Karina and Winter finally arrived at another apartment complex, 8 kilometers away from Winter's. When they get out of the car, Karina helps Winter by holding her waist and putting one of Winter's arms around her neck. Karina just followed the way Winter told her to.

10th floor, apartment number 1008.

Karina standing right in front of the door while watching Winter inputting the passcode in front of the door. When the door is unlocked, Karina's face turns into a big smile in relief when she sees Yeji.

"Yeji!", Karina ran towards Yeji and gave her a hug. Karina was relieved that Yeji was alright. Later, they released the hug while Yeji looked at the girl right behind Karina.

"So I guess, this is her? The girl you talk about? I saw her a lot at our campus tho", Yeji said.

"Yeah. Her name is Winter", Karina answered while pulling Winter closer to Yeji.

"Hwang Yeji, Karina's best friend", Yeji said while putting out her hands.

"Winter Kim, Karina's girlfriend", Winter smirks while shaking her hands with Yeji who's widening her eyes in a great shock.

"E-excuse me? Did you just say, girl--"

"It's a long story to explain. Let's just focus on other things for now...", Karina pulled Winter's hand away from Yeji and pulled Winter towards the couch in the living room.

"By the way, who's house is this?", Yeji asked.

"It's my house. My second house, for safety purposes", Winter answered, short.

Karina looked around and saw another two figures in the kitchen. Karina was confused why is there an unknown person right there also?

"Winter", Karina whispered to Winter's ear.

"Hmm?"

"I understand why Ningning needs to be here. But what I don't understand is that... why is Ryujin here also with us?", Karina looking at Ryujin who drinking a cup of water from the kitchen. Ningning was busy doing her research and hacking.

"Ryujin? You mean that... err... strange girl over there?", Yeji walked closer to them and joined their conversation because Yeji didn't know Ryujin too.

"Actually, Ryujin is our close friend. Ningning said she wanted to follow wherever Ningning went. I don't even know why. Plus, she once kidnapped together with you, Rina, didn't you remember?", Winter said to Karina.

"Huh?", Karina thinks for a while, trying to remember the face of the girl who was kidnapped with her weeks ago.

"That's her? The girl from the bus stop!", Karina finally remembered.

"Just let her be. I don't think she will bring us any harm", Winter said.

"She doesn't seem to be harmful at all...", Yeji continued.

Report :
Victim 1 (Karina Yu) was found untied and conscious while Victim 2 (Shin Ryujin) was untied and unconscious. Criminal 1 (Park Heesung) and Criminal 2 (Kim Seokgyu) was found tied and conscious at the centre of the warehouse.

The healer cannot be found.

"W-Wait... what?", Winter was shocked. So all this time the police already know the existence of Healer?

"Seems like your father knows about you, but didn't know who are you", Ningning said.

"No! it's not the time to think about this! The important point is there! Read there", Ningning continued.

Investigation reports :
Both suspects said that their boss was someone from Yu Corp.

"Yu Corp...? No way... Is the one who wants to harm Karina..."

Both suspects said that Mr. Yu was the one who asked them to kidnap Karina.

"This is ridiculous!", Winter was shocked. She tightened her hands into fists. So all this time it was Karina's own father doings? Just why?? How could a father do that to her own child?

"Karina", Winter called Karina from the kitchen with her cold tone. Karina was startled but she just got up and walked towards Winter calmly.

"Yeah. Why, Winter?", Karina asked.

"Since you don't know anything about your father these few weeks, I think he might be on the run", Winter said with a little sigh, still holding her fist tightly.

"On the run?", Karina was confused as hell. Why would her father need to be on the run? Karina knew that her father was a rude human being. But Karina never thought that her father needed to be on the run, and for what reason?

"Do you know who works for him?", Winter asks.

"I don't know any single person from his work. He never tells me anything", Karina said.

"Then..."

"Do you know who your father actually is...?", Winter asks, sighing heavily while putting her head down.

"Of course, I know... I-Its... Yu Sungcheol", Karina stuttered with her answer. What exactly does Winter want to tell her tho? Karina was scared all of a sudden.

"Do you remember why your father want you to marry that businessman son?", Winter asked.

"For.. M-Money...", Karina answered.

"Then... you know how he can gain money without making you follow his orders anymore?", finally Winter lifted her head up facing Karina who was scared out of the blue with Winter's final question. It feels like thousands of knives were stuck on her back. She didn't know that her father was beyond crazy for money.

Karina was stopped from talking when Winter hugged her as tight as she could. At that moment, Winter thought this might be the last chance to get rid of all those long years of sorrow that Karina had gone through alone. Even tho Karina has a horrible father, she always respects him as a father.
