Chaos Theory
I'm back at it. I'm thankful for all of you that let me have my break and gather my thoughts. Now, back to Severus and Hermione's troubles

The next morning the paper had the interview with Severus and Hermione. Moments after, his office was bombarded with Eldridge and Kingsley along with Potter. Eldridge looked furious at him for not letting him know about the plan. Kingsley watched as Eldridge pace the room angrily.
"Severus, what were you thinking?" Kingsley asked. "You have just announced not only your involvement with a student, but your refusal to participate in the Blood Status Testings."
"Yes, I refuse my son to be tested. Blood Status is what Salazar Slytherin was famous for, it is what the Dark Lord wanted from the Wizarding World, a world soley of Pure-bloods, any lesser known 'species' such as half bloods and mudbloods thrown to the wind. My son is the spawn of two of the wizarding world's smartest people, both of witch are half bloods, one of which is the son of Elieena Prince, pure blood daughter of the Prince fortune." Severus sat calmly in his chair.
He knew that this would happen and insisted Hermione go home through the floo network last night. The owl he received early this morning about how sorry Molly was that Ronald treated her so badly. He wanted Hermione somewhere that she wouldn't get bothered by a whole lot of owls. He even told her to send any letters that she didn't feel comfortable with to him.
With her being so close to the end of her pregnancy, he didn't want the stress of dealing with the officials when they read the article. Potter dipped his head respectfully and leaned against the wall near the fireplace and simply watched the arguments. Kingsley shook his head. "Yes, I know you and Hermione are two of the smartest minds in the wizarding world. That doesn't mean your child won't get out of the blood status testings."
Severus' eyes narrowed angrily. "Yes, he will not participate in the blood status testings. I'd sooner send my son to a neighboring school like Bubatons or Durmstrang since their requirements don't need a blood test."
Kingsley stepped back as if Severus cursed him. "Really?"
"Yes, blood status needs to be eradicated once and for all. If it's not, then what did everyone die for last year?" Severus asked darkly, arms crossed over his chest.
Eldridge was still pacing, but stopped to glare at Severus. "You should have let us know your plan," he repeated.
"You would have stopped Skeeter from publishing the article," Severus stated calmly. "My plan is to protest the blood status testings and bring together the wizarding world once and for all."
Eldridge snarled at Severus and turned his back to him. "If I may, Hermione is the smartest Witch I've ever known. I'd have died many times over if I hadn't befriended her in first year. Also, Snape was able to fool the darkest wizard the wold has known since Salazar Slytherin himself. If they think the blood status testings are an insult to those who died, then I'll stand beside him. After all, I'm a godfather to Teddy Lupin now, whose parents died in the war and left not only their son, but left me too."
Severus was grateful to Potter for standing in his corner. He wasn't sure if it was because Hermione was in his corner as well, or if Potter was growing as a person. He liked to think that the boy was finally growing into a man that Lily would be proud of today. Kingsley looked at Potter sternly. "I understand, Harry, but the fact is Severus and Hermione are publicly protesting something even I don't have the power to control at this time."
"Then gain control, Kingsley," Severus said in a final tone.
