as of now this has been outdated because undertaker

Legendary reaper + undertakers role as legendary reaper

How does one become a legendary reaper? I have some thoughts.
I believe one must have the right circumstances, like
1- must have become reaper
2- must have a normal death scythe( like how undertaker has his kinda )
So
Scythe >scythe >scythe ect
I think they would single out the reapers with normal scythes instead of custom ones , it would be easier to pass down instead of
Chainsaw > lawnmower> scythe ect

That would be a mess, I say scythe because of undertaker being the ' legendary' reaper, he uses a normal scythe,

Now I think the legendary reapers would be paired with apprentices with normal scythes, and when they become a full reaper, they are asked if they want to be a legendary reaper, and once they surpass their mentor the mentor passes or retires, something, but this doesn't explain undertakers case, he is retired but he is the only legendary reaper unless his appreciate left England for a different place, Iceland/America/Canada, or he has not taken a appreciate yet and is retired for other reasons and will Come out of retirement to train the apprentice and once that's done he goes back into retirement.

I also think that becoming a legendary reaper would take years and years of time and undertaker just may not want to deal with that and wants a new age of reaper, he may want a new...type of legendary so to say, like a let's use Grell, he could be waiting for Grell to show promise and he may try to train a new legendary, we don't know at this point I'm always prodding and poking at this one, so when I find out more be ready for more
