Shivaay,

      You know I am so happy today...yeah yeah not more than you  but still I am also happy. The news you gave me yesterday was the best news I heard till now. I just can't express my feelings. This is my condition, but I can imagine what will be our family's reaction. They will be more surprised and more happy than me. If maa hears this na she will be perfectly fine on next moment, you know?

       Ok ok now don't be surprised by this sentence. I know about maa's condition Shivaay. How?? Hmm...I am writing this letter to tell you that only and some other things too.

      I know I know you want me to forget everything about past and enter in this new phase of our life. You are right too, as I know we will not allow anyone to create rifts between us again. But still I think we have to clear all things, all misunderstandings between us. So that if something from those comes in front of us in future, then it will not affect our future. So I am writing this letter.

     First of all I am really very sorry Shivaay. I know you will say it's ok. But no...it's not ok shivaay. You know, I scolded you, taunted you, I fought with you many times for not sharing any stuff with me. As I just hate that Shivaay. I don't want you to face all problems alone. Or sometimes I think that you just don't want to share with me as you don't consider me worthy for that.(don't be angry now...first read whole letter and then scold me ;-) ) So I always wanted you to share things precisely problems with me. But this time I did the same thing Shivaay. Yes Shivaay, I also hide some things from you.

      I am so sorry for whatever happened Shivaay. I know sorry is nothing in front of what you have faced, but still... I just left you and our family without informing and then all that happened. You know maa is in this condition only because of me. Directly or indirectly I am responsible for all that which you had to face. And so I am not angry on you for your behavior.

      You know I am such a fool. I got to know all things when I already broke your heart again. That day after our fight I saw so much pain in your eyes which is similar to mine. Then only I realized that something is there about which I am unaware, after searching about it I got to know that you was the one who saved me that day when I fell unconscious in the store room, and then I realized that you still cares for me.

      But then also I was confused about your behavior with me. If you cares for me then why that hateful behavior with me?? I was thinking about it but then Sahil and Papa cleared my confusion. Indirectly Sahil told me about many things and he said that I have to think by your point of view also. And Papa...he met me in mandir and I was so shocked by seeing him like that, totally broken. Then he told me about maa's accident. I went to Oberoi Mansion with him and there I met everyone who were angry on me just like you. And then I met maa. And then I realized Shivaay that I did a very big mistake. I was angry on you but our family, they consider me as their daughter, they loves me as much as they loves you...but what I did? I just broke their hearts and maa..... I don't even know what should I write about maa. I failed as a daughter in law Shivaay. That day I realized you were behaving like old Stone Singh Oberoi because you were too hurt and broken. Family members were also angry on me and didn't talk to me nicely at first. But they knew that I gave you all many wounds but I am the one who can heal them and bring back everything to normal. Then I asked them to help me to get my Shivaay that means you back. And they agreed to that. I asked them to hide this thing that I met them all and they kept their promise.

      The meeting you arranged for me and OmRu was not necessary as we already met before. Then about Gauri too, you asked me to don't worry as she knew all things. But I already met her too. I want to settle everything between us before telling you the truth so I did that. But now when we are going to enter in this new phase I want you to know this.

      One more thing Shivaay, you also confessed that you loves me and why you behave in that way with me when you was in sleep. When you stayed at my place with us. And that day I was so happy and relieved as you also wants me back and loves me just like before. And then I decided to make everything fine soon.

     That's it... I hide these things from you. And wanted to tell you them so giving you this letter.

      Shivaay, once again I am so sorry for everything but now I promise I will not go anywhere leaving you. I am here with you and our family. Still if you want to punish me for my mistakes na, then I am ready Shivaay .
Just tell me what I have to do and I will do that without a single question. I promise. :)

      One final thing, I love you so much Shivaay. And I tried but the fact is I can't live without you. My place is here, with you only. And now I will not go away even if you say so.

      Shivaay closed his eyes after he read the last word, that is her name. Tears were continuously falling from his eyes after the first paragraph itself. He took a deep breath after a minute and opening his eyes he turned to look at the writer of that letter, his Annika. She was looking at him with a smile but her eyes were also filled with water. Shivaay then turned to look at that letter again and wiped some water droplets which fell on that paper from his eyes while reading the letter, and folded that paper.

Annika-"Shivaay....."

      Annika said after an another minute as he was just looking at the paper in his hands. He looked up at her when she called his name. She smiled and wiped his tears slowly with her fingers and cupped his face.

A-"Why you are crying? Everything is fine from before only hai na? This letter I wrote before, but now we cleared everything na? I am here with you and we are together. So what's the need to cry? Haa?"

      She said in broken voice as she was crying too. Shivaay held her hands which was on his cheeks.

Shivaay-"You are also crying..."

      He said looking at her tears and then wiped them off. Both shared deep eyelock before hugging each other tightly.

      After almost fifteen minutes Shivaay broke the hug. She looked at him with a smile. He tucked her hairs behind her ears and then kissed her forehead lovingly.

S-"I love you too."

      He confessed moving back, still holding her face and she just smiled holding his hands which were on her cheeks. Her smile grew wide when he confessed it again.

S-"And see I won, you said it first. So I won."

      Shivaay said to lighten up the mood. She smiled.

A-"If you have forgotten then let me remind you, you confessed it before sometime only, when you were crying and scolding me."

      Shivaay thought about it and then pouted sadly. She laughed.

S-"It's ok. But I love you more than you."

      Shivaay said proudly and she smilingly nodded.

A-"I know....."

      She said and again hugged him placing her head on his chest. Shivaay caressed her hairs.

S-"Annika....."

A-"Hmmm....."

S-"Why you are blaming yourself for mom's condition?"

A-"Shivaay I....."

      She started but stopped as he said,

S-"Listen, no need to make your mind run into useless direction. You are responsible for nothing."

      Shivaay stated and she asked,

A-"For leaving you??"

S-"Yeah yeah. Only for that. Nothing else. Dare you say again that you are not good daughter in law. You are best daughter in law and best wife anyone could have."

      Shivaay said placing a kiss on her hairs.

A-"But Shivaay maa....."

      She started again but he cutted her in between.

S-"That had to happen Annika. You know na, the things that have to happen they just happen. We have no control on what's written for us."

      Shivaay said and she smiled sadly.

A-"I know but still because of me maa....."

       She stopped as Shivaay broke the hug.

S-"Shut up. I told you na, don't blame yourself."

     He shouted angrily but then cupped her face in his palms.

S-"You only said na you was the one who gave wounds but then it's you only who healed them."

      She nodded in yes. Shivaay smiled.

S-"You are not responsible for mom's accident. But haa you are responsible for mom's recovery. You know for fifteen to twenty days she was not responding. And the day you come here, she started responding. And when you met her she started listening to us, she took your name too. And now doctors are saying she will be fine very soon."

      She was just listening to him.

S-"So stop blaming yourself for everything. I know you did the mistake but you repented it."

A-"Hmm but....."

S-"No if and but Annika. You remember I did lots of mistakes from the beginning still you forgave me every time. And this one is nothing in front of what I did with you."

      Shivaay said caressing her cheeks. She smiled.

A-"Ok but still I am....."

      Shivaay placed his finger on her lips.

S-"Now no more sorry. I am now pissed off from your sorry just like you were pissed off by my thank you."

      Shivaay said and Annika remembered those days and smiled.

A-"I know Shivaay that you have forgiven me. But still I was wrong and I did mistake. If I didn't went away that day then....."

S-"Then what?? Haa? Annika you always says na see good in everything. So see the good in this thing too."

A-"What's good in this?"

S-"This time we came back together more stronger. See you promised me that you are not going away again and I promised that I will share each n everything with you."

      Shivaay said and Annika smiled after thinking about it. Indeed they are together again and this time for forever. Both did mistakes but now both decided to never repeat them.

S-"And also....."

A-"Also?"

S-"We lived our life differently na, means first we were boss and employee, then husband wife and in last one month we were again boss and employee. And so relived many moments again, right?"

      Shivaay said and Annika thought about it and then smiled.

A-"Yeah, but one fact didn't change till now."

S-"What??"

A-"That you are khadoos boss, tadibaaz kahike."

      She said and then laughed.

S-"In that case you also didn't change a bit."

A-"Yeah I know, I am khidkitod always."

      Annika raised her imaginary collar.

S-"No you are badtmeez, apne hi boss ko challenge krti rehti ho. You have to listen to your boss but you....."

      She cutted him in between.

A-"Oh hello, you are also not good boss ha... Work incomplete...fired, employee comes late...fired, if they want leave... fired, if they gives back to you...fired."

      Annika said mimicking him.

S-"If you observe, you did all these things still I didn't fired you."

A-"And I know you will never do that. And if you will try na I will not leave you."

      She said holding his collar. Both looked at each other and then started laughing. Shivaay stopped after sometime when he saw her in some thoughts.

S-"What happened?"

     He asked taking her hands in his.

A-"Shivaay I am not able to conclude that why that girl...Pooja is here again?"

S-"Annika you don't have to worry about her. She will not able to do anything with you or with us again."

A-"But Shivaay, what she wants now?"

S-"I don't know. She asked me to meet her when she called me."

A-"So when are you going?"

      She asked casually and Shivaay was shocked.

S-"What? Are you mad? I am not going to meet her."

A-"But Shivaay she wants to meet you na? Let's do one thing, we both will go and meet her in her hotel. Khannaji gave address na?"

S-"No need Annika. I don't want to see her face again."

A-"Toh can I go and meet her? I will ask her what she wants."

      She asked and Shivaay shouted,

S-"No no no...you are not going anywhere."

A-"But....."

      He didn't give her chance to complete.

S-"No if and but..... No need to go and meet her. I will ask Khanna to get more details, then we can see what we can do."

       He stated and she nodded in yes.

A-"Ok fine. Don't take tension. Kuch nhi hoga."

S-"Till when you are with me. And now you are not allowed to go away from me. Kahi nhi."

      She smiled when he said that.

A-"Why I have feeling that you thinks she wants to separate us? And so you are worried and tensed?"

      Annika asked her doubt and his hold on her hands got tighten.

S-"No one will separate us now Annika."

A-"I know Shivaay. And so I am saying that don't be worried about it.  Mein kahi nhi jaa rahi"

S-"Pinky promise??"

     He asked forwarding his pink finger.

A-"But you have problem with pinky promise na?"

      She asked and chuckled.

S-"Just promise me Annika."

      Shivaay was serious so she entangled her pinky finger with him.

A-"Pinky promise."

     Shivaay smiled.

A-"I told you many times that I am not going away from you but you don't believe me right?"

S-"No I just....."

      He started but stopped not getting what to say.

A-"You are great businessman na? I think you understand business language only. Let's make deal papers and I will give you my statement with signs that I will not go away again then only you will be ok."

      She was little bit angry.

S-"No no...no Annika....."

      He hugged her.

S-"I trust you Annika. More than myself. I know you will not go anywhere leaving me alone again. It's just... I am sorry..."

      Shivaay said and she smiled.

A-"Shshh..... I know what you are thinking Shivaay."

      She patted his back.

S-"I know you are here but it will take sometime to get back to normal for me. And I know with the help of you I will able to come out of that fear and those nightmares. Just stay like this always."

     He said hugging her more tightly. She kissed on his heart.

A-"Yeah soon everything will be fine."

      She said and closed her eyes  Both stayed in each other's embrace for long time. After that Annika broke the hug.

A-"Now enough of these serious talks. We don't look good when we are serious."

      She said with a pout and Shivaay smiled. He knew that she is little bit hurt as he was again and again saying same things to her. So he decided to make her happy.

S-"Yeah... You look good only when you smile.."

       Shivaay said and she smiled.

A-"Ok I am bored, let's do something....."

      Shivaay listened to her and then smirked as something came into his mind.

S-"Something you mean....."

      He asked in his husky voice caressing her cheek. Annika blushed at that but hide it from him and removed his hand from her face.

A-"Let's watch some movie."

      She said after a minute looking at the TV.

S-"Movie? This time?"

      Shivaay questioned.

A-"Yeah it will be fun."

S-"Noo... If you wants some fun, then I have better ideas."

      Shivaay said coming close to her but she pushed him.

A-"Watching movie is best idea."

      She said getting up from the sofa but he pulled her back and she landed on his chest. She looked up at him and Shivaay tucked her hairs behind her ears. Both shared an eyelock.

S-"You promised that you will listen to me. So now listen to me. Movie is very bad idea."

      Shivaay said drawing patterns on her left cheek and her cheeks turned into tomato red. She was just looking at him, so lost in his blue eyes.

S-"So you are ready to do whatever I want, right?"

      Shivaay asked after a minute as she was silent.

A-"Huhh??"

      She asked still lost in his eyes. Shivaay smiled and slowly took out her clutch which was holding her hairs in bunch. Her hairs were open now and Shivaay moved them on the right side and then leaned over her left ear.

S-"Ready for fun?"

      He whispered in her ear and kissed on it. Annika closed her eyes by this action of him but opened it on the next second when she realized what he said. Pushing him lightly she composes herself. Shivaay was looking at her with a smug smile. She looked at him.

A-"You....."

      She started but stopped not getting what to say.

S-"Me? Me what??"

      Shivaay asked coming close to her again but she moved back and got up from the sofa. Shivaay looked up at her. She snatched her clutch from his hands and again tied her hairs.

A-"I want to watch movie."

      She said in ordering tone looking at him and went to the switch board before he says something or stops her again. Shivaay sat back comfortably and smiled looking at her blushing face.

       She came back and sat beside him not before keeping some distance between them as she knew his mind was working in some other direction. Shivaay who was already smiling, smiled more looking at her antiques.

A-"Wowww SRK's movie"

      She jumped in happiness when she saw Shahrukh Khan on the TV screen. She knew he was looking at her only. So to distract him she happily shouted that. Shivaay who was busy looking at her turned his gaze to the screen.

S-"He is SRK...But you loves Hrithik na?"

     He asked again looking at her.

A-"Yeah but it's not necessary to watch only his movies. I can watch other's also na? Just like you works with many companies not only one who gives you more profit than others. And SRK is romance king. No one can beat him."

      Shivaay was about to nod as he knew he will never win from her but stopped when she said last sentence.

S-"Excuse me, how do you know that?"

      He almost shouted but Annika was busy watching her romantic movie. She just answered him without looking away from TV screen.

A-"I have watched his all movies and no one can do better romance than him."

       Listening her reply Shivaay pulled her close by her elbow. She turned to look at him.

A-"What?"

S-"I think you forgot about your husband. I am also romantic, and you know that."

      Shivaay answered and pulled her more close sliding his hands to her waist.

A-"Don't compare yourself with SRK ok? He is one and only one."

      She said trying to come out of his hold but he didn't allow.

S-"What's there to compare? He is romantic in movies only which are not real and here your this husband is romantic in real. So I am more romantic than him."

      Shivaay answered.

A-"Ohh please...keep your stupid logic with you. SRK is more romantic and no one can change this fact."

      Annika said and at a same time wiggled to come out of his arms but he tighten his hold on her.

S-"You are saying as if you don't know how much romantic I am. Yaad dilau?"

       He whispered tracing her lips with his thumb. she blushed but hide it.

A-"Chii...cheapde....."

      She was about to shout but it came as whisper only. He chuckled.

S-"Where is your voice Annika?"

      He asked in husky voice caressing her face with his fingers. She pushed him hard and then came out of his hold.

A-"Let me watch the movie."

      She said composing herself and then looking back at the TV screen. Shivaay smiled.

S-"Ok fine, but just accept the fact that I am more romantic than him."

      She turned to look at him and repeats,

A-"No one can beat SRK."

      She said stressing on every word.

S-"Your memory is not good these days. Give some stress on it and remember how much romantic your husband is... That pa....."

      Before he completes she shouted,

A-"Chiii....Cheapde, shut up."

      Shivaay chuckled looking at her tomato red face.

S-"What's cheap in that? I was just stating the facts."

      She blushed more and again looked at the screen.

A-"You can imagine what you want, but the fact is my SRK is romance king and best romantic hero."

      She said and he got up from the sofa.

S-"I think I have to make you remember who am I again."

      She looked up when he said that and was confused as he was standing in front of her. But before she reacts he lifted her in his arms.

A-"Shi..... Shivaay what's this?"

S-"I just wants to prove you wrong."

     He asked her to turn off the TV and walked inside with her in his arms. He opened the door by his leg and they came into the bedroom.

A-"Shi..... Shivaay why we are here?"

S-"Shshhh....."

A-"Shivaay leave me"

      Shivaay just smiled and moved towards the bed. He placed her on the bed slowly and walked away. Annika was confused. Before she says something light went off.

A-"Shivaay....."

     She screamed and closed her eyes in fear. But opened them when she felt some light was there in the room. She looked around and saw Shivaay near window, sliding the curtains to one side and so moonlight was coming into the room. Shivaay turned to look at her and smiled.

S-"I am here Annika."

     He said and walked towards the bed. Sitting on it he held her hand and kissed on the back of her palm. She just smiled.
    
S-"I promise you I will not break my promise which I made to you that day. You don't have to scared of darkness, I told you na. I am here with you Annika, always and forever."

      Shivaay said and both shared a cute eyelock.

A-"Thank you"

S-"For what?"

A-"For coming back in my life, for giving me my happiness back."

     She said and he smiled.

S-"I was always here Annika. It's you who came back again and again made your place here."

      He placed her hand on his heart. She smiled.

A-"I love you"

S-"I know"

       Shivaay said caressing her cheek. And she pouted.

A-"Say it."

S-"What's the need to say? You know it right?"

      She looked away angrily. Shivaay made her look at him.

S-"Let me show you how much I love you"

     He said and slowly reducing the distance between them he captured her lips in a kiss. Annika embraced her arms around his neck and both lost in their own world.
