Mrs D'Souza thinks to keep her privacy intact and asks Riddhima to visit her next day as soon as possible.

Yes, it will be right to send her an email with a scheduled time. So that she too will understand the hidden importance of this appointment.

But soon the senior doctor's attention gets broken when Ranjit says in a strong voice - "I know you're internally having a turmoil but please note that it's your duty as a doctor to make the patient and her family aware of her disease....moreover, it's not late yet! Mrs Riddhima is currently in her first stage of tumor so we'll have enough time to cure her."

Mrs D'Souza nods her head in support of his remark and completes with a sigh - "I'm thinking how to convince her..poor girl. It must be her first baby as I can assume through her age. Upon that, I'm tensed how could I make her agree to choose herself over an unborn soul.
As a doctor, I will suggest Riddhima to be alive but I can't force a mother."

Ranjit takes a long breath to control this vital situation. He's never faced such scene before where a mother has to choose one between herself and her kid....he's too in thought whether Riddhima will be selfish to choose her own life? And he feels sorry knowing the answer.

But it's their profession to feel the helplessness of people each day so he tries ease his disturbed mind by keeping faith on God.

As soon as the caretaker completes herself, Mr Navin Sharma looks at her like he's seeing some ghost.

The destiny is playing its old game with his kids as he's been a prey to it. He could see his own life history to be repeated....Riddhima .. his Riddhima is married to Vansh Rai Singhania who is none other than HIS OTHER DAUGHTER'S HUSBAND!

How could he marry Riddhima by finishing his Shivali .. yes, Shivali has modified her name as Shelly to show herself westernised. Is he planning to murder of Riddhima too .. for revenge? He's known to the fact how Vansh has fallen for Shelly when she's had no interest for him? It's other thing that later Shelly too has fallen for him. Is..is it all his revenge plan to destroy his kids' lives?

No he can't see by sitting at one place..now only he'll go and confront Vansh and will accept his fault before Riddhima....whatever punishment she will give him, he'll accept all as he is Riddhima's culprit. But he can't see Riddhima dying in Vansh's hands.

Thinking so he gets up abruptly to go towards VR Mansion which has been forbidden for Sharma and Mehra family after knowing how Vansh's one deed has taken their precious Shelly's life. Due to scarcity of proof and the power of VRS, they couldn't seek justice to her death but now it's not late yet to save his another daughter's life.

With that he sits on the passenger seat and asks driver to start car for VR Mansion, much to the old driver's shocked gaze. Being a loyal driver to Sharma family, he's aware of the one and half year's back incident. But Mr Navin Sharma is too busy to think of past to notice his curiosity :-

It has been a joyous moment for Sharma family that day as after many days, they have got one costly project. After Riddhima's disappearance from their life, they have been losing their wealth and prosperity and after a long they have signed a deal with a foreign company..so indeed it's a grand moment to celebrate!

They have asked Shivali to join them for dinner but she's politely declined the offer saying she's planned some surprise for Vansh. They have been delighted to listen her happy tune....unknown to the fact, not Vansh but Shelly is going to be surprised that night.

If it's not for her letter before leaving this world, they could have never known how Vansh is reason behind her death....with her unborn kid.

Shelly has been one month pregnant with Vansh's child so she's been happy to celebrate the night for giving the special surprise .. but before that her world has been crushed knowing HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF! VANSH HAS BEEN CHEATING ON HER .... at first, it has been hard to believe that a guy like Vansh could turn as a betrayer .. but a dying person never lies.

Having no proof, Vansh has been out of any punishment and he himself has refused to accept such accusations saying someone is playing prank on them....after that they have cut every ties with him as he's the murderer of Shelly in their eyes.

Now he could understand Shivali has been right....Vansh has been cheating on Shivali with Riddhima. He can't blame his daughter knowing if Riddhima has been aware of Vansh to be her sister's husband then she could have never agreed to that jerk.

His inner conversation gets halt when the driver calls him loudly - "Sir, your phone is ringing continuously for last few minutes....are you okay?"

Nodding his head a little, Navin picks up the call to frown but later it gets deepened with worry. Cutting the call, he asks the driver to move the car for home....he just hopes everything remains in one piece till he reaches there.

All family has had their dinner in Siya's room only. The grown up kids feed Riddhima from side with eating themselves. She's laying in half sitting position while all three are sitting on the bed around her. Vansh is watching everything from the couch placed before. He's having a lump in his throat to gulp the food down ; an unknown heaviness of worry is eating him up.

Something is not right which he can feel and he's anxious for that storm.

Dadi is already asleep in her room so she's out of the scene....even she doesn't like Riddhima to be with her this time. Vansh thanks God a zillion times for making dadi asleep before only..otherwise, she could have started to fuss around which Vansh doesn't want. Riddhima is already stressed of something and he doesn't want a sick person to feel more worry.

Thinking all these, he's hardly had his dinner while others have already finished theirs. After keeping her plate aside, Siya wipes Riddhima's lips with a tissue just a mother does to her baby. Riddhima has tears in her eyes because she's never enjoyed these special moments in her life.

After that Aryan and Maan makes her lie down and Siya asks her to close eyes. Then she herself lies beside Riddhima and hugs her from side. The twins deny to leave the room and thinks to sleep by sitting on couch.

Vansh is watching all with surprised gaze. But seeing Maan and Aryan adamant, he asks them to sleep on their room while he will take the couch in the very room making all shocked. Riddhima is numb to react because she's learnt to let go off things related to HIM. So she keeps silent..afraid of raising hope in her deserted heart again!

However, the twins have to leave the room being defeated when Vansh assures the door will be open so that they could come anytime to check on their bhabhi maa.

After their departure, Vansh gets up to go outside to have a fresh air by switching off the bright light in the room. In this few hours, he's experienced more than his capacity. He's feeling pain in his heart and the sadness engulfs his senses. Coming to dining table, he seats there by placing his both hands over his face .. then only a sudden ping makes him conscious to look over the area .. and there he finds Riddhima's mobile. May be she's left it here before being unconscious suddenly.

Thinking to check it or not, he goes with the former option. He can't wait to find a mail notification at this hour of 9 p.m. Moreover, he knows there's no password in her phone so it's easy to check it.

As soon he opens the lock and connects the mobile data, the email pops up on the screen and he opens it with trembling hands to see the sender's address.

It reads thus :-

Dear Mrs Riddhima,

It's Mrs D'Souza, your personal doctor from Mumbai Government Hospital. I'm here to notify you that your report has reached to me today and I'm very tensed of your health. It'll be better if you come to my cabin directly tomorrow by 10 o'clock. I'm sure you can sense urgency in my tone....the sooner you will be, it will be better.

Mrs D'Souza.

As soon as he completes in sensing something wrong in the message, his entire body starts to tremble in sudden fear. He can read the seriousness underneath....and he's very much aware Riddhima will never inform him of her problem..moreover, she is not in a position to go and meet the doctor.

He has decided....HE WILL GO IN PLACE OF HERS .. WHATEVER PROBLEM SHE'S FACING, AS A HUSBAND HE'S WHOLE RIGHT TO KNOW. EVEN HE COULD PREPARE HER MENTALLY IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH HER.

So he deletes the email from her phone so that she can't get to know now. He'll tell her on right time as for now she needs rest .. extra stress will make her more weak.

That's when he notices Riddhima has gone to government hospital when she could have gone to any prestigious nursing home. Then why she's chosen a local hospital?

His conscience mocks him - Have you ever recognised her as your wife to outer world?....or has she got the status as a VIP being the Vansh Rai Singhania's wife?

He's no answer rather than to be silent with numbness. The uneasiness in himself settles so deep that the less amount of sleep also flies away and he passes the night being awake. Whole night the past incidents start to play before his eyes and his eyes get heavy with tears of guilt and pain.

He's been never like this which he's now. But why life has to play that way to make him the villain of his own story?

It's around six of morning his eyes get open with a shock when a cold hand touches his shoulder. He tries to get up so quick that he feels pain in his neck....may be he's slept in sitting position only and it has strained the veins on his neck.

The person asks in worry : "Is everything okay, Vansh sir? Riddhima beti is okay, naah?"

Vansh closes his eyes remembering Riddhima and says with a slight smile - "She is sleeping, Meena Maa. Let me freshen up till then you can prepare the breakfast..we will have it in Siya's room. Even dadi will be awake soon."

The old maid nods her head politely and goes to kitchen to prepare breakfast. She places her hands on her forehead to pray for Riddhima's quick recovery.

Soon Vansh gets ready in his casual .. he's tensed to go for the appointment in Riddhima's place. He hopes everything goes well and Riddhima doesn't feel hurt for his interfering in between.

The breakfast too ends like last night's meal. Dadi listens everything from her room and scrunches her nose. Muttering some curses for Riddhima, she starts to chant God's name.

While Vansh is all while watching the scene with hidden adoration. The way his siblings take care of a sick Riddhima is overwhelming him. He hopes his family doesn't break with the unknown storm he's getting vibes for.

Riddhima has noticed how Vansh is little bit indifferent today. But knowing he'll not tell her his worry if she asks also, she shakes her thoughts away and concentrates on the unconditional love she's getting from her babies.

As soon as the clock shows 9.30 of a new morning, Vansh gets up to go by asking the siblings to be with Riddhima today ; having a leave they are happy to be with their bhabhi maa but Riddhima's health is making them sad also.

However, not able to control himself more Vansh leaves to drive for Mumbai Government Hospital. Being a busy morning on highway, he's to face the traffic which deteriorates his mood and the remaining distance he drives with utmost speed. Like his inner self is making him impatient.

Meanwhile, Mrs D'Souza is sitting on her chair with a tensed face as the wall clock is showing exact 10 and she knows it's time for Riddhima to show up. After thinking a lot, she's sent her the mail around 9 p.m. She's sure Riddhima has received her email but she gets shocked when Mr Vansh Rai Singhania enters with a knock.

Only one word comes out of her mouth : "You?"

Vansh has been too worried and upon that the traffic has made him mad so somewhat rudely he answers : "Yes, ME....Vansh Rai Singhania, your patient - Mrs Riddhima Vansh Rai Singhania's pati .. I think I've right to know of my own biwi?"

Though his reply has been sarcastic but the doctor is too busy to notice that : "But Riddhima herself has requested to not inform anyone from her husband's family about her."

Now Vansh losses all ego before the woman and literally pleads her to tell him everything as she's sick and he doesn't want to make her more stressed.

Mrs D'Souza nods her head in understanding that the symptoms have started to make her health weaker - "It has to happen when she's diagnosed with BRAIN TUMOR .. and her being TWO MONTHS PREGNANT is making her health more weak."

Vansh losses his breath and the moment gets stopped for him. His own words start echoing in his ears :-

"I WISH HER TO DIE BEFORE BEING PREGNANT WITH MY BABY....or I am doubtful of that child's future. I can't accept a baby from her....even God also will be thoughtful before making a murderer, mother of an innocent life."

He is going to fall but before that Ranjit holds him from side and makes him sit on the chair and places the glass of water in his hand.

Ranjit has done the tests again in request of Mrs D'Souza but there's no change in it ; but seeing the ever strict Vansh Rai Singhania falling weak listening his wife's disease makes them surprised. Like any prestigious people, there are rumours of Vansh Rai Singhania's wife also which they too have listened. But the scene they are witnessing proves the rumour false.
