After taking her inside, the head nurse applies anaesthesia on Riddhima and Mrs D'Souza goes to Vansh who is sitting by placing his face in between his hands and with closed eyes. Understanding his inner emotions, she places her right hand on his back at which Vansh comes to reality.

Being conscious all of a sudden, he looks at the doctor with red eyes and gets up abruptly. Mrs D'Souza asks him to sit patiently and places the form on his hands. Seeing the confirmation of his child's murder, his hands start to tremble. All those emotions make him weak for the moment and he feels to be selfish for a while so that he could keep the baby with him. But the single thought of losing Riddhima forever makes him halt and he questions himself how could he think like that?

Mrs D'Souza speaks softly before leaving him alone for a moment - "This is not a death certificate to yours unborn kid....remember, it's a process to keep YOUR WIFE alive and close to your heart which is gonna bring more babies in future!"

The helpless father in Vansh looks at her with teary eyes and closes his eyes there only. Taking a exasperated sigh, he thinks of the past life in extreme guilt and vows to make her recovered anyhow to bring beautiful future in their life. And issuing this death certificate to his unborn kid as a father will always make him guilty for being such a horrible person and a pathetic husband also, for hiding the truth from Riddhima. But he's bound to the situation.

Controlling the sobs, he takes the pen out from his pocket and fills up the form and ticks on the column of husband and signs underneath.

A warm tear line comes out from his left eye and he gets up with a lone look. As he's to submit it on reception so he starts to go through the corridor and in between his eyes fall on a pregnant couple. How the glow is making the woman a new bride and the man is pampering her with a side hug while looking at some scan picture .. it's enough to make him cry silently.

More tears gather at the corner of his eyes and he wipes those to get a clear vision when his eyes fall on a father ; the middle aged man is walking with a tiny girl in his arms....may be his daughter, thinks a helpless father! The girl is having a cut on her knee..might be she's fallen while playing or doing naughtiness..there are dry tear marks on her cheeks while the man is animating a story which is not only distracting the kid but she's laughing too. The panick and pain on the man's eyes could be noticed from far but the father is doing everything not to make the child cry.

He couldn't walk more and quickly hands over the form to the receptionist who mumbles something which he's not paid his ears at. Going to the corner chair, he sits as a failure. The two different images are revolving around his head like a reality check. If only she's been well....that's when his own words start to echo on his ears and he curses himself for a thousand times to say something evil to her....he blames his cursed words for their loss. If only he could have the time machine to go to past and change it..then they don't have to see this day..but is it?

Things doesn't change as per human wishes..it'll happen if it is to! It's called destiny.

After one or two hours later, he's asked to take Riddhima home and give her a healthy atmosphere so that they could start the therapy soon.

Keeping his own pain and wound aside, he maintains the strong stature before her and brings her home ; surprising all, he hasn't given a chance to Riddhima to walk and has taken her in his arms. A very surprised Riddhima has looked on his eyes to see a blank expression and she has a sad smile on her lips....whatever she's going to face in future, he'll not bend before! Her death also doesn't seem to melt his stone heart....her emotions are less valued and she's receiving punishment of the crime she's not done. She's never wished to become someone's death but this destiny has played with her life such a way she feels loser! Today when she finds him with blank expression, she knows she's failed as a woman, as a wife and as a lover to make her man happy. HER MAN?....questions her inner self and she concludes it's better to leave those emotions to feel less weight....he'll never reciprocate her emotions so why she's burdening herself more with that thought? Let's live her time in this world with those emotions buried in her heart.

She feels light surprisingly and gets a feeling like she's going to face something big in near future to change her life. But that doesn't make any change in her as she's dead from ages!

Vansh is too lost to notice the change of emotions in Riddhima as he's struck on two hospital scenes. Before knowing the kid well, he's lost it and he's the reason of the growing soul's unwanted death. He too could have cherished the fatherhood if the situation would have been different.

Irony it is! He claims always to love Shelly to the death but she too has been one month pregnant during her death ; does that ring a bell on his heart whenever he's thinking of fatherhood? He's too much drowned in pain today that he's not thought it for a moment also that why he's not felt so empty before?

The question is still there but the Vansh Rai Singhania is unaware of this typical situation.

The day has passed with taking care of Riddhima by all of the siblings. Dadi is cursing Riddhima more rather than chanting God's name! But none has paid ears to her.

Though Vansh is taking care of Riddhima but the dead blank look on his face is still intact. Unknown to all, it's a facade to keep him strong from breaking down before all and that is misunderstood by the lady herself! Riddhima is innocent to expect some emotions from Vansh as she's never received it and today also this blank face of his has done nothing rather than making a wall in between them. The unseen wall has started to build without anyone's notice and it's going to bring more vulnerability in the picture.

As Riddhima is given anaesthesia for more rest so after a quick dinner, she's in deep slumber. Vansh places the quilt carefully till her chest and asks his siblings to go to sleep.

The twins have exam on board so they haven't denied him while Siya is noticing his brother little emotional and harsh today. She knows something is not right with him but she knows very well her elder brother will not say this to her if she asks also....is he worried for bhabhi maa? The thought peeps into her mind but at the next moment she wipes the thought thinking it's like a blue moon.

And the growing tension in her mind doesn't let her sleep so sleep is away from her eyes. She comes out of the room with the clock rings twelve signalling it's midnight now and she's devoid of any sleep.

As soon as she comes to hall, she founds illuminating light from upstairs. She crunches her brows in confusion and starts going at that direction. When she's on the first floor, she looks at her front and her eyes get wide in shock!

There her bhaiya is sitting at the bar stool and gulping some tequila shots ; but what pains her is his state. Those black hairs are scattering on his forehead like losers and his red puffy eyes are tired of shedding tears. His chest is visible from unbuttoned shirt while he's murmuring something as a monotone : "I've..I've murdered HIM! I have killed MY OWN BABY..I am a monster....if Riddhima comes to know anyday, she'll leave me too .. just like MY BABY....Yes, I'll never tell her this truth..I'll bury it in my heart..I'll never let her know of this secret..shhh! Baby, it's between papa and you only..nobody shouldn't know that....you mustn't let your mother know..okay? I promise I'll bring chocolates and ice-creams for you every day..Papa's promise..sacchi!"

His heart stops for a moment and he keeps the glass sounding high on table when he listens some clapping sound.

Within a blink, he turns around hysterically but takes a sigh of relief seeing Siya before him ; huff! He's been afraid thinking hers here at this time..but what Siya is doing here? How dares she to listen the talk between his baby and him?....he gets angry suddenly.

But without giving him a chance, Siya starts to throw poisoned arrow through her talk : "Woww bhaiya! What a perfect plan, I must say. I mean I've never thought my bhaiya to become such selfish and low minded to kill his own baby..so now I get it..the reason behind bhabhi maa's sudden sickness is she's been pregnant with the baby of a MONSTER like YOU? So you have decided to wound her bleeding heart more by destroying an innocent soul who's not come in this earth yet? Great and I've just used to WORSHIP you, bhaiya! I'm feeling low and sick to be your sister. The person who can't love his own baby .. how will he love his siblings? Just to complete your own revenge....you've murdered your own baby!

Now I know why you still love Shelly! As she's same like you..a SELFISH...."

She hasn't finished yet before that he closes his own ears with his palms and just reveals the truth..he could tolerate anything but not hate for him in his princess's eyes. Siya is his first child though he doesn't express himself but truth will not change.

"I'm not selfish, Siya....I'm not..but at the same time, I'm selfish also as for getting Riddhima lifetime near me I've killed my own baby..(showing his right hand)..I've signed HIS death order with this hand..I'm the most pathetic father in this world..to save MY LOVE, I've killed MY UNBORN BABY.

(Going to Siya and holding her from her upper arms)....Riddhima will not forgive me ever..isn't it, princess?"

Siya somehow gulps down the information and regains herself when Vansh refers Riddhima as HIS LOVE ; but she interrupts him in middle asking why he's gone through the abortion without letting Riddhima know? She could sense some big mystery behind and a sudden fear engulfs her senses!

That's when Vansh throws the bomb - "Because this baby..my ba..baby is fatal for her health! Saving baby means handing My Riddhima before death..and I can't tolerate this..I've chosen Riddhima over MY BABY....Ri..Riddhima is having BRAIN TUMOR so she needs immediate medical attention or I'M GOING TO LOSE HER ALSO..Now say how much big selfish I'm to choose my love for my own gain..I'll choose Riddhima all those times over everything..just she needs to be cured!"

Ground gets slipped under Siya's feet. She's numb to react anything while bursting out the truth he sits on the floor with crying his heart out. He's feeling light after expressing his grief to someone..though in drunken state.

Siya is standing like a statue..she's gone through a severe heartbreak in childhood when her parents have been dead..though she's been too little to understand it that time. But then she has survived this storm but now when she and her brothers are getting a family under her touch..a mother figure in their bhabhi maa .. could they be alive to survive this loss? She has not cherished her mother but this time she'll do anything to save her bhabhi maa! She vows to become strong for the strongest woman she's seen. This time is not for being a weakling!

That's when she listens some harsh sound of breaking glass. And she's horrified at the scene.

Vansh is murmuring under his drunken state : "I've signed HIS death order with this hand naah? (seeing at his right hand)..then it should get punishment..my baby..papa will punish it, don't worry!"

And with that he gets up with trembling legs and holds the empty glass and crushes it on the hard wooden table into tiniest parts! As he's been holding the glass strongly in his clutch so it has pierced his skin harshly making blood draining out. But surprisingly, he's not feeling pain rather he's smiling peacefully..this emotional pain is too tiring over his physical pain.

Once he's tried to pain HER emotionally and mentally .. and today he himself is going through the same, without her any interference. Surely, karma is a bitch!

Siya's monologue gets broken and she gets panicked to witness his madness. Somehow holding him from aside, she makes him sit on the chair and brings out the first-aid box from the drawer. Clearing the glass pieces from his pierced skin, she washes the wound with antiseptic lotion and bandages it. But she's astonished to see him smiling softly. Her confusion gets cleared when he murmurs again :

"This pain and blood is nothing before hers ; I'll feel happy as much I'll face pain as through repentance only I can get her back .. I will repent hard till she forgives me!"

And he passes out. Holding him from waist, Siya lays him comfortably on the single couch present at the corner and brings a comforter to give some warmth to his cold body.

She'll turn to leave when listens his murmuring in sleep - "I love you, Riddhima..I truly do! But I'm .. afraid to let you know what if .. you think I'm sympathizing your state..but it .. it is not true, LOVE.."

And he gets unconscious. Wiping her own tears, Siya gets up and goes to the room where Riddhima is sleeping peacefully. A soft smile is adorning her lips.

A sob escapes from Siya's mouth sensing the situation and then her eyes fall on the walls around : "You are sleeping peacefully here, bhabhi maa .. but you've lost the biggest blessing in your life! YOUR BABY .. I am speechless to express this feeling of loss. If .. if only bhaiya would have been little mature according to his age (eying the walls)...."

She couldn't speak more and places her left hand on her mouth. With that she leaves the room as she can't face her bhabhi maa's pain..NEVER!
