~A Few Weeks Later~

"Hey Elliot" I hug Elliot Grey when I meet up with him after my shift at the hospital in Jo's.

"Luna Morningstar!" He picks me up spinning me around before setting me down "I heard your engaged! To a good friend of mine too!"

"Yup" confirming as I bring him over to the bar "Hey George! Hey Callie!"

"Hey Luna" Callie smiles to me, I'm the only one of the group who is ever happy to see her "who's this?"

"Everyone meet Elliot Grey" introducing them "Elliot this is Callie Torres, her boyfriend and a friend of mine George O'Malley, this is Cristina Yang, my older sister Meredith Grey, and Izzie Stevens or as I like to call her Dr. Barbie"

Callie snorts "Really? I'm going to start using that"

Izzie glares at me "Sorry, but this section is for surgeons and not gynecologists like I told Alex"

"Last I checked" I say "I'm going into fetal surgical medicine so I'm very much a surgeon as you Dr. Barbie" everyone laughs at that while she grumbled "Mere this is Elliot like I have been telling you about, Elliot meet my very single older sister. She is a surgical intern like most of us at this bar, she loves sex too" I see John is keeping Derek distracted, good. Mwah ha ha ha.

We hear an upbeat tune start "Oh! Look at that"

"Meredith" Elliot asks "would you like to dance?"

She smiles "Sure" I've had her go to therapy for the last few weeks and I'm pretty sure she's been having a good time getting better. Maybe, therapy is a working process so yeah.

"Are you" Cristina asks me "trying to set the two up? Is Elliot a doctor?"

Shaking my head "No, he's a billionaire like his brother Christian Grey"

"Hold up!" Izzie exclaims "he's that Elliot Grey?"

Nodding my head "We are actually going to open a restaurant together in Seattle" before today, I was thinking of opening a restaurant before the sex club and the only person who I know that knows about the restaurant business is Elliot so I called him.

We watch as Meredith and Elliot have their bodies together moving to the beat of the music. "What is that?" I hear Derek demand, looking over I see Derek looking over at Meredith with Elliot. John and Burke are also watching.

"I'll be back" I tell the others, I go over to my fiancé "hey" pulling my fiancés face down for a kiss, he kisses me back and we smile.

After hearing a cough, I look over at Burke and Derek "Hey"

"Who's your sister dancing with?" Derek demands

"A friend" I say "you have no right to be jealous Derek, no right after the shit you put my sister through" he looks at me "you led my sister on, did you even think about her feelings?"

"Of course I did!" He exclaims in anger

"She's right Derek" John takes my side "Addison gave you the divorce papers and you didn't sign them even though you told Meredith you would—don't be surprised when Meredith moves on"

~Hospital~

"Okay" I say "bye Nancy" hanging up the phone as I change into my scrubs.

"Who's Nancy?" Meredith asks me

"John's sister" I tell her "I've grown closer to the sisters, their really nice despite their bitchy nature"

She smirks "You can handle it I'm sure since you're who you are"

"Who is she?" Izzie asks as I tie on my shoes

"So" I change the subject "how was your time with Elliot?"

She smiles "Amazing, we had sex and the sex with him was better than with Derek"

"Eeeh!" Clappng my hands together as I do a fist pump "I knew it! Trust me Mere, Elliot is the perfect guy for you" we get pages to the ER immediately so we quickly run there.

Once here we see a bunch of people with gunshot wounds. "What's going on?" I ask Bailey as she comes over once we have our yellow gowns on.

"Shooting" she tells us "an ex employee came in, killed two and injured more than a dozen" everything starts to freeze and I see my uncles Amenadiel and Uriel here.

"Uncles" I hug them both

"Hello Luna" Uncle Uriel smiles to me "I wish we could see each other under better circumstances"

"What's wrong?" I ask

"It's Denny Duquete" Uncle A tells me "he's going to die one way or another, that Izzie is going to steal another heart from a man who has a family. We came so that you can be on the case instead of her"

"Thank you" I say looking at Uncle Uriel "you'll be at my wedding right?"

He nods his head "Everyone you asked for from our side will—there is one person who we are hesitant about"

"Who?" I ask

"Grandma" he tells me "she might cause something so...are you sure you want her there?"

"I'll speak with her personally" I say "I don't want her to cause a scene with grandpa" they nod their heads before leaving, I go over to Bailey "Dr. Bailey? Could I be put in the heart transplant for Denny Duquete?"

She looks at me "I'm shocked Stevens isn't begging me" going back to the charts for who is who.

"Oh she will" I say "but she's grown attached to the patient, as one would if she were his wife so if Denny doesn't get the heart" Bailey stops to look at me when I say that "I have never been on his case, so I won't be like Dr. Barbie"

Sighing "Fine, if I Stevens so much as goes near him do whatever you need to to get her away from him—she is not to be near that patient until after his surgery"

Nodding my head "Thank you" I leave the pit and go to Denny Duquete's room. Once here I see him in bed "Hello Mr. Duquete, I'm Dr. Luna Morningstar and I'll be prepping you for surgery"

"Izzie is right" he says as I grab his chart "your a very beautiful woman, I was wondering when you'll be on my case"

"Well" I tell him "lucky for you I'll be here the entire time, so anything you need ask me. Unfortunately Izzie won't be allowed near you"

He frowns at that "Why?"

"She might act in a way that is unprofessional for a doctor" I answer "Dr. Bailey doesn't want that"

"Hello" I see Patricia from legal come down and hand him DNR forms "here you go Mr. Duquette"

"Denny" he looks up at me "do you want to call your parents? Before you die?"

He lets out a laugh "You don't sound like I'll live"

"I'm just saying" I tell him "I can call them if you want...just talk to them one last time" he signs the forms before grabbing his phone and calls someone.

"Hey mom" he answers "It's Denny" I hear cries and I smile leaning against the door "I wanted to talk to you and dad, tell you that I love you both. I might be getting a heart...why don't you talk to my doctor?"

Taking the phone I talk to the parents "Hello Mr and Mrs Duquette, my name is Dr. Luna Morningstar and no it's not a stripper name" Denny laughs "I'm the doctor that will be prepping your son for surgery and convinced him to call you both"

"Thank you" a man speaks "Dr. Morningstar...our son, is he really getting a heart? Where is he?"

"He is at Seattle Grace Hospital" I say "one of the best cardiologists in the world is going to be performing the heart transplant, you both should come up to Seattle since in case your son doesn't get the heart you still have three years max with him because of this LVAD that was given to him"

"Of course" the woman says "thank you Dr. Morningstar"

"Of course, I'll give you back to Denny" I say "I imagine you have much to talk about" handing the phone back, Denny talks with his parents as I leave.

"Trade with me" Izzie demands

"What?"

Looking at her and her determined face "Trade survives with me, I know more about Denny's case than anyone. I should be there"

"No" she goes to hit me but I flip her onto her back, holding her arm I look at the nurses.

"Call security" I order, when Izzie goes to move I dislocate her arm that she screams in pain "Bailey told me that Dr. Isabelle Stevens is not to be near Mr. Denny Duquette until after his surgery"

"He needs me!" Izzie cries. Security comes and takes Izzie away. Shaking my head as I get up crossing my arms as I watch Izzie struggle against security.

Looking at the nurses "Can you make sure while I'm gone that Mr. Duquette doesn't have any crazy people go near him?" They nod their heads.

~Time Skip~

I see what Izzie is doing and I call Alex quickly since Burke is on his way back, I go to find Bailey since I was gone for an hour and the nurses told me. Fuck!

"Luna" Alex groans "what? I've"

"Don't let Denny get the heart" I tell him "Izzie purposely made him worse, she cut his LVAD"

"She what?!" He exclaims "fine, I'll make sure the other heart goes to Dr. Han's patient" hanging up. When I find Bailey she's with Burke.

"Dr. Bailey" I say, she looks my way and I lean down to whisper "Izzie cut his LVAD" pulling away she stares at me "I had the nurses in charge, I didn't know"

"Shut up" she snaps running and I follow her, when we get to Denny's room I see Cristina here with Meredith and George "You fools better have a good explanation for this" They look our way "step away from the patient" when Izzie doesn't Bailey raises her voice "Step away from the patient"

"I can't" she says "I have to pump his heart"

"Oh my" we see an old woman here with an old man "Denny!" She cries seeing her son.

"These are his parents" I tell Bailey "I told them to get here as soon as possible—let me" looking at the man and woman "Mr and Mrs Duquette let me speak to you, I'm Dr. Luna Morningstar"

We go aside "What happened?" Mr. Duquette demands

"From what happened" I tell them "I'm so sorry...that blonde who is by your son, she cut your son's LVAD and with how he looks—I don't think there will be enough time to put another LVAD in him"

"So" the woman asks "she killed our boy? She killed my son!" The older man holds his wife as I look over to see Bailey look our way then to Izzie angry.

"You should also know" I add "he isn't getting the heart, I'm so sorry"

"You" Mr. Duquette says "have nothing to be sorry for" he and his wife go into the room and to their sons side.

"Mom" Denny weakly says "dad"

"Dr. Bailey" I say, she comes over "the other doctors know, I informed Alex and he was on speaker" lying through it all "Denny isn't getting a heart"

She sighs harshly "Everyone" she orders "out of the room, Luna make sure Olivia takes over the heart pump this instant!"

Going over to Izzie with Olivia, Olivia goes to take the pump but Izzie refuses to let go screaming "Do not touch me! Denny will get the heart! He has to!"

"He isn't" she looks at me "when I was called about his status the truth came out, Denny isn't getting the heart"

"No!" She screams "he has to! He has to!" Tears run down her face.

"You killed our son" the older woman says, we look at her "get away from my son right now!"

"Mom" Denny breathes out "please, let her stay"

"Olivia" Bailey orders "take the heart pump now! Luna if Izzie tries anything do whatever to make sure Izzie doesn't interfere"
