(Authors note:apologies if this is bad,I was up all night because of period cramps so I kinda drew inspiration from me irl to bumble. This story is non canon to an angel and a bee and takes place if bumble and angel were already dating)

"Ugh" Bumble grumbled in annoyance from her period cramps,felt like a dagger in the stomach and not to mention her nausea. She was still in bed and in her pajamas,which was just shorts,bra,and hoodie,she even had her hair down,she was too tired and in too much pain to get dressed. Bumble was wrapped up in her wings + lots of blankets,she was wrapped in her blankets like a little cocoon. Honestly,you'd think since she's in hell and can't reproduce that she doesn't have period,oh but no. Hell part two bitch...or actually part 3.

Then Bumble got a text from Angel,she lazily grabbed her phone from her bedside table and unlocked her phone to read the message.

"Hey toots,you okay? You haven't come downstairs yet and nobody has seen you for the last day." Angel said in the text.

Bumble groaned. She didn't tell Angel that she was on her period. You'd think since he was her boyfriend that she'd tell him but nope,rather hide her pain than tell it. She responded back to angels text,hoping that he wouldn't be grossed out by her having her period.

"Yeah,I'm fine. I just have my period is all" Bumble sent back.

"Oh Mother Nature came to ya?" Angel texted in response.

"Yeah" Bumble sent back.

"Hold on,I'll be there soon" Angel texted back.

Bumble was confused on what Angel was doing but didn't care either way. She continued to lay in bed,occasionally grumbling in pain from cramps and waiting for Angel to come to her room. Then she heard a knock at her door 20 minutes later and she unwrapped herself from all her blankets.

"Who is it?" Bumble asked,she always asked this even if she knew it was a certain person at her door.

"It's me toots,I have some stuff for you to make your period a tad bit better." Angel said.

Bumble was skeptical at first but then reluctantly sighed. "Come in." She said.

Angel came in holding a little gift basket and fat nuggets in his second pair of arms.  "Hey toots,how ya feeling?" Angel asked softly.

"Crampy,nauseous,tired,and more angry." Bumble stated,going back to being wrapped up in her blankets like a cocoon.

"Wow,it's possible for you to be even more angry than you regularly are?" Angel said jokingly and placing his gift basket for her on the bedside table.

Bumble gave him a death glare and buzzed her wings in annoyance. "Watch it,I can still summon a machete on your ass."

"You love me too much to actually hurt me,now scoot over so I can sit down next to you." Angel said.

Bumble rolled her eyes but sat up and scooted over a bit so Angel could sit on the edge of the bed.

Angel sat down on the edge of the bed and placed fat nuggets down on the bed too. Fat nuggets walked over to Bumble and sat down in her lap. Bumble pet fat nuggets,causing him to oink happily.

"Awe,fat nuggets like you." Angel cooed.

"Yeah yeah,I know." Bumble said. Her gaze averted to the gift basket that Angel had brought in with him. "What's that exactly?" Bumble questioned.

"Oh that,I got you some stuff to make you feel better." Angel said,grabbing the gift basket and setting it down on the bed. "Do you want me to go through the stuff or you?" Angel asked.

"Just dump it out." Bumble said.

"Kay." Angel dumped out the gift basket. What fell out was painkillers,heating pad,bubbles (both for a bath and to blow),chocolate,cookies,chips,and a spider plushie. "There,that should be everything."

Bumble looked everything over,her eyes specifically falling onto the spider plushie. "Why'd you give me this?" Bumble said,picking up the plushie to feel it,it was very soft and fluffy.

"Oh,because if you ever get lonely and I'm not here,like at Valentinos or something,you can just hug the plushie till I come back." Angel said. He really wanted Bumble to be happy even while she felt like shit.

That bare sentence alone made Bumble tear up,not only because of her period making her more emotional,but because she just wasn't used to this kind of softness in a relationship.

Angels face softened. Angel gently picked Bumble up and placed her on his lap,placing her head on his chest floof and his bottom set of arms around her waist while his top set of arms gently stroked her hair. Even if he wasn't great with comfort,he did know how to calm Bumble down whether sad or angry,which was a good thing for him to know and he even learned how to comfort people better.

"Shhh,it's okay,it's okay,just let it out." Angel said softly.

Bumble nuzzled her head a bit further into his chest floof and continued crying for about five minutes till she stopped.

"Better?" Angel asked softly.

"Yeah." Bumble said.

"Want food?" Angel asked.

"Yeah" Bumble responded.

Angel sighed,not out of annoyance but out of amusement,Bumble being on her period had made her softer. "What do you want?" Angel asked.

"Pizza" Bumble said.

"Okay,do you want me to call for delivery." Angel asked.

Bumble nodded in response.

"Okay,I'll call the place but you kinda have to get off my lap." Angel said.

"Why?" Bumble asked.

"Because I left my phone in my room,now get off and I'll give you fat nuggets." Angel said.

Bumble grumbled but got off his lap. Angel put fat nuggets on her and gave her a little kiss on the cheek. "I'll be back." Angel said and got up from her bed and exited her room.

While Angel was gone,bumble pet fat nuggets while scrolling on her phone.

About 30 minutes later, Angel came back with the pizza. "I got the pizza." He said and put it on the bedside table and opened the box with the pizza in it. Bumble took a piece and began eating it. Angel did the same.

After about 15 minutes later,both of them finished eating. "You full now?" Angel asked.

"Yeah,I am" Bumble said and let out a little yawn.

Angel chuckled. "Sleepy?" Angel asked.

"Yeah,I am. I want a nap." Bumble said.

Before bumble could protest,Angel had picked her up and laid down on her bed,so she was resting on his chest floof. Angel wrapped his bottom and top arms around her waist,gently rubbing it to. "There,now you can rest on my chest floof." Angel said,his top left hand playing with her hair to relax her.

Bumble could not protest and decided to take a nap on his chest floof. After 5 minutes,bumble was asleep,snoring slightly.

Angel chuckled hearing her faint snores and eventually fell asleep as well.
