!" I say looking at the three med students "someone with a brain, then again he is a resident. As med students I suggest you study up more so that when you are interns your residents, attendings or their fellows don't find you as incompetent as I am at this very moment. You two" looking at my fetuses who are crying "wipe your faces, when you are working as doctors you will be crying in your locker room, on call room, somewhere private. Nothing public, god" shaking my head "should I start calling you cry babies because that is what I see" shaking my head as I turn around to see Callie laughing.

After hours of being with these students, it's lunch time and I'm with Lexi, Maggie-who is still visiting until tomorrow-Jackson, April and Cristina. Alex is showing his student something with stitching for plastics, our students are also learning. My students are trying hard not to cry "Why" Maggie asks "do your students look like they've been crying?"

"Cause they have" I say, they look at me "you can ask Lexi but I'm this harsh when it comes to teaching"

"She is" Lexi nods her head "but her teaching methods are effective"

"Their weak and gutless" Cristina says

"I'm pretty sure" Jackson laughs "that by the end of today, Luna's students will need therapy"

I see my previous interns "Demons!" They see me and come over "Jackson, April, Maggie meet my children who were not incompetent beings!" Saying loud enough for my students to hear.

"Hello Mistress of Evil" Maggie giggles hearing that "how may we serve you today?"

"Go get me some more cookies" I order "also some more salad, you know the kind I like. Also one of you go to the students fetus one and fetus two and ask them questions. Tell them I sent you and that just because they are eating doesn't mean they can't stop learning from me" nodding their heads they leave.

"Dr. Karev?" Fetus two asks Alex "is Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd...is she like this with everyone?"

"She is" Alex confirms "but I hate to say it and I do, you two are probably going to learn more than any of you will with the others. Luna's teachings maybe...harsh but their very effective. After today your going to know more than before"

Wow, that was nice of Alex. My one demon says "Fetus one and fetus two, Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd has sent me to quiz you both"

"Oh my god" Maggie laughs "your students are starting to cry"

After more hours, we all rejoined in Meredith's room since she wants to know how it went. Elliot is getting Meredith some clothes since she's going home tomorrow "They started crying wishing the first hour with you?" Meredith laughs

"She made my student nearly cry too" Jackson adds

"I wonder how the evaluations went" Maggie wonders aloud as she holds Ellis.

"They were evaluating us?" Jackson exclaims

"Don't worry" Meredith shakes her head "they'll just be filed away next to the morgue, no one will ever read them"

Webber comes in with papers "Dr. Yang...lacked patience and basic compassion" oh I wonder what they said about me "Dr. Kepner...unwilling to delegate" she is shocked by this "Dr. Avery placed his own learning opportunities before my own, I only got to learn under the harshness of Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd who despite her cold evil nature towards me and the others, she taught me more than Dr. Avery" oh wow, that was much nicer than what I thought "and Dr. Morningstar-Shepherd from both her students-they both want their mommies, they find you cold hearted and make themselves question what residency will be like...but they both say the same thing. They learned more in the one day with you then in a whole semester in Ned school. Seems that not only was Luna the only one but also Dr. Karev who bothered to teach today, the rest of you failed. Big time"
