Nate's POV

Rose was calling the police while Dawn was calling Morgan.

I was sitting on the couch, slightly mortified by what had happened.

Basically, I was tortured. While I was unconscious. By a girl named Kelly.

I shivered while looking down.

There were cuts running along my arms, and my pants had been cut to reveal my calves, and they were covered in cuts, too.

The door to the house suddenly opened, and Morgan ran over to me.

"Nate! Thank God you're alright!" she cried, hugging me.

"Morgan!" I gasped, hugging her back. "Ow..."

"Oh! Sorry." She pulled away, and then sat next to me. "Do you know who the person who did this to you is?"

"Her name's Kelly. That's all I got so far." Rose commented, sitting on my other side. "Nate, do you remember any of what she said to you?"

"Only that I would never forget her, and she would knock me out every time she did anything, except that last time." I replied quietly.

"Hey, you're alright now. If you need anything, call me. Morgan, are you ok with that?" Rose asked. Morgan nodded.

"Thank you for finding him and getting him out of there." she smiled.

"No problem." Rose smiled back. "And it was really Dawn wh-"

She got cut off by the lights shutting off, leaving the room encased in darkness.

"Nate~" I heard Kelly's voice come from the near the front door.

"Morgan, Nate, get upstairs, now." Rose hissed. "Go!"

We both got up and ran up the stairs, hiding in one of the rooms.

Rose's POV

I could faintly see Kelly as she walked through the living room.

"Oh Nate~ Where are you, Cinnamon-bun?" Kelly asked in a sing-song voice.

As soon as she was away from me to the point where I wasn't afraid of her seeing me, I slipped behind her as she headed for the stairs.

"I know you're here somewhere, honey-bun. Don't bother hiding from me." Kelly cackled.

I jumped on her immediately, and attempted to knock her out, which only ended up in her pinning me to the floor.

"Oh. It's you. Well, I was hoping for Nathan, but you work, too."

Everything then went dark.
