Steven was sleeping as he dreamt about food from the Big Donut.

Dream Steven was at the Big Donut surrounded by Donuts, Hotdogs, Cookie Cats (definitely no Lion Lickers), Pie, Pocket Pizzas, and a big glass of Milk.

"Mmmm what do I eat first- OW!" Dream Steven shouted. Suddenly all the food dissolved and he was in a never ending ocean of orange and green clouds.

"W-where am I- OOOWW!!! Auuugh! Why do I hurt so much?" He cries until he hears a soothing song that seems to take away the pain but at the same time it made him sad. A rough voice was singing it.

'When I looked at myself I thought I was fine. Until you hurt me I had lost my mind.~You took everything I cared about. Now I'm full of self pity and doubt.~ I am a shell of a former Homeworld gem soldier~Just bury the shards of who I once was.~ I've lost everything I had once loved, my Diamond, my fusion, my form that was beloved.~ I still see it now, see what I've lost. Playing in my mind and showing my cost.~ I've lost everything I had once loved, in the end off the edge I was shoved.~ Pain consumes me but I still live on, in the world that was lost and not won.~ My heart grew cold..I pretend to be brave and bold...but I am a shell of a gem I no longer know...~'

Steven was trying to make out the voice but he couldn't. A few clouds parted revealing a large silhouette lying down.

"Uh...h-hello?" He whispered

The shadowed figure slowly sat up, it's eyes opening to reveal them piercing gold with cat-like pupils.

"W-who are you?" Steven asked.

It began charging at him, gradually turning corrupted.

Steven yelped "J-Jasper..."

Steven tried to move but he was stuck. Suddenly the world spun and...

Steven shot up from his bed breathing hard.
