He's My Dork {17}

I cracked my eyes open. As my vision cleared, I realized that Misha was watching me, a cute smile on his face.

“Good morning,” he greeted, kissing my cheek.

“What time is it?” I asked sleepily.

“It’s almost six. I woke up an hour ago, but I didn’t want to move and risk waking you up,” he said.

“My parents!” I said, my eyes widening. “My parents are going to kill me!”

“Calm down! I texted Colin!” Misha said quickly, pulling me closer to himself. “After you fell asleep, I texted Colin to tell him you were spending the night. He said he’d handle your parents.”

I relaxed and nodded. “So, have you just been watching me sleep this whole time? You creepy dork.”

“Don’t flatter yourself,” he said, rolling his eyes at me. “I wasn’t watching you sleep for the past hour. I was actually just lying here with my eyes closed. You started to shift and moan, and I could tell you were finally waking up.”

He bit his lip nervously. “Hey Collie?”

“What?” I asked, resting my head on his shoulder and putting an arm around his waist. His arms were around, holding me against his topless self. Sometime after I had fallen asleep, he must have stripped down to his boxers.

“Did you mean what you said last night?” he asked.

“That I loved you?” I asked.

He nodded at me. I sighed and kissed his cheek, nodding at him.

“Yes, I meant it. I do love you Misha. I wasn’t sure before, but I know I’m positive now. I’m in love with you. Yes, you’re a dork and you drive me crazy. But I’m in love with you,” I said, shifting and kissing his lips.

“I drive you crazy? Look who’s talking!” he said, laughing.

He rolled so that he was on top of me, his body a firm weight against my own. His hands rested on either side of my head, holding himself up so that he wasn’t crushing me.

“You drive me crazy with how obstinate you are. But I do love you, Collier Archer,” he said, leaning down and kissing me.

I wrapped my arms around Misha’s neck, pulling him closer to me. I wrapped my legs around his waist, bringing my body up against his as our tongues danced together.

“Hey! Quit making out! We have school today!” Emma said from the doorway.

“Oh my god. If we don’t have sex soon, I swear I’m going to scream,” I groaned, releasing Misha and falling back against the pillows.

                “Collie!” Misha cried, blushing heavily.

“What?” I asked, raising an eyebrow at him. “Face it Misha; your virginity is mine.”

“Gross. Can you save it for when no one’s home?” Emma asked.

“We’re going to have to since you people keep freaking interrupting us!” I grumbled.

“Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh, we’re talking about doing the dirty,” Misha moaned, burying his face against my shoulder. “We’re talking about doing the dirty, and my little sister is right there!”

“’Doing the dirty’?” Emma shook her head at her brother. “Collie, care to do the honor?”

                “You’re a dork,” I said, patting Misha’s head.

“Collie, you’re going to turn my brother into a sex freak,” Emma said with a sigh.

“Emma Marie!” Misha cried in shock, picking his head up and staring at her. “Take that back right now! Holy crap! What is wrong with you people?!”

“Mom made breakfast, by the way. See you boys downstairs.” Emma winked at us before shutting Misha’s door.

“I feel like I need to wash my mind now,” Misha said miserably.

“Oh hush. I can see you being a sex freak, but I won’t let it get that far,” I said, pecking his lips.

Before he could complain, I reached out and pulled his arms so that he fell on top of me. I grunted at his full weight, but ignored it and gripped his face in my hands, pulling him close and kissing him roughly.

I broke away from his lips and sat up with him. We got out of his bed and he pulled a pair of basketball shorts on.

He took my hand in his and we made our way down to the kitchen. We sat down together, and Mrs. Redner came over to us, setting down a plate of pancakes for both of us.

“I agree with Emma. I think you’re actually a closet freak Misha,” she said, ruffling his hair affectionately.

                “Mom!” he cried in horror.

“Cover your ears, Emma. Your brother is being a bad influence,” Mr. Redner said.

“Mom, dad, stop,” Misha begged, slapping his hands over his ears. “I don’t want to talk about this! Especially with you guys!”

“You have such pretty eyes, Misha. The same as your grandfather had. You’re a handsome kid, and I’m not just saying that because you’re my son. It’s sad that you’ll never reproduce,” Mrs. Redner said with a sigh.

“Well, I think it’s time to get Emma and Collie to school,” Misha said, moving to get up.

I pulled him back down and kissed him. “Eat your breakfast,” I said.

                “Yes master,” Misha said sarcastically.

“Master? Well, Misha was the catcher for his baseball team when he was younger…” Mr. Redner said with a sigh.

“Dad! Holy shit! Stop it!” Misha said, his face turning bright red.

“Such vulgarities,” I said, shaking my head at Misha.

“Collie is right. Watch your language when you’re speaking to your father Misha!” Mrs. Redner said sternly.

Misha sighed hopelessly and buried his head against my shoulder. I hugged him and kissed him lovingly, smiling to show him that we were all just joking around with him.

We ate and went back upstairs to Misha’s room. He dug around his drawers, finally tossing a pair of jeans and a T-shirt at me.

I stripped out of my shorts and pulled the jeans on. They hung low on my hips, low enough to make Misha blushed when he glanced at me.

“Sorry. I bought those jeans without realizing that they were kind of loose. Do you want a different pair?” he asked.

“Nah, these are fine,” I said. I had never really cared what clothes I wore, as long as they weren’t obnoxiously big or small. These jeans were comfortably big on me.

I pulled on to T-shirt and grabbed one of Misha’s beanies, pulling it on to hide my messy hair. There was no way I was going to both trying to tame my hair.

“You look cute,” Misha said, coming over and wrapping his arms around my waist. “You never really wear beanies. I like you with them on.”

“I’ll start wearing my beanies more if you stop tucking your shirts in,” I said.

“Deal,” he said, laughing. He kissed me and stepped away from me, pulling a T-shirt on and grabbing his car keys.

I followed him and Emma out to the car. I sat in the front seat, playing with Misha’s iPod as he drove. Finally, I settled on some Mr. Mister and leaned back against the seat.

“Going old school, huh?” Misha asked playfully as Broken Wings played.

“My brother likes Mr. Mister,” I said with a shrug.

Misha pulled up in front of the school a few minutes later. I took my seatbelt off and leaned over, pressing my lips to his.

“Bye. I’ll see you after school?”

Misha nodded and kissed me again. “Of course. I have work at five, but that gives us about two hours. And since tomorrow is Friday, we’re finally going to have our little hot tub date,” he said with a smile.

                Friday! Shit!

Vance’s words flashed back to me, and I realized that I had until tomorrow to come up with a plan to handle him. I couldn’t let him go after Ant. Hell, the three of them would hurt and terrify Ant again, and he didn’t deserve that.

“Yea. Tomorrow,” I mumbled, getting out of the car and shutting the door.

I followed Emma inside and we looked around until we had found Colin, Ant, and Zane. I went over to them and Colin glanced at me curiously.

“Are you still a virgin?” he asked suspiciously.

“Yes,” I said, rolling my eyes. “I just slept in his bed. What did you tell mom and dad, anyways?”

“I said you were sleeping over Zane’s house. Then I had to convince them that Zane was straight,” Colin said, shrugging.

“Yay! I was useful!” Zane said, clapping.

Colin blushed. “I left out the fact that you were Ant’s best friend, though. And my dad was so suspicious that he actually asked me if you’d ever had sex with a girl.”

“He lost his virginity in his Uncle’s basement when he was 16,” Ant said, grinning and laughing evilly as Zane pouted.

“Yea, do I need to remind you who your first kiss was with?” he asked, raising an eyebrow at Ant.

Now it was Ant’s turn to blush. He turned and smacked Colin in the arm. “Are you going to let Zane, pain, rain talk to me like that Colin?!”

Colin wrapped an arm around Ant’s waist and shrugged. “Yea, probably.”

“Worst. Boyfriend. Ever. I’m leaving you for Collie!” Ant whined, pulling away from Colin and jumping at me. He wrapped his arms around my neck and smiled up at me. “Hi Collie, my new boyfriend!”

Normally, that kind of comment would have had me blushing. But my feelings for Ant really were gone, so I simply rolled my eyes.

“Hey, I have a boyfriend. A very dorky one, but still. You can be stuck with Colin,” I said, peeling Ant off of me and shoving him at Colin.

Colin caught him and spun him around, kissing him. Apparently forgetting that he was faking anger at Colin, Ant instantly got lost in the kiss, and it shifted to quite the make-out.

“Okay, we’re in school,” I said, pulling them apart. “Ant, quit trying to devour my brother’s face in the middle of the hallway.”

“It’s okay; I devoured all of him the other day,” Ant said joyfully.

“Ant!” Colin said, blushing heavily and slapping a hand over his mouth.

“This morning is just full of sexual conversations,” I said with a sigh.

Emma giggled and nodded. We made our way to the senior hallway and split up to go to our lockers.

“Hey Collie…You haven’t done anything bad with Misha, have you?” Colin asked as he pulled his locker open.

I shook my head. “Nah. Just slept together in our boxers. A few intense moments where things got close, but we’ve never done what you and Ant have.”

“Are you going to sleep over again? I figure you can just use Zane as an excuse. Ant told me that Zane doesn’t mind us throwing his name around to trick our parents,” Colin said.

“I might sleep over tomorrow,” I said.

“Alright. Ant and I are going on a date tomorrow, so I’ll probably end up sleeping over his house. I’ll just tell mom and dad that I’m sleeping over Peter’s house or Cameron’s house,” he said with a shrug. Colin had a lot of friends, and mom and dad knew that. Colin was incredibly popular.

But I felt myself growing afraid. “You and Ant have a date tomorrow?” I asked.

“Yea. I’m going to take him to the movies and then we can go get dinner and hang out at his house,” he said cheerfully.

I nodded, pretending to look for something in my locker so that I wouldn’t have to say anything else. I could never break Colin and Ant up. I had never seen my brother this happy before.

The bell rang and we all went off to class. When it was lunch time, we sat together, Colin splitting his lunch with me.

My phone buzzed in my pocket and I pulled it out. I opened the text message and sighed hopelessly.

                From: Misha

I was watching Sekirei to kill time before I had to go to class and my mom told me that I need to get laid already. Can we just move into that apartment tonight? -.-

“Oh Misha,” I said, shaking my head and texting him back.

“What’d he do this time?” Emma asked curiously.

“He’s watching dirty anime and your mom is giving him helpful advice,” I said, smirking.

“I want to meet him!” Ant said, picking his head up off of Colin’s shoulder. “I want to meet your boyfriend, Collie!”

“He’s nothing special,” Emma said, laughing. “Just a dorky 20 year old boy who still lives with his parents and spends his time watching anime and shooting Collie bedroom eyes.”

“Aw, he sounds cute!” Ant said happily.

I sighed. “Misha is a very confusing combination of drop dead sexy man, and adorable little boy. It gives me a headache at times.”

“Really? I’ve always just thought of my brother as a nerd,” Emma said.

“OH CAN WE DOUBLE DATE? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE?” Ant begged.

“I don’t want to double date with my brother!” I said, pouting.

                “Hey!” Colin whined.

“Colin, Collie! Suck it up! Colin, you and I are double dating with Collie and Misha this weekend!” Ant said sternly.

“Fine, fine, fine. I’ll ask Misha if he’s free Saturday,” I said.

                “YAY!” Ant cheered.

“Collie, I have poptarts in my locker. Go grab some. I’m still hungry,” Colin said, frowning down at the empty lunch tray we had been sharing.

I stood up and left the cafeteria. I made my way down to the empty senior hallway, putting in Colin’s locker combination and pulling his locker open. My eyes scanned for the poptart box, landing on it after a few seconds. I started to reach for the box, wondering wh-

                “Ow!”

I let out a hiss of pain as I was slammed against the locker roughly. I spun around and groaned miserably.

“Will you three ever leave me alone?” I asked, rubbing my temples as a headache started up at the sight of them.

“You have until tomorrow to break Ant and Colin up. You don’t want us going after you again, do you?” Vance asked, his voice cold.

“Nice split lip,” I said, smirking at the sight of it.

But I whimpered as he grabbed my hair and slammed my head back against the lockers. He got in my face, glaring at me.

“I am not in the mood for you after you punched me in the mouth yesterday faggot,” he snarled, pulling his lip down so that I could see how horribly cut up it was from my punch.

He slammed me against the locker a few more times, making me yelped and rub my hip as I smashed it. Vance just kept glaring as he did it.

He released me and stepped back so that he was next to Jake and Drew again. Jake crossed his arms, eyeing me.

“I remember when Colin used to shove Ant into his locker for being a faggot. I wish we could do that to you, Collie. But you’re taller than Ant. Too tall to fit in a locker,” he said.

“You have until tomorrow. And if Colin and Ant are still together, we’ll put you in the hospital. Kick the shit out of you right after school. And don’t you test us, because you know we’ll do it. Then we’ll go after Misha Redner,” Vance said flatly.

“You won’t touch Misha!” I said furiously. “You won’t fucking touch him!”

“Try us,” Vance said and turned, walking away. Jake and Drew hurried to follow him.

I sank down against Colin’s locker, trying not to tremble. I couldn’t protect Misha, and even if I warned him, it wouldn’t matter. They would get him alone after work some day, and hurt him. And it would be all my fault.

I gulped, knowing that it was no use. I could have Colin and Ant pretend to break up, but that wouldn’t work for very long. And I couldn’t tell either of them, because if Colin found out, he would go after the homophobes and get himself hurt.

I was out of options here. I didn’t know what to do, or how to protect everyone. They hadn’t said it, but I knew they were still planning to go after Ant, too. He was scarred from the first time they had gone after him.

After a minute, I forced myself to get to my feet. I grabbed a poptart for Colin, not feeling hungry anymore.

I made my way back to the cafeteria, tossing the poptart to Colin. “Sorry it took so long. I kept screwing up your combination,” I lied with a shrug.

“You aren’t hungry?” he asked as he opened it. I shook my head at him.

The bell rang a few minutes later. The rest of the day dragged by until Colin was pulling into the Redner’s driveway.

I hopped out of the car and followed Emma inside. Before she got the chance to say anything to me, I hurried up to Misha’s bedroom. I was so stressed out from thoughts of the homophobic assholes attacking Misha, Ant, or Colin.

Misha looked over at me as I opened his bedroom door. He held up a finger to me, his phone held to his ear.

“Uh-huh. Thanks Darren. I have to go, Collie’s here. I’ll talk to you later.” Misha hung up the phone and held his arms out.

I moved into them and Misha hugged me tightly. “Hey. That was Darren. He said that if I don’t get enough money for my birthday, he’ll lend me the rest of the money to get the apartment,” he said, kissing me.

“That’s great,” I said, resting my head on Misha’s chest.

He pulled me down onto his bed with him, shifting us so that I was lying on top of him. He kissed me again and smiled.

“How was your day?” he asked.

“It was fine,” I said, holding myself up so that my full weight wasn’t on Misha. “How was your dirty anime experience?”

“It would have been better if it were naked males, not females.”

                “I could help with that.”

He blushed like crazy, causing me to laugh and kiss him. He gave me his shy smile, turning him back to a cute boy.

I felt despair crashing over me. How could I have let this happen? Vance, Jake, and Drew were going to hurt Misha, and they were going to hurt him badly. And I didn’t even know how to protect him.

“Collie? What’s wrong?” Misha reached up and gently stroked my cheek, concern in his eyes.

“Nothing,” I said, rolling over so that I was next to him. I stared up at the ceiling, wincing when he grabbed my wrist.

“Collie, I thought you were going to be more open with me from now on,” Misha said, looking like something was really bothering him. “If there’s something you want to tell me…”

“There’s nothing,” I said, feeling so hopeless that it actually hurt.

Misha sat up and leaned against the backboard. I shifted, resting my head in his lap and closing my eyes. I just wanted to sleep and forget everything.

“I love you Misha,” I said quietly.

“I love you too Collie,” he said, bending down and kissing me.

                                                                                ***Misha’s POV***

I stared down at Collie. He had drifted off to sleep, curled up comfortably, his head resting in my lap. I twirled strands of his hair around my fingers, knowing how he loved it when I played with his hair.

I chewed on my lip nervously. Collie was back to trying to handle everything on his own. I didn’t know how to make him fess up to me about the bullies.

Because he had pocket dialed me today.

I had answered the phone, only to hear what sounded like someone being banged against a locker. And then that Vance guy’s voice had drifted through the phone, threatening to put Collie in the hospital and come after me.

Collie screaming at him that he wouldn’t touch me kept spinning around my head. After I had heard him talking to Colin, I had hung up the phone, resisting the urge to text him.

But he wasn’t being honest with me. He was trying to figure this out on his own, and he just couldn’t do that. If these guys were going to go after me, they’d make sure Collie wasn’t around when they did it.

I sighed and pulled out my cell phone. I dialed Jamie’s number and held the phone to my ear, my gaze going back down to Collie as I continued to play with his hair.

                “Hello?” Jamie answered.

“Jamie? I need you to do me a huge favor,” I said, keeping my voice low so that I wouldn’t wake Collie up.

“Sure, what do you need Misha?” he asked curiously.

I took a deep breath, my eyes locked on Collie. “I need you to cover my shift for me tomorrow. I was supposed to work from noon to five, but I have something to do during that time tomorrow…”
