(Yn POV)

Rom and Ram led us back to Lowee Basilicom to meet this nation Oracle none other than Mina Nishizawa herself and looks after the twins whenever Blanc not around. She ask if Nepgear she's Planeptune CPU as Nepgear response is yes. Wanted to ask for their help and whereabouts of Lowee Mascot, unfortunately if it leaves their nation will by unprecedented chaos. Mina had Rom and Ram apologies for attacking us. Of course Rom said sorry. Which I'm a bit surprised. Thought she'll refuse like Ran would, but did the opposite. I wonder what change? As for Ram being Ram absolutely refuse. It made Mina slightly angry giving off a dark aura and spoke a small stern voice that made Ram immediately apologize to us.

Yn: 'Heh. When Blanc isn't around. Mina is the next best thing to keep those twins in line'.

IF: May I ask what its mission is?

Mina Nishizawa

Age: 20s

Mina: I do apologize, but the importance of its mission is so great that all relevant information is classified.

Red: But there are bad people out there trying to find and beat the Mascots into a pulp!

Yn: Guess we'll just have to find it in the old-fashioned way.

Mina: I trust that no harm will come to it should you find it, so I have no reason to stop you.

Compa: Okay...

Mina: It would be rude of me to shoo away such well-traveled guests without giving you something, so... How about a story? Do you know Lowee's lore regarding the Deity of Sin--Arfoire?

Nepgear: I've never heard any stories about it, no.

Rom: Me too.

Ram: Me either.

Mina began telling us the story of Arfoire that she was born here in Lowee long time ago. The Deity of Sin exists solely to bring destruction and chaos... No mortal can control it's power. She said Gameindustri was in brink of destruction once when Arfoire first born. ASIC wanted to use Deity of Sin as a tool of their own ends. Honestly.....if I remember in Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth 1, Arfoire was once a human or normal goddess who help Histoire raise Neptune, Noire, Blanc and Vert at some point then later she was corrupted. I think. Supposedly Rebirth 1 is none canon. Rebirth 2 is canon all the way to Sisters vs Sisters.

Red: Wow, I know I'm short, but this is going way over my head. So like, what do we do now?

IF: Nothing's changed. We just have to beat up ASIC, their leader, and whatever else gets in our way.

Yn: Beating bad guys up is my specialty.

*Rom and Ram stomach sfx*

Ram: M-mmm.... I'm so hungry.

Rom: Me too.

Nepgear in hood ask the twins help. Normally Mina would say no, this alternate world where Rom and Ram are actually older instead of being little girls. She told them to help us out; Rom said yes. Ram refuse to assist us and angry of Rom wanted to help.

Ram: Are you serious, Rom?!

Rom: Well..... I-I wanted to repay him for helping me so.....

(3rd POV)

Rom took a glance at Yn then looked away with a shy expression to hide her blush. Y  raised a brow wondering why she's blushing. Mina took notice of Rom expression, surprise she might have a little crush of our hero. Ram wasn't having it. Felt like her own sister ditching her. Yn knew Ram has bit of attitude towards them..... mostly at Nepgear because she sees her as an enemy due to Nepgear being a CPU from different nation. Yn mentally facepalm. Their still thinking like how their older sister from way back then when CPUs use to fight over each other shares and see each other as enemies. Ram left while Rom went after her.

Yn: 'Good grief'.

Mina: I am really sorry about her behavior.

Yn: Didn't you educate them about the times has change? Currently these years CPUs work on gathering their own shares.

Mina: W-well....

Yn sigh.

Yn: Forget it. I just hope they'll show up to help us out. Let's go girls.

The Harem nodded.

The group walk around at Lowee to gather information of the Mascot. Spotted Underling nearby as Yn and girlfriends follow her in hopes she'll lead them to the Mascots, after a while all they saw is Underling helping people it confused her intentions. In the end she tried recruiting an old lady and little kid. They intervene to stop Underling, later she fed a cat who was hungry. So, Underling gave the cat some bread as an exchange to have it puts its faith in Arfoire. Yn and Harem were a bit torn.... They let it slide. Nepgear needed to GO, end up meeting Rom whose looking for her Pen. Nepgear helps Rom finding it, Rom unsure why Nepgear willingly help her. It's just how Nepgear is. She got to see how nice CPU Candidate of Planeptune is. Now they became friends and Rom calls her "Miss Nepgear" despite their the same age in this universe. Over at Lowee Basilicom, Rom return to her room with Ram whose been wondering where she's at.

Rom and Ram's Bedroom

Ram: Jeez, there you are! Where the heck did you go?

Rom: Sorry.... I dropped my pen, so I was looking for it...

Ram: Your pen? Don't do that alone, you dummy. I coulda helped you look for it...

Rom: But I wasn't alone... Miss Nepgear was with me...

Ram: "Miss" Nepgear? Blech...

Rom: Hey, she was nice to me... She helped me...so...

Ram: Wh-What's gotten into you!? She's out enemy! A big, bad CPU! She has that guy who beat the crap out of us helping her.

Rom: Um... I think you're wrong...

Ram: I'm...what? Seriously, what's your deal? Oh, I know! She brainwashed you to think she's on our side!

Rom: Uh-uh...

Ram (angry): What!? Then, why are you talking back to me!?

Rom began to tear up almost about to cry.

Rom: Ram, when you're a meanie... I don't like it...!

Rom left the room feeling angry at Ram and felt sad.

Ram: Hey, Rom! Wait! Jeez, I can't believe she'd mouth off to me like that... It's all because of HER! That big, dumb, mean CPU!

Over at the "World Labyrinth" looking for the Lower Mascot for awhile until they finally found it.

Red: Dude! Mascot sighted!

Compa: We made it here first.

White Disc: Whose there?

Nepgear: Hello. We're sorry to intrude, but we'd like to ask for your help. Could you please lend us your aid?
