Third Person POV

"Eh? So we are still trial members?" Shiro was confused as he continued eating his strawberry flavored Pocky. He thought the tryouts past and he entered the club already.

"Yes. We need to go ask Coach for an official form."Kuroko replied as he led them the second years' floor to search for Riko. They entered the classroom to see her happily drinking her milk while being in a daze.

"Coach, we'd like an official club membership form." Kuroko suddenly said towards Riko.

"Pfft. Can you not appear out of nowhere?!" Riko yelled as she spits out the milk she was just drinking a moment ago.

"Well, you both have potential so we welcome you to the club." Riko handed the forms to the both of them. "However, I'll accept your form on Monday at 8:40 on the roof."

"Hai. Arigato gozaimasu." Kuroko said as left with Shiro. And if you were wondering what Shiro was doing during their conversation, he was, of course, enjoying his strawberry pocky snack and decided to let Kuroko do the talking.

The next day~

Everyone arrived at the rooftop as they stare at Riko standing atop near the edge all high and mighty.

"I forgot all about it, but Monday...THE MORNING ASSEMBLY STARTS IN FIVE MINUTES!!!" Kagami yells. Surprisingly, even though there's an echo, no one from below noticed. (The power of anime.)

"If you want me to accept your forms, give me your year, class, and name. Announce your goals here and now. If you failed you achieve your goal, you'll come back up here, strip naked, and confess your feelings for the girl you love." Riko threatened.

After hearing the threat, Kuroko gave a glance towards Shiro. He wondered how would Shiro react if he were to do that. As his stare grew more intense, Shiro turned to look back at him with a confused face.

"Kuro-chan, is there something wrong?"

"No, I was just wondering who is the girl Shiro will confess to if it were to happen," Kuroko replied and for some reason, Kagami's ear perked up at this and is secretly listening in the conversation.

"But if there isn't a girl. And I believe we all would be able to accomplish our goals together!" Kuroko and Kagami both gave a sigh of relief after hearing that Shiro doesn't have anyone he likes as of now. Then Kagami decided to take a step forward and walk towards the fence.

"This will be easy. This isn't even a test." Kagami said as he hopped on top of the fence. "Class 1-B, number 5, Kagami Taiga. I will defeat the Generation of Miracles and become the best player in Japan!"

"Next one, go!"

"Can I say I want a girlfriend?"

"No. What else do you have? No one is going? Okay then, Shiro you go up." Riko ordered as she lightly pushed Shiro forward.

"M-Me?" Shiro questions as he looks at the bunch of people below and gets nervous. So many new people. They are all staring up now because Kagami caused the attention earlier on. Shiro gripped onto her gakuran and started speaking.

"C-Class 1-B, number 7, Yu-Yu-Yukimura S-Shiro. I want to play basketball with everyone again and help my new teammates achieve their goals." By now Shiro's cheeks were already dusted in pink. He really isn't use to speaking in front of so many new people. Plus, this is a totally different feeling than playing on court.

Unknown to Shiro, both Kuroko and Kagami were staring at Shiro being flushed. They thought he looked so cute and wanted to hide him from the views of others. His cuteness struck them like an arrow. If the other members were here, they would undoubtedly bring Shiro into their embrace.

Shiro walked back from the fence and headed right into the arms of Kuroko, causing the jealousy of Kagami. He hugged Kuroko tightly as Kuroko patted his head in an assurance that he was okay and he did well.

"It's alright. Shiro was amazing." Kuroko comforted. Shiro finally looked up, his cheeks still pink from nervousness. The looks of his eyes basically asking if what Kuroko said was true.

"Yes. Shiro is always amazing. Are you feeling better now?" Kuroko asked as he continues to pat Shiro's head. Feeling Shiro's soft hair and his embrace is making Kuroko feel really satisfied right now.

"A-Arigato..." Shiro finally came out of Kuroko's embrace. Kuroko felt a bit disappointed that he can't hug Shiro anymore while Kagami felt delighted that he didn't have an eyesore anymore.

"HEY! The basketball club, again?! I warned you last year. Didn't you say you'd never do this again?"

(Well that's a way to ruin the mood.)
