"Septic and died" Dr. Sydney Harris says to Izzie as she explains what Izzie did wrong. We are working on triage right now and Izzie doesn't seem to be taking this seriously "not whatever"

"You have to be quick" Bailey tells us "and thorough while using your instincts, you can't be fooled by what your eyes see. If you assess wrong, your patient could die while waiting for treatment. Karev, your next"

"Just think" Izzie says "I've already killed her"

"People" Bailey snaps "triage is one of the most important tools a doctor has, in a real emergency scenario you'll have only minutes"

"And it's something you'll be tested on" Callie adds as George takes a photo of her "in your surgical ex"

We look at him "Sorry"

"George" Callie scolds, pulling him aside.

"O'Malley" Bailey orders irritated with Callie's and George's little fight "put that back in the clinic where it belongs"

"Attention people" Webber comes over "look, I'm sorry I have to interrupt the session" I see my Aunt Azriel.

She comes over to me and whispers in my ear "A ferry blew up so now there are many people dying, you need to go-also, I'm happy I get to see you for this brief moment...I'll try to make it to your wedding"

"Is this part of the drill?" Cristina asks

"This is not an exercise or drill" Webber says "Yang, this is an energy situation and I need all hands on deck"

"Seriously?" Izzie asks

"What happened?" Bailey asks

"I don't have details yet" Webber looks around "come on people" we soon get ready having first aid kits and jackets on and a bunch of stuff.

"How are things with you and Elliot?" I ask "the family dinner?"

"His family is really nice" Meredith says as we go to a transporter "Christian seems nice...very intimidating"

"He's like that at first" waving my hand "don't worry, just give it time"

"Meredith, Luna" Cristina comes over "I have a thing, news"

"You aren't pregnant again?" I ask

"We can't handle that" Meredith agreed with me as we head out "the extra months of bitchiness"

"We're catching a ride" Bailey informs us "with Seattle 34, so hold your kits on your lap"

"Where are we going?" Alex asks

"Fire, flood" Izzie guesses "Volcano? I'm not really dressed for a volcano" and I'll push her into the lava.

"We'll know when we get there" she says "Stevens"

"I know, sorry" but not really "inappropriate"

Once we are at the rig, the paramedic looks at us "Woah! Woah! Woah! Woah! I'm hauling supplies. I only have enough room for six"

"Okay" Bailey looks around "Yang, stay here. Take care of the incoming trauma patients"

"Stevens was inappropriate" Yang complains

"Hey" Meredith asks "what was your news?"

"I'll tell you later" she says as we get into the rig holding our kits, I put my name tag on the front of my jacket.

"So" Izzie asks me "what kind of wedding dress are you planning on getting?"

"A very sexy wedding dress" I say "why?"

Shrugging her shoulders "Curious..."

"So" looking at Meredith "John's sisters are visiting and I want to warn you, their big Addison fans"

"Let me guess" she asks "they see me as the slutty intern"

"I'll always have your back" I say, should I tell her that I sent our sister Maggie a letter? That I want to meet her? Talk to her? Get to know her?

"Elliot wants to take me to a fundraiser" Meredith says, I look at her "that is parents are throwing"

Nodding my head "the yearly fundraiser that the Grey's throw for children, I'm going to along with John-I'll help you find a dress"

"You think I'm going?" She asks

I chuckle "Your going, do you know why?" She stares at me "because this event is important, you and Elliot have been together for a few months. Just trust me" plus I know Elliot really really likes her "okay? Events like these are events you go to, I know you aren't a fan of them but please"

Sighing "I don't have a dress"

"Your shopping with Mia and me" I say, Mia told me about the dinner and they love Meredith.

"Everyone put your ID's on the outside of your jacket" Bailey reminds us cutting me off "When we get there remember triage: green tags non emergent, yellow tags delayed care, red tags needs immediate treatment"

"Good" Bailey instructs us "assess carefully, tag and get all critical patients into the ambulances as fast as possible. Don't get in the way of search and rescue and stay calm"

"And word of what happened?" Karev asks

"A ferry got blown up" they stare at me wide eyed "what?" The doors open and we see that I am right, actually my aunt is right.

"Do we go?" I ask

"Go!" Bailey orders "I'm not holding your hand" I head off to each person that I find, many yellow, a few red, no greens.

"Luna!" Meredith is next to me with a small child who peed her pants "I need you to take her, get her to triage"

Shaking my head "Sorry Mere, but I'm busy and"

"Please" she begs

"Fine" I take the girl "hi sweetie, don't worry I'll get you to someone but first I need to make sure these people are okay? Okay?" She doesn't say anything, okay. As I'm doing this, the little girl tugs on my jacket "Yes?" She points and I see a man lying down, I go over to him and see he has a jacket over his body.

Meredith's jacket...

Looking around I don't see her, the girl points to the water and my eyes widen. Taking off my jacket I dive into the freezing cold water, I look around before seeing Meredith who is blue. I quickly swim down to get her and pull her up for air "Meredith!" I pull her up to the dock, I see Derek and yell "Derek!" He doesn't look my way "Derek!" He does and his eyes widen, coming over he takes Meredith from me.

We quickly go back to the hospital where I'm holding Meredith's hand while Derek does CPR. I add some heat to Meredith since she's ice cold, but it's slow since I can't do too much.

Opening the rig doors, I see Bailey "Who do we have?"

"Meredith Grey" I answer crying "she was in the water" they bring her inside and I see them bring her into a trauma bay, I'm by the window crying as I watch the doctors around try to save her.

"She'll be alright" Derek says

I pull out my phone and call Elliot since he cares for her deeply, leaving the room I hear Elliot "Hey Luna, what's up?"

"It's Meredith" I tell him "there's been an accident, you need to get to Seattle Grace" hanging up I slide down the wall crying hearing my sister's heart.

Arms wrap around me and I look up to see John, he holds me as I cry "She can't die" shaking my head "she can't"

"She won't" John promises "your sister is strong" I hear beeping and get up and go in to see them shock her.

"Get Luna out of here" Webber orders

"No" going to Meredith, I take her hand "come back" crying as I look at her, I see my aunt here.

"She's in limbo" she says "you can get there but" knowing what she means I look at Burke. Burke has the paddles charged to three hundred and I grab his hands before putting them on my chest gasping when a bunch of electricity goes through my body. Everything turns black until I open my eyes to see Meredith in the hospital waiting area.

"Meredith!" She looks my way

"Luna?" She asks as I run over and hug her, she hugs me "What are you doing here?"

"I shocked myself with three hundred volts of electricity" I say. Someone whistles "you can't die Meredith, you can't. You need to keep going" everything turns black soon and I blink my eyes to see John looking over me breathing out relieved.

"What happened?" I ask sitting up from the floor as I see the attendings look at me.

"You killed yourself" Burke says

"Don't ever do that" John grabs my face to have me look at him "I can't lose you"

"I can't lose you either" we kiss before I pull away "Meredith?" I see she's not responding and I cry, John holds me as I cry.

Soon we hear the machine beep, looking over I see on the monitor her heart beating. Burke checks and he nods his head "Her heart is beating"
