¤until he found out more about Min's creature¤

As soon as the tires touched ground it was just morning again. The pinkish hues scraping the sky like before they had left Korea. Tae had slept the whole way so he was ready for the days to come. 

But Joon had stayed up the whole flight with thoughts to occupy my mind so to say Namjoon was a cranky was an understatement. He tried to hide it, but as fate would have it he had already received 35 missed calls from Jungkook, Tae was complaining that he was hungry and wanted to go sightsee, and to top it off some baby was screaming for its mother in the bathroom.

Joon took several deep breaths and looked at Tae who looked at him excitedly "So can we?!" Tae asked practically wiggling like a dog.

"What" Namjoon said his forehead creasing and a pounding headache from lack of sleep.

Tae sighed annoyed but ginned anyways "Go to that fancy restaurant I read about in the magazine?"

Namjoon's creased brow only creased more when the mother of the child started yelling across the plane.

"Could this wait" Namjoon sighed.

"But I'm hungry now" Tae said sweetly.

"I honestly don't care" Namjoon said pinching the bridge between his eyes to relieve some of the tension.

"You're being rude" Tae grumbled.

Namjoon rolled his eyes, but chose to ignore it because he still felt bad for hitting him.

"But I'm still hungry"

"Shut. Up." Namjoon gave the younger a look.

"Please"

"Do you honestly think at all in that head of yours?" He sternly whispered not wanting everyone to know their business "Because you would have to remove that mask and then everyone would see that face of yours" Namjoon expected for Tae to cry, he was a natural crier.

"You are being mean" Tae crossed his arms and waited for their row to be able to go. Namjoon got their carry on and they exited the plane in a row of passengers who looked as miserable as Namjoon.

They stepped out of the airport with their luggage without problems. The sun was a little more on its way. Namjoon was debating if sleeping was the answer or if he should push through it and be a grouch all day.

They waited for a taxi while Namjoon called back Jungkook.

It rang twice before the boy picked it up.

"Namjoon!" he sighed with relief "Finally you called me back"

"Well I was in a plane" He said dryly "Why did you call?"

"Min's here" he said almost as if it were a secret.

"So? We knew he would show up"

"Not like this"

"What do you mean?" Namjoon said waving down their taxi.

"He has some interesting piece of..."

"Spit it out" Namjoon said loading their luggage up in the cab.

"It- Taehyung.. He made a Taehyung" his words stumbled out.

"Shit" Namjoon mumbled sitting in the Taxi giving the driver an address to their hotel.

"yeah, but it's weird"

"How? Tell me everything you know"

"Well, it's short"

Namjoon snorted "Of course the shorty would make it smaller than him"

"It seems to have a few electrical circuits through its body, but it's mainly self operational"

"How the hell did he get it through the airport" He looked at Tae sticking his nose to the window.

"I don't know. The second Taehyung-"

"Don't call it that"

"Okay Min's Minion is kind of normal, but still it isn't as advanced as Taehyung. This one has to have a pacemaker and all sorts of things to keep it alive"

Namjoon hung up on Jungkook. He wasn't leaving the hotel the whole day until he found out more about Min's creature.

"Joonie I'm Hungry!"

Namjoon sighed at Tae who had been complaining about being hungry for the past three hours.

"I told you to stay quiet" Namjoon murmured.

"But I'm hungry"

"I don't care. I'm busy" he sighed typing on his laptop. They were in a nice hotel since his science directors had given him the opportunity. They wanted their best to feel like the best.

He had made Taehyung sit in a chair facing the window hoping to keep him occupied for a while. Almost like a toddler.

"I have some very important business I need to take care of. It concerns you too, so behave. Please" Joon said a little more softly than he had been previously speaking.

He felt slightly guilty for not feeding him in 8 or so hours, but that couldn't be helped.

He sent a quick text to Jungkook about 25 minutes ago asking him to bring fast-food.

The white light of the screen of his lap top was the only light artificial light source. The window was bringing in a lot of light. He never really liked the idea of having just lamps instead of ceiling lights- which was what this hotel was sporting.

A small knock came from the hotel door. Probably Jungkook with the food.

He saved some pages and quickly walked to the door ignoring the starring from the creature.

He opened the heavily locked door to see Jungkook holding out a bag of food.

"I got something for you too" he said handing it out to the older.

"Thanks" Namjoon said handing him some cash not really caring about what the actual price was, Jungkook really didn't care either.

"Can I come in?" he asked.

"Uh... Sure keep him busy" he said pointing behind him where Tae was sitting in what seemed to be a "time-out" position waving and smiling at his "friend".

Jungkook nodded knowing what his peer was probably doing. He took the bag back from Namjoon and went to the young creature.

"Hey Taehyung" he said pulling up a chair to sit by the window with the boy.

"Hey Jungkook. What's that?" Tae said pointing at the take-out bag with his mouth watering.

Jungkook smiled and wondered how long it had been since he had eaten. He wasn't around Taehyung a lot, but the Creature looked starved. As in hadn't eaten all day not actual starvation.

"I brought you guys some food" Jungkook said pulling out a burger and fries setting them on the window seal for Taehyung to eat. Tossing the bag back at Namjoon who simply shrugged it away from him. He gaze was grave so he decided to be a nice friend and keep the creature company.

Jungkook would never tell Namjoon, but he really felt bad that the creature had to be put in this situation with Namjoon. It was better than with Min though. That man didn't have a humane bone in his body at least Namjoon felt bad for putting the creature through the tests.

"Oh gosh thank you. I was so hungry" Taehyung was stuffing his face full of food and smiling while watching the card drive past the hotel. It was a rather nice day.

His phone buzzed about his presentation setup. He needed to leave.

"I'll seen you guys later" he said suddenly standing up and fixing his chair.

"Bye Jungkook thanks for the food" Taehyung smiled and waved.

Namjoon grunted softly in acknowledged. Well then..

He shut the door quietly and left the hotel. What he didn't know what that he was followed. And that Min was on his was to the elevator to converse with his old partner, peer, and friend.
