I've always known I was lesbian but one situation confirmed it. So my (former) BFF used to play soccer, and I would always be with her at practice because my mom was the coach. I would always have a water bottle with freezing cold water in it. So she would always ask if she could have some, during the 5 minute breaks the team had and during games. One day her older sister came out as pansexual and everyone accepted her. So Emilia came out as bisexual that same day. When she told me I was shocked that she felt the need to hide it from me. Of course I accepted her and told her I will always be there for her. Well a few days later was a game, so me and my mom got up early and got everyone in the bus and went. It was first term and we were winning 9-6 they were down by 3. The opposing team called for a break and the teams came in. I opened my water bottle and took a sip, then handed it to Emilia who took a sip. "Indirect kiss!" one of her teammates shouted, causing our faces to go red. The teams went back out and we won the game. Once we packed up and got on the bus, I sat with Emilia because that was the only spot left. We were in the back and had not said a word since that incident. "H-hey just know that the girls were just joking. They have been for two weeks about indirect kissing." I smiled and continued the convo, and it was almost like we had never stopped. When we got to her stop we said goodbye and hugged. Before she left though she turned back around, ran to me, and kissed me. I must have looked shocked because she said, "I don't like having indirect kisses with you." She winked at me then ran off the bus. Me and Emilia have been dating ever since. I will always remember the day we "indirectly" kissed.
