Still hugging the big babies to her chest for eternity, she feels something different like she'll never get this time back in her life ; something is dragging her far....very far from them and she can't but watch....and she despises it to be helpless AGAIN! Fate can't be that cruel to her to snatch siblings from hers like before!

All helpless in the hands of fate, now she can't simply sit and watch letting destiny to decide everything for her. From childhood she's faced the cruel fate. But not now! She will live if not for her then for her babies. Yes, she's promised to herself that she'll not run after tomorrow rather live for today. She's realised it's life and none can promise for the next second. So she'll devote her whole soul for her loving kids and let loose the weaker holds....with that her gaze ponders over a thoughtful Vansh.

Meanwhile, Vansh is thinking how to start a conversation with his wife as till now he's never taken any step towards her so everything seems anew to him. But he hasn't waited much when he listens her painful moan.

Diverting her eyes from Vansh, Riddhima looks at the wall clock to panick as it's already their past dinner time and she's lying like a log without making dinner. So she hurries to get up but hisses at the next moment when a sudden pain hits her abdomen.

The siblings hurriedly makes her lie and rebuke her in a strict tone to take rest. But Vansh unknowingly blurts out his emotions for the very first time, earning gazes from four people.

Seeing her in pain and above all his siblings' strictness makes him sorry for her and he feels to express his very first thought - "Why are you getting up now? Can't you take a little rest....the doctor has advised you to eat well and have full rest..you are weak ; upon that, you don't care of your health a bit! Why are you so negligent towards your own health?...."

Riddhima is too shock to avert her eyes while Vansh stops knowing he's expressed his fear before all.

To ease the uncomfortable silence, he himself answers his queries - "Ohhh..I've asked Meena Maa to set dinner on table so don't take unnecessary tension. You don't have to get up as I'll ask her to bring your food here."

Riddhima lowers her eyes as she's nothing to say when Vansh is eagerly waiting to listen her voice. But to his disappointment, she's all silent for the first time in their married life. He's never thought to face this situation where she'll be such distant from him and to speak truly....it bloody hurts!

That's when Siya breaks all his thoughts in middle : "No..no..no..we are not going anywhere leaving bhabhi maa here. We'll too have our food with bhabhi maa ; whenever, we get sick she never leaves us in seclusion then how could we? You..you go..we all will manage here!"

And not so surprisingly, the twins too support her ; Riddhima has once tried to intervene but nothing stands before the possessive babies of hers! And once again she feels overwhelmed.

None has noticed the changing facial expressions of Vansh. He doesn't know what to feel in this moment. They have the purest bond of mother and kids when he's tried to break it for his own selfish motives. He can see truly how much they adore her and the love in her eyes demeans him before himself. For the first time he feels so low of himself.

Today he's facing many things for the very first time ; he's never felt those emotions which he's feeling now. He's no clue to which way his life is going but surely he's no issue with it. He's forgot that Riddhima is the person whom he accuses for HIS SHELLY's premature death.

The previous day is filming before his eyes like a train. He can't stop feeling sad, empathy and what not for the pure soul! He doesn't know why Vansh Rai Singhania can't see the best gift God has sent to him in form of Riddhima.

From last few years, he's constantly working as p.a. of Vansh Rai Singhania. He's always adored his buisness skills but when he's seen him to behave such inhumane with his Riddhima bhabhi, he just can't but feel sorry for VRS. Now he knows none is perfect. He may achieve success in buisness but he sucks the personal life in every inch.

He's always felt Shelly to be not good one for his boss but couldn't afford to express it. As he's no right to speak of one's personal life. But when the incident has happened two years ago and Riddhima has entered Vansh's life without a clue, he has known God always sends the right person in according to His plan.

But he couldn't understand Vansh's logic to punish Riddhima indirectly for Shelly's death when it's an accident case.

Each day he's seen Vansh to keep his emotions at bay before Riddhima. He's also a man and he knows Vansh is no jerk to lust over Riddhima. He's never eyed her that way..rather he's seen a mixture of emotions in Vansh's eyes - pain, sadness, guilt and LOVE! Yes, love too. The feeling is so deep that he doubts to notice it during Shelly's time.

Vansh Rai Singhania is a man of compressed self. He never speaks his emotions in volume and he has spent these years of experiencing him well. He has noticed how those mixed up emotions to light up whenever he sees Riddhima before him but at the next second it goes vanished like a thin needle in a heap of hay! He knows something is hidden before all....behind his rude demeanor. He's not the same man who has been a carefree and cheerful with his siblings but now he's too stressed with himself.

Every time she sends lunch at office, he has not only thrown those at dustbin but he's kept starving also. Vansh Rai Singhania is a man who never shows disrespect towards food so may be he's been guilty somewhere to behave such jerk.

But last day it has been too much! That bratty friend of his has angered him in such a way that he's dared to pronounce such bad words for his own wife. He still could remember his Riddhima bhabhi's painful look ; but he's been fearing seeing those big expressive eyes too lost somewhere!

After Ishani's leave, Vansh has been turned into the Rudra Avatar of Lord Shiva and has destroyed everything in the room in mere agony. He can't understand the man....if he's hurt to hurt her then why is he doing it? Is there any connection with his past?..he feels suspicious and has thought the very moment to search everything with all his patience.

Vansh Rai Singhania once has helped him when he's been sort of money for his brother in law's heart surgery. Vansh has helped from breaking his sister's marriage so he too will try to compensate that by fixing his jumbled up life.

Everything has been fixed and fate too seems to be on his side. And he's now sitting on the Cafe House .. just to cool down himself. And he takes a sip of his capuchino..but still a thunder passes through his veins just to remember the event happened few minutes before his eyes. It feels the broad daylight has waken him up from a horrified dream :-

After the office hour, Viraj gets out from VR Fashion House in hurry. He has taken leave for two days to visit his sister who lives in other state with her husband. She's delivered a baby boy few months ago and he's not got leave to visit that baby till now. That much workload he's been having! And knowing his promised self towards VRS, his sister too has accepted his apology.

However, he's eager to start the journey next day itself and make his sister surprised. So he's many things to do now .. like packing and going to bed before having some good meal so that he could get up early next morning.

But all his plannings get halt with the traffic signal and unlike other days, he's not cursing it as his mood is too good. With humming an old song of Kishore Kumar, he looks out of the window of his car but stops abruptly like he's seeing any ghost!

There just beside his car, he founds a red Ferrari Portofino ; but what attracts him towards it is the person sitting on the passenger seat. Her hands are around the strong muscular body while she is smiling like a mad in love!

And before he could come out of his frozen state, the signal gets cleared and the car zooms out of his vision and he couldn't search it again.

With remembrance, a sigh comes out of him! All his planning to visit his sister is now dead here. He can't understand what to do. He's not that wrong to find her in the car .. he's been in his right state of mind then to see delusional.

Does that mean she has been fooling around all? And he decides to visit his sister after unfolding the mystery. If he leaves it behind for his sister then she too will feel guilty. His sister, Anushka respects Vansh too much for giving her husband another life..so she will be happy if Viraj brings peace in Vansh's married life....so it's settled now. The two days of leave will go for searching the dead suspense!

Navin Sharma takes a seat before the caretaker of the old orphanage and lowers his eyes in pain listening the hardships his daughter has gone through. He doesn't understand how to meet his love there when their love symbol has all but a painful childhood and that's only because of him.

But it's too soon to measure his guilt when the woman in mid fifties says in polite tone : "I'm sorry for not having any record on her present like how she is doing now! .. I mean there are so many orphan kids to keep track on their present. We always try to save them till their maturity so that they could choose their life next so after they go out from here we loss track on them."

Navin closes his eyes listening 'orphan' tag for Riddhima. But whom to ask when he himself is in fault. And a sudden pain engulfs his heart listening Mrs Gupta, the caretaker has no record on hers.

He's been sulking over it when God seems to feel sad for this guilt ridden father and thinks to give him a chance to mend his wrong doings. So Mrs Gupta beams him with the new information - "It is very common but as Riddhima has always kept contact with us after shifting to HER NEW HOME, I can give you her address, rather than her daily activities. Moreover, you are known to be a kind and influential person."

He asks her address like an innocent child but all he feels a new wave of deja vu to hit him with the new found information : "It's known to few only that Mr Vansh Rai Singhania has married Riddhima after his first wife's accidental death. So I'll request you to keep it as secret only..please!"

Mrs D'Souza halts in her thoughts when the Head of Laboratory Department enters into her cabin with permission. She puts forth her doubt with less hope before the young man, Ranjit who is very promising to his own field of examining and detecting the faults in human body.

Instead of feeling humiliated, Ranjit answers with a low voice as he could understand the senior doctor's worry : "I know ma'am why you are too much worried but you are a doctor to know the symptoms and the detection can't be that much wrong! It is hard to gulp the truth but it will be easy if you accept it....MRS RIDDHIMA VANSH RAI SINGHANIA IS SUFFERING FROM BRAIN TUMOR....AND UPON THAT SHE IS TWO MONTHS PREGNANT! So generally any doctor would be thoughtful for her present situation!

So ma'am, please contact her family first as we can't wait when two lives are in bay of life and death!"

But Mrs D'Souza is thoughtful because she remembers those painful eyes requesting her to not contact anyone from her family except for hers, whatever the situation is!
