Danielle POV

I slowly woke up to a bright room. The whole room reeked of hand sanitizer. I tried to sit up, but winced in pain.

I saw an unfamiliar guy sitting at my side. His eyes went wide and called the nurse. "Wh-Who are you?" I asked stuttering.

The nurse came in. "He saved your life." She smiled. "I'm nurse Charlie. If it weren't for him you probably wouldn't of made it."

I frowned. I wanted to die. I put on a fake smile. The nurse checked everything out then left.

"I'm Mikey." The guy said holding out his hand. Boy, he's cute.

"I uh um Danielle." I stuttered, shaking his hand.

"Why did you jump?" He asked serious.

"I'm different. I'm not,like other people. Everyone things I'm a bitch when all I am is brutally honest. I'm a disappointment." I told him.

"No, your not." He put a hand on my cheek.

"I barely know you." I laughed looking into his eyes.

"Where going to have to did that now won't we." He smiled brushing my Brown hair out of my face.

Violet POV

Dead at last. Now I won't be a disappointment. I opened my eyes and realized I was still alive. The room reeked of hand sanitizer.

I saw two nurses and a guy beside my bed.

"She's awake." one of the nurse said. "I'm Mrs.Collins."

"And I'm Ms. Lola."the other one told me.

"Why am I hear?" I asked.

"This guy saved your life." I wanted to die. Did you not see the pill bottles scattered around me. The nurses checked everything and left.

"What your name." I asked the guy.

"Frank. What yours?"

"V-Violet." I stuttered falling on the hospital bed. His hand went behind my back and pushed me up to look at him. "I-Uh-

He put his hand on my check, caressing it with his thumb. He brushed some hair out of my face. He smiled and I smiled back.
