After class, Karina and her two friends walked toward the cafe. It's really tiring after their marathon from home to university just now. They need to fill their energy back.

"Oh right, Rina. Did you... broke up again?", ask Yeji. Karina just answered with a little nod.

"I can't believe this! How can a human be that evil? How could they be in a relationship with someone just for money", said Aeri. Actually, Aeri wants to cheer up Karina who is heartbroken, also Aeri knows that Karina really needs someone to comfort her for the time being.

"I'm not gonna be in any relationship again!", said Karina, angry.

"Heh??", Yeji confused.

"I will not become close to anyone anymore! I will not believe in anyone anymore! All of them are liars!", said Karina.

"Then what are we?", said Aeri, making Karina realize that her words come out so wrong.

"Not for both of you! I cannot live without you guys", said Karina while pretending to cry in front of the two.

"LOL~ You're just unbelievable", said Yeji while slightly laughing.

That night, Winter drove her car to the house that Ningning told her that evening. The house of a rich woman who requested Winter for protection. Winter is still confused about the reason behind it.

For almost 3 years Winter do this job, accepting requests from people through email. Because of how brave she is and her athletic skill Winter has, Winter does this work as her part-time job, different from other girls who usually become a cashier or a waiter.

What is more important is this work was dangerous, secret, and personal work. There's no one know Winter had this job except Ningning. Even Winter's father didn't know about it. Ningning was Winter's personal hacker who help her to accomplish some of her mission.

Also, because this job was a secret job, Winter used an alias for herself.

Healer.

Winter is a Healer.

When she arrived at the location, Winter was shocked at how big the house is.

"Oh my god, is this a house? It looks like a castle for me...", said Winter then she rang the bell at the front gate a few times until someone answered through the intercom.

"Who is there? "

"I need to meet Director Yu. Is she inside? "

"Are you Healer?"

"Yes, it's me. I came as Director Yu's wish through email"

A few seconds later, the sound of the automatic gate clanking was heard, as the gate slowly opened welcoming Winter inside. When Winter was already inside, out of the blue there was a housekeeper who was already waiting for her. It seems like Winter gonna be served as a VIP today.

"Welcome, miss", said the housekeeper to Winter, showing the way to the living room.

"Please be seated", again Winter was served. Winter feels a bit uncomfortable with the luxurious services. But at the same time, she is happy. Seems like her customer this time was a good person.

Then, an old woman in her sixties came down the stairs carefully. The woman was looking at Winter with her smile, making Winter smile back at her. Then the woman sits down on the sofa right in front of Winter.

"Are you the Healer that I'm asking for?", asks the woman.

"Yes ma'am"

"Wah~ I thought Healer was a guy. But actually, it's a girl, and it kinda shocked me", said the woman while slightly laughing.

"Yeah~ every time people knew about it, they will be shocked when they know that I'm a girl"

"What is your name?", asks the woman softly.

"I'm sorry director. My work was a secret and a personal one so I couldn't tell you about my personal information. But you can call me healer", said Winter.

"So... the reason I'm calling you actually wasn't to protect me", said the woman.

"Oh, really? Then who?"

The woman pulls out a picture of a girl and puts it on the coffee table in front of Winter. Winter take the picture and take a good look at it for a while but then she was startled to see who is it.

"

"Hmm? Isn't she the one..."

"Her name is Karina Yu. She's my granddaughter", said the woman.

"So I need to protect your granddaughter?"

"Yes. She studied at Korean University. Her behavior was ignorant and selfish, making people around her hate her", said the woman sadly.

"Then what's the reason that you want me to protect her?", asks Winter who is actually curious about Karina too. After she saw how the people around her reacted when they saw Karina this morning, she knew that something is not right.

"Because she was my granddaughter, she was also as rich as I am. But only is she wasn't loved by her own father", said the woman.

"She became ignorant and selfish because of her own father. He always ignore her since she was a kid. If she hasn't had any friends, her life gonna be all alone by herself. She always told me that she feels like she didn't feel loved by anyone at all"

"I always sent my spies to look after Karina at the campus. Then I knew there were some people who tried to hurt her because they hate her. Once a year ago, someone hit her leg with a baseball bat until it was swollen. Luckily it was just a swollen leg"

"Also, because she was a rich girl, there was also someone who want to be in relationship with her. Because she is lack of love for years, I knew she couldn't even disagree with the idea since she want to know how it feel to be loved. But then it was all a lie. Everything is just a lie. They broke her into pieces just because they want her money", said the woman.

"Then what should I do, Director Yu?"

"Make sure there's no one will be able to hurt her again..."

The next morning, Karina was walking alone at a park near her campus. They just finish with their class but then Yeji permitted herself to the restroom, with Aeri accompanying her.

Karina sat on a bench in the park. She takes a breath of the morning fresh air while smiling by herself. Again it makes her remember her late mother. Karina lifted her head up to look at the blue sky, enjoying the view.

"Mom, from your opinion... when will dad love me back like I'm his daughter?", said Karina slowly.

Suddenly, there were two guys who came out from nowhere, standing right in front of Karina while smiling devilishly. Sometimes they smirked towards Karina, making Karina startled but Karina tried to be ignorant as always she should be.

"What are you guys doing right here? Don't you see I'm enjoying my time right here? Go away!", said Karina. But the two guys didn't even move an inch. Instead, they keep coming closer to Karina.

"Hey! We know that you're rich~ There must be a lot of money inside your bag, right?", one of the guys pointed his finger towards the bag in Karina's arm. Karina was a bit scared after knowing that these two guys will rob her soon. But Karina keeps telling herself to be calm.

"Huh? This bag? How much did you guys want? Two hundred thousand Won? Three hundred thousand Won?", said Karina.

"Wow~ this girl is such a shame!", said one of the guys while laughing hysterically.

"Then let's just take everything! Everything including you! We gonna enjoy our time with you~ How brave of you to come to a quiet place like this all alone by yourself? HAHAHAHA!", said the other guy.

Karina knew she was in a big problem right now. She didn't care if they want her money, since Yu's Family's money will never be empty. What Karina is afraid of is to give herself to someone, her virginity to someone.

Karina tried to stand up for her seat, but the two guys blocked her.

"Where did you wanna go huh?? Come on~ Let's play with us~", they smiled devilishly while one of the guys already preparing to open up his zipper.

"Please! Anyone! Just help me!"

"You are right, father. Seems like-- Oh! Hey, Karina!"

Out of nowhere, Winter suddenly appeared at the scene, waving her hand happily as she walked closer to Karina, just a few meters away from Karina and the two guys. Of course, all of them were shocked because Winter called Karina's name all of a sudden while her other hand still holding tight to her phone while talking to her dad.

At least they've got two witnesses.

"H-Huh?", Karina stuttered.

"Who are you? Like you have known each other!", said one of the guys.

"Shouldn't I be the one who needs to ask you guys? Who are you guys? And why are you here with Karina? Oh, also for your information I'm doing a video call with my dad, the Head Police Officer, Kim Taewook", said Winter innocently while showing her phone to the three.

After they saw who is it at the phone screen, the two guys scared and immediately ran away from the scene, leaving Karina, still shocked by what just happened alone on the bench.
