Okay, I'll admit it, I thought Chronic's friends are not cool to be with, but it turned out they are amazing, and cool dudes.

"Okay, so you are saying that that teacher turned out to be the prostitute's father?" I shockingly asked and Jax nodded. "What? You serious? Tapos dumaan ka pa sa ganoong sitwasyon?" We all laughed wholeheartedly.

It's lunchtime, and since my Dad is a very busy person, every dinner lang kami nagkakasama sa hapag. Speaking of my Dad...

"C, I forgot to call my Daddy." Sabi ko kay Chronic at lumaki ang mga mata niya.

"Bilis! Call him already! Baka nag-aalala na naman iyon!" Mabilis akong lumayo at tinawagan si Daddy. Hindi pa nagriring ang phone ay sinagot na kaagad ni Dad.

"Dainty?! Nasaan ka?!" Likewise.

"Dad, I am still with Chronic." Sagot ko. "Daddy, I'm sorry I forgot to call you. I know you are a bit paranoid pa naman pagminsan. Nawala sa isipan ko eh, but I assure you this won't happen again."

"You made me worried sick, Dainty. Buti na lang at tumawag ka kaagad kundi ay pinapahanap na kita sa mga tauhan ko." Sabi na nga ba. "How are you, my little angel? Are you fine? How's the new school?"

"I am, Dad. I am fine. The new school is a bit new for me as it wasn't an all-girls school like before but, I'll handle it. Isa pa, Chronic has good sets of friends. I think we're friends na rin, so I am absolutely fine." Masayang kwento ko. "How about you Dad? Find someone to replace my Mom?"

Yep, I'm casual about it. I grew up without a Mom, so of course, I am still counting on my Dad on finding a good wife for him and a good mother figure for me.

"I think I did, but of course, I still want to get your consent." Sabi ni Daddy na ikinangiti ko. I may not have a mother with me as I grew up, but I have my loving father who loves me dearly. "How about you, my little angel? May boyfriend ka na ba? Coz if you have, I need to talk to him, Dainty." Tumawa lang ako.

"Dad, I'm still your little angel, so please refrain from that thoughts." I giggled. "So, how about I meet this person? The thought of you having someone to accompany you till the rest of your life makes my heart flutter Daddy."

"Soon, my little angel." Halata ang saya sa boses ni Daddy. "Hindi pa siya handa sa relasyon so I'm counting on you at waiting for her. Okay?"

"Of course Dad! I love you po! I gotta go!"

"I love you too... Ingat."

"Take care too, Dad." Pinatay ko na ang phone call at  pabalik na sa table namin nang may mabangga ako. Natapon sa nabangga ko ang mango juice niya at maging ang spaghetti rin na nasa tray niya. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at napayuko na lamang ako.

"I'm so sorry. Natapunan pa tuloy kita!" Narinig ko ang mala-anghel nitong tawa.

"It's okay, Dainty." Pagkalingon ko kung sino ito ay si Raven pala. Natapon sa damit niya ang mango juice at ang spaghetti kaya nadumihan talaga ang puting polo niya. Inilabas ko ang panyo ko at pinunasan ang natapunan ko sa kaniya.

"I am really sorry. " Nag-aaaplogize lang ako habang pinupunasan ang damit niya. "Let's change your outfit. Madumi na! Tara sa mall. I'll buy you a new polo, in exchange for this." Tumawa lang siya.

"Dainty, it's just me, Raven. You don't have to worry like that." Nakangiti pa rin siya at halatang totoo ang sinasabi niya. Napabuntong-hininga na lamang ako. "Isa pa, may spare ako sa locker ko, at malalabahan pa ang damit, na mantsahan nga lang but it's okay." Umiling ako.

"Not okay for me. I want to repay you... Let me, please..."

"Fine."
