"Fucking finally!" Jackson yelled as soon as he stepped foot out of the room, punching his fist up on the air as he rejoiced.

Few students in the hallway turned to look at him in fascination and curiosity, but he didn't mind them even a little.

"Dramatic." Yoongi commented as he walked past Jackson who could only glare at the other.

"Let him be, Yoongi. He's probably just too happy he won't be attending summer class." Mark indulged which made the group snicker.

"Lucky, bastard. He was a point away from wasting his summer in attending remedial class." JB informed, earning a laugh from the group and a pout from Jackson.

Final exams were over and results were already out before the start of summer vacation. Students who failed to pass would be obliged to attend summer class and would not get the chance to attend the Junior-Senior Prom.

Taehyung and his friends fortunately were able to end the school year with flying colors, except for Jackson who almost didn't make it.

"Still, I passed so shut your mouth." Jackson retorted which only had the rest laughing at his pissed face.

The group passed by the hallway where few students were gazing and ogling at them like they were models ramping on a runway.

Taehyung caught sight of Jungkook and his friends going out of their room. Their eyes met for a long while until a smile crept on the blond's lips as he waved his hand to him in a greet.

Taehyung could only nod, feeling his cheek burn at the memory of what transpired during the trip last time.

It was a huge turn around in their 'relationship', and Taehyung could no longer ignore whatever was going on between them.

He promised Chaeyoung he would talk to Jungkook, but things just did not go his way.

Every time he would attempt to ask Jungkook about his intentions and his feelings for him, Taehyung would always cower and stop midway.

He's just too embarrassed and too afraid of the outcome.

"So are we attending the Prom?" Jackson excitedly asked which stopped Taehyung from overthinking.

"I don't know. It's boring if you'd ask me." Joshua responded to which everyone agreed.

"What?" Jackson looked so done as he stared at his friends' bored faces.

"We only get to attend once." Jackson uttered but the same response was given to him by his not so cooperative friends.

The JS Prom was only done every other year for Junior and Senior students, hence the term JS.

"I want to ask Nayeon to be my date." Jackson said which earned a glare from Mark.

"That's a whole ass reason not to attend, then." Mark murmured.

Jackson glared at the other who just continued to walk ahead.

"I've been noticing this before, but I just ignored it. But now I'm fucking sure. You also like Nayeon, don't you?" Jackson blurted which made the group stop from walking.

"Dumb." Mark rolled his eyes as he went downstairs without waiting for them.

"The fuck! You really do!" Jackson ran after the other which had the rest sighing.

"How dumb could he be?" Yoongi commented, making Taehyung sigh.

"I know right? He's too oblivious." Taehyung responded which earned a look from his friends.

"Not coming from you, Taehyung." Yoongi snickered.

"Yeah, you're one to talk." JB added.

Taehyung would have argued back if not for the sudden appearance of Hoseok behind him.

"Yo! Yoongi!" Hoseok beamed, immediately placing his arms over the other's shoulders.

"What?" Yoongi asked, brows almost in one line as he glared at the other.

"Want to be my date on the Prom?" Hoseok asked without hesitation which left a stupefied look on everyone's face except for Taehyung who already saw it coming.

Yoongi just glared at the other before heading downstairs.

"Fucking do what you want!" He said, hiding his embarrassment which made Hoseok grin in victory.

"It's settled, then." Hoseok called out but Yoongi was already out of sight in a rush.

JB and Joshua quickly followed, not wanting to be tangled in Hoseok's antics.

"Isn't he adorable?" Hoseok commented, landing his gaze on Taehyung who could only chuckle.

"You have such a weird definition of adorable." Taehyung commented.

"Well not as weird as Jungkook's, right?" Hoseok uttered before looking past Taehyung.

It didn't take a second for the ravenette to know that Jungkook was already standing behind him.

"I don't know what you're saying." Jungkook responded.

Taehyung could feel that the blond was standing close to him which only made his heart do crazy flips.

"Yeah, yeah.." Hoseok said in boredom as he waved his hand.

"I'll be going after my adorable little meow meow. See you two around." He added before going downstairs, leaving Taehyung and Jungkook behind.

The ravenette slowly turned to look at the blond who had his body leaning on the wall as he stared at him.

"Uh.. Do you have anywhere else to go?" Taehyung asked, looking away from the blond.

"If none, then..." He trailed off, glancing at the other once more who was still staring at him deeply with those raven dark eyes.

Taehyung wanted to ask the other to go home together but he's just too embarrassed to continue.

He heard the blond chuckle which made him stare to look at how insanely handsome Jungkook was without even trying.

"Let's go home together, Taehyung." Jungkook whispered.

And once again, Taehyung's heart went crazy.

The time seemed to have slowed down as the two of them walked side by side with no one attempting to start a conversation.

It was silent but not awkward which was rather unexpected considering how Taehyung's heart had been all over the place.

He discreetly glanced at the blond who had his eyes in front, giving him enough time to be mesmerized by the other's handsome face.

It seemed like Jungkook was becoming more and more breathtakingly handsome these days.

Or was it just in Taehyung's eyes?

"Do you have something to say to me, Tae?" Jungkook suddenly asked as he turned his gaze on the ravenette who was quick to look away.

"I don't-!" Taehyung exclaimed defensively.

"Really? You've been staring at me as if you wanted to say something." Jungkook commented which had Taehyung blushing.

"I don't have anything to say." He immediately responded which made Jungkook chuckle.

"Okay. Well in that case, listen to what I have to say, then." Jungkook said, snapping Taehyung's head in his direction.

"What?" He asked, a bit excited and afraid all at the same time.

"Be my date, Taehyung." Jungkook whispered.

Taehyung could not process the words for a while as he dumbly stared at the blond.

His eyes almost popped out of its sockets when the words finally sank in, making him blush harder.

"What?!" He exclaimed, both of them stopping in front of the park they used to go to before.

Jungkook shyly ran his hand over his blond locks as he stared at the ravenette in the eyes.

"Be my date, Taehyung." He repeated which only turned Taehyung's face as red as that of a tomato.

"If you still couldn't understand, I won't hesitate to say it over and over again." Jungkook whispered, walking a step closer to Taehyung who could only stare at the blond with his gaping mouth.

"Be my date, Taehyung." Jungkook uttered once more.

"Be my- "

Taehyung immediately pressed his hand on Jungkook's mouth to keep him from repeating the words all over again.

"Alright! I-I understand!" Taehyung blurted out, eyes wide and cheeks adorably flushed.

He saw Jungkook's eyes turn crescents as he smiled, making Taehyung pull his hand away from his mouth.

"So is that a yes?" Jungkook asked, eyes playful as he smiled.

Taehyung looked down, wanting to say yes that instant. However, he couldn't just say yes without confirming what had been going on in his head since day one.

He lifted his gaze and seriously stared at the blond.

"Do you like me, Jungkook?" Taehyung bravely asked which earned a look of surprise from the other.

The blond stared at him for a long while as if he had grown three more heads.

"Are you for real, Tae?" Jungkook asked in both surprise and disbelief.

Taehyung nodded.

"Answer my question, Jungkook. Do you like me?" He whispered, feeling his heart going wild in his chest with the kind of look the blond was giving him.

"What kind of question... of course I do!" Jungkook blurted out, not understanding why Taehyung had to ask about something so obvious.

"I wouldn't go kissing someone I don't like, and a man at that!" Jungkook responded in exasperation.

He couldn't believe he would be having such conversation with Taehyung.

"Since when?" Taehyung asked, now staring deeply at the other's eyes.

Jungkook stopped, raking his mind of the time he started liking the other.

"I've been liking you for as long as I could remember." He answered, looking directly in those hazel eyes.

Taehyung felt relieved, finally hearing those words that he had wanted to hear for the longest time.

So all along, he wasn't just being delusional and that to Jungkook, he's really special.

"I thought you already knew before but was just disgusted by the thought that's why you started avoiding me." Jungkook said, making Taehyung look at him in surprise.

"What do you mean?" Taehyung asked as Jungkook sighed.

"I have liked you the moment you found me, Taehyung. Ever since that day, I have loved you." Jungkook whispered, hand reaching to caress Taehyung's face.

"And I tried to hide these feelings of mine, afraid of the consequence it would lead us both." He added, face only an inch away from the ravenette.

"But no matter how hard I tried to hide, I always find myself going back into loving you much greater than before." Jungkook said, planting a soft kiss on Taehyung's lips.

He stared at those hazel eyes that seemed to see right through him.

"So if you're asking me if I like you... the answer is I love you." Jungkook uttered making Taehyung focus on nothing else but the man in front of him.

The man who had such loving eyes as he stared back at him.
