It was as though I felt nothing anymore, eyes closed in pain as Draco and Theo rushed to my side. I knew it was them by their touch, their smell and the sound of their voices.

"Stay with us trinity" Theo's voice seemed so far away as if he was miles away

"Come on, come on" Draco shouted

I felt myself floating or as I assumed someone picked me up and everything was dark. I began to feel it fade away and for a moment I felt at peace for the first time in my life. I wanted to let the peace consume me and that's exactly what I did. Because in that moment I was happier to have had something with someone even if it failed to last longer.

Matteo rushes in when he heard she was in the hospital but Draco, Theo and blaze all refuse to let him see her let along go near her. Enzo shows the mistake he made and he fills with regret and anger. He yells at Enzo for taking the picture but then finds himself with a bloody nose from Draco and a cut from Theo's ring when it collided with his cheek.

"You told her" Matteo said

"Of course she deserved to know" Enzo snapped

"Can't believe you'd lead her on this long Matteo" Draco hissed

"Could have cut it off sooner, she loves you and honestly we all thought you did too" Theo said

"I'm, I do love her" Matteo said

"Clearly not as much as she loves you, she'd die for you she told me that she was good with no other guys, she told me that she thought you were the perfect one for her even if you could be seen as the bad guy, you were sweet enough for her to love you and not care where you came from, now look what you've done I had to protect us with a blocking spell and it ricocheted off and hit her directly in the chest with her own destructive magic" Draco snapped

"No she can't, she's fine right" Matteo asked

"Merlin only knows Matteo" Pansy snapped

"She's fine she has to be" Matteo said as he paced the room

"Just go Matteo, leave please before we get more upset with you" Draco said

"Yeah ok, your right I'm sorry" Matteo said and turned on his heels leaving the infirmary

Two weeks later

It had been two weeks and she was still unconscious and unresponsive to anything. Potions didn't seem to help and she didn't move and once either. No matter what the nurses did seemed to help or give any sigh she was alright. Draco and Theo were both a mess and Matteo even though he sort of had the right to be. He decided it best he travel home for the time being until he got some news of her condition. Tom kept him updated considering the others refused to keep him updated. Tom watched her trying to read her mind and this was the only time he had access to it. Because she wasn't capable of blocking him out in this state she was in so even if he was taking advantage of her privacy he had to. For the sake of himself, her and overall his brothers sanity.

Tom has never seen his brother so broken, so weak and it was all for love right. Love the didn't last and he now feels guilty but why, Tom couldn't understand it. Tom felt nothing although he enjoyed watching Matteo interact with Trinity. From the smile on both their faces, he even accepted that they might marry after Hogwarts. But now he didn't know what to think, she wasn't going to be part of the riddle family not now. She despised Matteo yet deep down as Tom dug beneath the surface he found the truth. She connected with Matteo on various levels because of her past, her present and everything she's done or will do. Tom smirked at the knowledge he was given after reading her thoughts.

Not that he cared that she wasn't awake to consider letting him into her mind. Only because he needed to know things for his brothers sake of course. Because in the end Tom would do anything for his younger brother and his family. Matteo was all Tom had because their father nor mother was around. Even if Tom and Matteo shared different mothers and Tom was created under a love potion. It didn't matter to Tom that Matteo did have his mother somewhat around in his life. It didn't matter because Tom knew in the end Matteo would side with him even if he had to choose between him and his mother. And in the end Tom would do exactly the same as Matteo. They were closer now especially after the two weeks that she was unconscious. But as Tom sat there in the chair along side Theo and Draco he watched her stir a little.

"She moved" Theo whispered

"Do you think she hears us?" Draco asked solemnly

"She might" Theo said

"She can" Tom stated causing their heads to turn

"What how do you know?" Theo asked

"He's reading her mind" Draco said acknowledging the fact Tom was invading her privacy

"I had no choice, you both nor the others want to inform my brother on her wellbeing so I had no other choice but to read her mind" Tom said standing and heading towards the door

"You have no right, and you had a choice he doesn't deserve to know what or how she's doing, he deserves to feel the guilt and the consequences are what he put upon himself" Theo snapped

"Boys I have patience's trying to rest if you want to shout take it elsewhere" the nurse said

"No we're done" Theo said and Tom left the hospital wing with a glare to his face

Theo took trinitys hand in his and kissed the top gently tears welled in his eyes. All this reminded him of his mothers death and he wouldn't no he couldn't bare to loose the one person he loved. When he was forced to watch her love another he was heartbroken at the sight. Less often was he around the group for that reason that past few months of course.
