GRIM REAPERS
These negative beings are emotionless soul collectors. In their previous lives, they committed some kind of sin that led to them being offered 'the choice'
They are in charge of sending deceased mortals to their next lives (see 'the choice' and 'angels' for further information).

NOTES ON GRIM REAPERS
-They do not carry scythes or wear cloaks. The normal attire for a reaper or apprentice is a suit, preferably black in colour though grey pinstripe is also accepted.

ANGELS
Opposite to grim reapers, 'angels' are the purest beings in the universe. On average, only 100 are admitted per year. Their mortal selves committed no sins. Angels are forbidden to see grim reapers due to the severe contrast of good and evil. 

NOTES ON ANGELS
-They can meet with grim reapers if it has been agreed by the high order or special arrangements have been made.
-They can become Shadow Reapers (see below)

SHADOW REAPERS
Shadow reapers are angels that give up their identity to join the grim reapers. This allows them to visit the human world but they are forbidden from reaping mortal souls. Once they become a shadow reaper, they can not revert back to being an angel and are trapped 'in between'. Some people call them 'ghosts', however, they are not harmful in any way. 

NOTES ON SHADOW REAPERS
-They are incredibly rare
-Approximately 1 angel becomes a shadow reaper every million years
-They can physically touch things in the mortal world and have the ability to materialise, but only for a short while

THE CHOICE
The choice is given when an unpure soul is reaped. If the deceased can not become an angel, they are given two options:
-Become a grim reaper and work every day
-Go to hell

NOTES ON THE CHOICE
- 73% of people pick hell
-If a person refuses to pick, they are sent to hell by default
